    Ive been trying to grow my hair for many, many years. I was looking for a miracle through expensive pills, potions, lotions, infrared brushes and combs and none of it worked for me.     My experience was so uplifting and life changing. I had no reference just went with what I looked up on line I should start by saying what brought me here.I first heard about tapein extension I wore them for 5 years finally had enough of the aggravation of them coming out every wash not including the damage it done to my hair and the work with ordering and finding good hair plus color matching etc. so thatā€™s what brought me to look on line and find a different way and thank heavens I did. What to talk about rolling out the red carpet Amanda Joy did just that but the best part is how she explained and taught me how to make them last take care of them cause letā€™s be honest if you ever have done extensions the hair is not cheap!! But Iā€™m reality you donā€™t want cheap hair basically you get what you pay for. I canā€™t say enough good stuff from the consultation all the way to how quick her process is she did not rush but gets the job done and not to mention color matched perfect. I am just so think full to have met a amazing hairdresser/friend for life thank you again for giving me my confidence back.

    Wow, just wow. I am absolutely in LOVE with my hair!! Amanda does an amazing job and she truly has a talent like Iā€™ve never seen before! sheā€™s very quick but also makes sure that youā€™re okay with it every step of the way!     Iā€™m so happy to have found Amanda! She is very personable, professional & she knows what sheā€™s doing. She is a stylist who has a passion for what they do instead of trying to make a quick buck. Iā€™ve been getting sew-in extensions for years now, but she has by far done the best. Not only does she know many different methods, but she uses what works best for specific hair types, instead of ā€œone fits allā€ approach. I got a lightening service done with her as well, which was also the first time it didnā€™t compromise my hair. I will definitely be a regular of hers, itā€™s hard to find stylists knowledgeable & passionate.     Amanda was absolutely amazing. Iā€™m so blessed to have been able to met someone who was able to do exactly what I wanted and make the whole experience enjoyable and knowledgeable.     I waited for over a month to write this review because I wanted to see how my extensions and color would hold up over time. Iā€™m very pleased to announce that my hair looks as pretty today as it did when Amanda did her magic (itā€™s growing out of course, but not falling out). Amanda was the second stylist I visited for extensions and boy did she have a mess to fix! My hair was actually falling out in chunks and matted, and I couldnā€™t ever wear it down or the extension line would be too obvious.I was so self-conscious and disappointed when I walked into Amandaā€™s salon. But I walked out smiling and held my head high, letting my pretty, long extensions fall down my back! They look so natural. Sounds so silly, but itā€™s given me a bit more confidence.My next appointment is coming up and Iā€™m looking forward to seeing what Amanda is going to do this time!!     I came to Amanda for a consultation and immediately felt comfortable with her. She really cares about her clients. 1 week after my consultation I had my extensions put in. I left feeling amazing. About a week later I called Amanda because I just really didnā€™t like what I had chosen. She was absolutely understanding and I went back in and we tried something different. She really wants to make sure your happy and wants to make sure you leave her salon feeling wonderful. I had an appointment with her today. My hair looks amazing.     Amanda is literally a hair god! I came in to her in tears because I had hair down to my butt that a different hair stylist had butchers to my shoulders. Amanda worked her magic with hair extensions and gave me my confidence back. It has now been 5 months since then, she has done all of my hair extensions maintenance and hair loss has not been a problem. She is extremely personable, cares immensely about her clients and literally has the hands of a magician. I am so thankful I found her! You seriously cannot go wrong trusting her with your hair.

    Amanda Joy is very talented and wonderful!! I wanted all my greys covered and she suggested dyeing it brown and using blonde foils!! It came out beautiful!! Also she gave me a great haircut.     Amanda is fabulous!!! Her salon has a soothing down home feel. I had suffer hair loss due to medical conditions, but she knew exactly how to make me feel whole again. I would not trust my hair to anyone else. If you want your hair done right - you have to go see Amanda. She is a beautiful soul that loves her clients.

    If I could give a 10 star rating, I would! Amanda is extremely professional. She took me in last minute for a color & cut before my big event. Let me tell you; she told me exactly what she was doing to my hair, (step by step) making me feel very comfortable. She did exactly what I asked for, from the color to the cut. Its hard to find a new hairdresser after having the same one for 10 years. She is now my go to girl!     I have thin, fine hair and was looking for a product that would not damage my hair (the prior hairdresser took her liberty of doing this for me) nor break it off like beaded extensions.I was searching the HaloCouture website where Amandas Hair Loft and Boutique, LLC as the distributor. So I called and made an appointment. Upon arriving to my appointment, it was very apparent that Amanda loves what she does. She took the time to show me the product she uses her self, so I was able to touch the hair and try it on, and just like that it was time to order.Today was the day, my appointment! I arrived with a full spectrum of excitement and to my surprise Amanda met me with almost as much excitement. As I said it is apparent she loves what she does and it shows, but not in a disingenuous way. She took her time to show me how to adjust, wear and style the hair as well as, educated me on how to properly care for my own hair as well as the HaloCouture products.It is very hard to find good, honest, caring people that have a passion and a love for what they do, but I am happy to tell you they do exist and you can find her at Amandas Hair Loft & Boutique, LLC.

    Hey yall let me tell you something about this place and Amanda.. Im the type of person who really dont like the hustle of big salons..her boutique is is like being at your girlfriends house.. you get the one one experience with Amanda ..I had alot of worries as i have had a horrible experience with past extentions. Well let me tell you what .. not only did she put my mind to ease very quickly with her knowledge of extentions but he also fixed my hair color that was very brassy.     So I havent been in the habit of writing many reviews lately. But due to recent events I absolutely have to give credit to this amazing woman who LITERALLY saved my hair from irreparable damage due to my own stupidity . Or at the very least, she saved me from having to give a presentation in front of brutally honest elementary school students while looking like a cross between a well-worn troll doll and Beaker from the Muppets.It all started one nice quiet Sunday morning.I happened to wake up very early. The kids were still in bed. Husband was sleeping. So rather than have a nice cup of tea and relax on the lanai like any sane, mentally stable woman might do, a brilliant idea popped into my head like a florescent lightbulb from the devil.Hey! Maybe now is good time to try to give myself a bayolage!! I mean, I did watch 3 YouTube videos. I think that makes me an expert by now, right? Definitely.About 30 minutes in, however, I realized something was going horribly wrong..The steel/smokey/grey color was turning blue.The mocha color was somehow the color of a very old copper penny.The lightened areas I wanted white were turning bright orange.And as I watched my previously ashy blond locks transform into whatever hellish mane I had apparently cursed them to be, my pride turned into humility.I quickly rinsed my hair, praying the whole time that Jesus would make this right somehow. Although I wouldnt blame him if He was just shaking His head at the 883th ridiculous mess I had managed to make for myself instead.I had to get the colors out.So I grabbed more bleach lightening....Yes, you read that right.I decided to bleach out the boxed color and hope this worked.As you probably can guess... not a great idea. But hey, I was on a roll. And about to make mess number 834!The bleach turned the blue an even brighter blueish aqua. It turned the mocha PINK, and the rest was a horrible shade of neon orange.Around this time, my husband had woken up and had come to check on me, having no idea what disastrous situation he was about to walk into. I will never forget the look on his face as long as I live, but the psychological damage he suffered was likely equivalent to crime scene investigators who were still unseasoned.The next morning I started researching colorists in the area to find someone, ANYONE, who would answer at 8am on a Labor Day. To my surprise, the first one I called, Amanda Joy, immediately called me back. I explained the situation. This amazing woman who didnt even KNOW me came straight from camping to help save my hair. She wasnt even supposed to be working that day.Amanda has her own little studio suite. When you walk in, you dont have to worry about her being distracted or trying to multitask with other clients. She stays right there with you, listens to what you want done and goes above and beyond to treat you like an exclusive VIP!She now has my undying gratitude and I would literally jump in front of a speeding locomotive for her after what she did for me, putting in five excruciating hours on a holiday to repair my self inflicted catastrophe, so that not only would I get to keep my hair, but I walked out with a great color blend of high and low lights that looks incredibly natural.As you may have seen, however, this super talented lady has one bad review to lower her flawless 5 star rating. Im hoping that my fellow googlers had the same common sense I did and can see its a fake. The picture of the person in the chair is not even in Amandas salon! The color of the walls and size of the room is clearly from a different place.I know jealousy can make people do dumb things, but this is incredibly petty. If youre a salon that feels one woman with limited clientele is competition for you, all I can say is you need to get better at your career. And if a manic, flustered mom who managed to turn her hair into something out of a Star Trek alien encounter episode is calling you dumb, maybe its also time to do a little soul searching to see where your life went wrong.
