I had my hair done today by Tracy, she did absolutely AMAZING! I wanted colors and was pretty open and she did great! I also wanted to get shampoo and conditioner to help with my hair and she helped reccomend something for me! I will definitely ALWAYS go back to her! HIGHLY recommend her!

Kourtney listened to me and took time to understand what I wanted . I had shaved my hair last summer because I have thick curly hair. This time I wanted to keep long hair in the middle and shave the sides like a Mohawk.I love my new cut for the hot weather.I hope to grow it to shoulder length by the end of the heat.

Renee is an excellent stylist. Great cuts and style taking the time to work and listen to your requests.My only complaint wasn’t Renee’s fault. Unfortunately, low staffing caused many interruptions (phone, walk in etc) stretched out the appointment. It is important to book more appointments but additional staffing would allow stylists to do what they were hired to do and actually serve more clients.

Overall I’m happy with my hair. The highlights are a little chunkier than I wanted & the highlights came out way brassier than anticipated but it’s better than it was.The only problem I had was the hostile work environment. There seems to be a bullying situation and it was uncomfortable.

It was my daughter’s very first haircut and she made sure my daughter was comfortable, safe, talked to her the whole time and explained what she was doing. She really is attentive and cared about what my daughter wanted. She was super friendly, funny and she did an amazing job of creating a comfortable inviting environment for all of us. She has definitely won me and my family over. We will be coming back to her.

Curly head girls ask for Kourtney C! I have thick curly hair and i was so relieved that she wasn’t surprised by how much hair she had to wash or didn’t use a fine tooth comb to detangle my curls. I initially had an issue as a returning customer. I came here to get a cut before Christmas, that didnt end up right. I emailed the manager and got a prompt response. She was very apologetic and was willing to make it right. I made an appointment for the following Monday. Tracy, the manager, spent alot of time fixing and making sure my hair was right. She was very professional and nice. She made me feel so much better. So Im willing to come back. Any company can have a bad day but its how you make it right that makes the difference.

Ive been to many over priced salons where Ive been left with a haircut I absolutely hate. After my last attempt to get a haircut at one of those salons, I figured I would try to get it fixed at SmartStyle. I read the reviews online, and chose Tracy (shes also the manager). Tracy fixed my raggedy hair in no time!! Apparently my very thick hair just needed to be texturized. After she did that, my hair looked exactly like the picture Ive been showing all other stylists. Thankfully Tracy knew exactly what to do, and I was thrilled! I will definitely be back to see her when its time for a trim, and I will also be brining my family. Tracy was amazing!

It way really amazing, Reeni did exactly what I asked for. I showed her a picture of the the type of hair style I wanted. And she did exactly the same hairstyle. I’m truly happy with my layered Bob. Definitely will be returning.

While the haircut was great and my stylist was professional, they did do a bit of a hard-sell on some products, which I was not a big fan of, and so thats definitely something to watch out for. But, I keep in mind thats part of their job and not who they are necessarily. Besides that, this place is great and Ill definitely be coming back.
