    I had been going to the same stylist since 2007 with the exception of when she took a little time off for her new baby. The past few visits with her I just had not been loving my hair. I knew I needed a change. But if any of you are like me when it comes to your hair, youre hesitant to let a new stylist touch your locks. Well, I took the plunge this past week. It was the best decision ever! Lacey did my hair. I loved that she listened to me because I was definitely nervous. She took her time. She actually went above and beyond and took more time than actually was blocked out for my appointment. I absolutely LOVE my new hair color! I highly recommend her! The hair Solon is very nice as well! Got my next appointment already booked!

    If you like red hair you definitely want to go see Lacey at Copper Penny. She is amazing. I couldn’t be happier with my hair and the way her red stays. I drive almost an hour to Lakeland to just see her. The service and quality I receive from Lacey and this saloon is the best. I would definitely recommend.

    I went and had my hair done by Ashley Grimes and she is absolutely AMAZING. such a fun personality and really good with her work. she transformed my hair into the blonde i’ve been looking for for years. HIGHLY recommend if you’re looking for someone really good with blonde! Will definitely be a returning to her!

    Lacey was amazing. I was a victim of hurricane milton and lost my house. Have a wedding on Tuesday to attend which I thought I would not be able to because of the hurricane. Lacey understood my story and stepped up to come in on her off day just to get my hair ready for the wedding. 10 ⭐️ for Lacey! Thank you

    I had my hair done by Ashley and OMG the results were amazing. I am a brunette and have always had bright red hair but the stylist I would go to would always damage my hair. Ashley convinced me to give her a chance after I had already grew out my natural hair and had absolutely no dye and I am glad I did. My hair is still long and healthy and the color Ive always loved having it. I highly recommend you go to Ashley. The establishment is also very clean and well maintained!

    Let me tell you Lacy gave me my hair confidence back! I’ve lived here in Florida for over two years. I have crazy curly hair. I’ve been to several salons here in Lakeland all claiming to be able to cut crazy curly hair. Well after several failed haircuts I have finally found my hair girl! She told me what I needed to do to care and maintain my curls. I’m so grateful for Lacy!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart so I’m no longer embarrassed about my curls!!!

    I recently just moved to the Winter Haven area and have been looking around for a great salon. Upon reading Google reviews, I thought Id give this place a try. I had arrived a bit early, the owner and another lady spoke to me right away and felt very comfortable. Great ambiance. Let me just say that the entire experience from start to finish was superb. The first time with a new hairdresser is usually stressful and you tend to sit on pins & needles, but none of that happened with KJ. She was insightful, understanding, and patient when we discussed where my hair had been and in what direction we would be going with it. The shampoo/massage was relaxing and she really took her time. You had the confidence that she really knows what she is doing from start to finish. She asks the right questions, and went over every inch of my head as she familiarized herself with my hair growth patterns. Afterward, I felt like a new woman when I looked in the mirror. I walked out of there feeling great. A non-intimidating atmosphere, a well run business and stylists that leave you looking better than when you came in: the whole purpose of finding a great salon is feeling comfortable with your stylist. Let me just say that I will be going back to KJ and I would highly recommend Copper Penny Salon to any of my friends. Getting to relax made my whole afternoon. Id put the experience right up there with one indulgent afternoon. Everyone needs to be pampered, and this is the place.

    I have been going to the Copper Penny for years and absolutely love it! Kapi is the absolute best! She does an amazing job on my cut and color. I trust her completely and won’t go to anyone else.     Great environment! Very nice staff! They are all so sweet and make you feel at home. Have been seeing Kapi for years and by far the best service I have ever received! She does amazing work!     I have been searching for someone to perm my hair. Finally, found Tina who is the Queen of Perms I love my new perm and received many compliments on how natural the curl looked. Tina took the time to listen and offered great suggestions. Very professional and perm took about 1.5 hrs. Extremely pleased!!!!!!!

    I am here to specifically write about Ashley. I had an appointment with her Saturday but she wound up having an urgent issue with a clients hair. She called me right away to let me know of the issue and asked me if I could come the next when the store is typically closed. At first I felt annoyed but almost immediately I felt impressed that this girl was going to come in on her day off just to help me.She arrived 10 mins before our agreed upon time and I took advantage of having the place to myself. I described a complicated idea i had for my hair and showed some pics. Ashley was friendly, and professional and gave me exactly what I wanted and we had fun.Ashley is a one of a kind stylist who makes you feel like she’s there for YOU. She gives more than just a haircut but she gives you an experience as well. Price was as expected but I honestly would have paid more for her work. Highly recommend Ashley.

    Lacey was awesome! She did a full bleach for me, lightening my hair from about a level 4 dark brown to about a level 9 blonde so that I can use the moroccanoil hibiscus color depositing mask at home! She was very fast and knowledgeable and the color is perfect now! I love it! Thank you so much!

    The Copper Penny Hair Studio is truly exceptional. I do not often write Google Reviews, but my experience was incredible. I needed someone to style my hair for my Senior photos on short notice. Tina kindly rearranged her schedule to accommodate the small window of time I was available. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted and made to feel special. The shop is adorable, the atmosphere is comfortable, and the people are delightful. My hair looks the best it has ever looked and it is so soft! Tina has my highest recommendation. If I could give her more than five stars, I would.

    I absolutely loved my experience. Today was my first day ever going to The Copper Penny Studio. After my original hair stylist had a family emergency Ms. Tina Watson subbed for her. I am more than happy with my hair. She did an amazing job. This was an overall wonderful experience, everyone was very nice and helpful. I’m so glad I decided to come here, I’ve never been able to stick to just one person doing my hair, but I think I’ve finally found a welcoming and relaxed salon. I know I will definitely be visiting with Tina again.

    I have been going to see Lacey at The Copper Penny for years and love her and the experience at the salon. It is always a clean, welcoming experience. I have never had a bad experience and Lacey always is able to give me exactly the style and color I am wanting.     Kapi is the absolute best! Shes the only person that my daughters and I go to for our hair! Her attention to detail on her cuts and color are my favorite things about her!     Beautiful location with decor that lives up to its name. Some very interesting copper accents and hand crafted one of a kind pieces. Tina does my hair just the way I like it and is a master at coloring your hair perfectly! They also have the special shampoo bowls that dont strain your neck which is a huge Plus for me!

    About a month or so ago I got my hair cut from an absolute angel very last minute! Her name was Lexie or lacie I forget. My hair was severely damaged and 20 different shades of purple from SPLAT hair dye, severely matted and overall not how a lady wants to look.This woman not only made time for me being the only stylist in the shop, but didn’t make any remark on my TERRIBLY matted hair. I have gotten NON STOP compliments since she hooked me up! Hair is pretty important for a lady. I suffer from severe chronic depression and I can say this hair-do certainly makes me confident to get up out of bed in the morning.Not only did she give me convenience but she gave me STYLE! Also she made sure I left with my head all one color. And for that she’s my hero lol I won’t be going to anyone else for a long time. A little late to review, but I’ve gotten so many compliments today I had to drop some love today! Thank you copper penny and thank you to the lovely blonde woman who made me feel beautiful again!
