    Went there as a Saturday late afternoon walk-in after driving two hours. But I will say the drive was well worth it! I only had to wait 20 minutes and my stylist got right to it. I got small braids and it took about five hours. The shop reminds me of shops I used to go to in New York and I am so very happy I found them! Highly recommend

    I came in last Saturday (walk-in) for box braids. The woman there said she couldnt do it til later in the day (absolutely fine as I didnt have an appointment). My hair was done faster than Ive ever had it braided previously. The braids are beautiful, clean, neat. The women in the shop were funny, welcoming, and a joy to be around. Will only be going to this shop from now on. Best shop in Lakeland!

    I had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly skilled and friendly, making me feel welcomed right away.     Great service.Friendly, family, professional place. Great prices, smiling faces and the best braiding Ive ever had done! Thanks to all the beautiful, friendly ladies for making my day every time I come in! My first visit was a walk in, last minute on a Sunday. I had to leave town for a family emergency and it meant the world to me how welcoming everyone was because it was a very emotional time for me. Thanks again and see you in a few weeks!

    Walked-in on a Friday morning and was finished by 1:30 PM. The young lady from Washington braided my hair and did a phenomenal job. The style lasted well over two months. The only downside is the salon’s atmosphere, which is loud and a bit messy.

    Excellent service . They work quickly and are on tine.Djeneva or Jennifer( sorry if misspelling her name) has the gentlest touch. She braided my hair with no pain. The braids were tight, neat and I wore them or about 11 weeks I only had to take them out because of the new growth. People were still complimenting me on them.

    Called on a Sunday was accommodated for a same day appointment. Hair was braided beautifully in box braids, even sizes, hair not to tight,done quickly efficiently and professionally. Very pleasant braiders(so sorry bad with names) even with same day appointment not rushed. Amazing will return. Highly recommend

    I love it and it was my 2nd time going. The lady in the back..her name is Adji. Shes very fast but when you look at ya hair afterwards..it looks like she took her time. If you like it, go head and book anotha appointment before you leave. Lol I did. Goin back soon. Theyre all good 👍🏾🔥❤️💯

    Her work is very neat. This was the second time she had braided my hair, and I will continue as a customer. I wish she had an option to have two people braiding your hair with an upgrade charge.

    New to the area and finally found a great place to get my hair braided, not too expensive and nice environment. After I got my hair braided I took my daughter and she loved it. Dont mind paying the price when its done right!

    I got the Kinky Twist with a 9am appointment. My stylist Djeneba was waiting for me when I arrived. I showed her the style I wanted which was bob length twist and she delivered on point. I like that my twist are not uncomfortablely tight. I highly recommend this shop.

    This is a great place to visit and while you wait for the items you ordered you can get a hair cut or get your nails done at the same time 😂 I really enjoyed going to this location and I would like to go back. They are there to make sure you are comfortable.

    These ladies do some of the best work I’ve seen. Very chill vibes. They don’t take long at all to do styles. I would recommend them to everyone. I promise you will walk out feeling like the cutest thing on the block 😊💕

    Chill vibes. They don’t take appointments for certain styles, walk-in only. But I was fortunate enough to be taken right away and I was out of there within 40 minutes getting two French braids with hair added in. Would recommend.
