The braiders were incredibly polite and courteous, starting my appointment promptly and making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I even had a consultation over the phone before my visit, where Francesca personally took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and they made sure I was happy with my style every step of the way. The owner, Francesca, also has a big heart by using some of her proceeds to give back to her community and to the less fortunate worldwide! I highly recommend!

This salon is the best when it comes toComfort, Timing and Service! I arrived for my appointment and was taken within 5 min of getting there. My stylist was so knowledgeable when it came to my hair and what I was looking for which was thickness. I had a wash and deep conditioning and it was heavenly! I honestly wish I could pocket her and take her home with me! lol! You won’t be disappointed when you make an appointment at Braid Fanatic’s!

My daughter is tender-headed, but Fran is always incredibly patient and delivers exceptional results. Francesca is the absolute BEST!! She and her team are amazing! I should have done this review months ago. I was going on a trip and I called her salon the day before. I explained the person who was referred to me cancelled and she was so understanding. She opened early for me the next morning since she was booked and got me out of there quickly. She has a great spirit that makes you feel welcomed immediately and her salon is beautiful. My hair stayed neat for my 2 week vacation and was healthy when I washed my hair. Shes great!

I booked an appointment for my daughter with Ms. Olly & we had the best experience EVER!! And if yall don’t know, she is truly the Loc Healer 🙌🏾 Nonetheless I gave her a complete disclaimer on how sensitive my daughter can be and she was super understanding about it and i was still slightly nervous just because my daughter can be A LOT! Ms. Olly made sure she more than comfortable, gentle, & just went above and beyond for my babygirl. Once everything was finally finished my daughter had a glow on her face like no other!! 😊 So not only did we luck out and found an amazing stylist but she found a forever client! If any of you parents have difficulties with your kids and people doing their locs, she is definitely the TRUTH!

Grab and get assistant had me out in 3.5 hours which permitted me to have the rest of my day. What an experience! From my 1st phone encounter with the receptionist to book my appointment until the moment my hair was completed. All the ladies in the salon were extremely welcoming and ensure I was comfortable. It felt like Ive been going to the salon for years & it was my first time there today. I even had a chance to see the owner and she gave me a genuine compliment on my hair and outfit. It was so refreshing to see how down to earth she was. I only knew she was the owner from pictures from online. Mimi was my stylist. Although my wash was a last minute add on. They were still able to accommodate me. Mimi literally showed concern for my hot mess of a hair and detangled the knots out before washing my hair with care. I almost feel asleep thats how good it felt. I did have 3 ladies braiding my hair down. I didnt mind it at all. It help get me out the chair faster, and it shows that they care about their clients time. Seriously who wants to be in a salon for 6 plus hours 🤔. I tried the smedium knotless braids for the first time. I must say I am extremely satisfied with results. I walked out feeling beautiful! Francesca is an amazing soul! I love her! There are no words to express my experience...emphasis on the word EXPERIENCE because it was just that. Punctual, professional, warm, inviting, caring and authentic. I will never allow anyone else to handle my hair. Instead of teaching braiding classes, she should be teaching business classes to these other stylists. Everything was amazing from beginning to end and needless to say I LOVE my hair.
