    I love the sign-in app. In and out in very little time with a great haircut. I love that they keep notes which makes it easy for the stylist to know what I like. Its a simple bob but when done right, it will look good for at least six weeks and I can get away with longer if needed. The salon is just down the road and near other places I usually have errands. Thanks for another great haircut.

    The woman who cut my hair today 9/21 did such a great job. It was such a pleasure to talk to her and I felt like she took great care of me. She was kind, attentive and made me laugh with her great stories. We dont live local I was passing through after an oil change, but I wish we did or else Id ask for her every time.

    Found this location with the help of a forwarded coupon from the family member . There were two of us getting haircuts this day. One mans haircut and one womans. Checked in with the mobile app was given a 15 minute and 27 minute wait time. Was went in after waiting appropriate amount of time and receiving a text message was immediately taken to a seat to be given my haircut. I found both employees working there that day to be very friendly and helpful. The woman working on my haircut was very knowledgeable and helpful with advice on hair products etc. She used straight razor technique on my hair that I have a hard time finding anyone who has the qualifications and experience to be able to do to my hair. Im happy with the cut she gave me and her fast service. For the mans haircut he requested a mid top fade and it was a good cut. Remember the name? Rut was the stylist who did that cut. Be sure to request her if this is what youre looking for.

    I got my hair washed, cut, and styled by Christy and she was amazing!! she was so nice, so professional, followed all covid guidelines, and did a great job! she listened to me and did exactly what I asked and I am so happy with my hair!     I was a walk-in. I was waited on faster than announced. Rogetta cut my hair, and I was very pleased with my cut. She was pleasant to talk to. I definitely would go again.

    I signed in via the app. My children needed hair cuts for Easter. The were seen almost immediately. I got tips for my daughters hair. I had my beard touched up. (no charge) I was extremely happy with their hair cuts. I was also offered products that would be beneficial to me in particular. I felt that the staff care for me and my family as individuals. We will return again and again as needed.

    This was my first time there. The lady was super sweet and nice (all in the shop were), zero wait, easy online check in, did a great layered cut on my very thick hair and my 8 yr old daughters hair!! I will be back!

    Fantastic!! I havent had my haircut outside my own bathroom for over 10 years and I bravely decided to when my son was getting his haircut. The job the manager did was phenomenal and I have curly hair so I was extremely nervous and she cut off all my dead ends and gave me a beautiful short cut. The other lady (sorry terrible with names) was understanding and welcoming even went the extra mile to try and remove the dye from my sons skin which she did not have to do since it was apart of my at home dye job on him. They were so nice and even through my constant apologies for my sons hair turning her hand blue she laughed it off and gave him an awesome cut. This place was a great surprise. I will be cutting my familys hair here from now on! 😊👍

    I went to Great Clips at Town & Country Square in hopes that someone could help me fix a HORRIBLE haircut I received somewhere else. I was greeted as I came in the door. Masks on everyone and hands were washed. I met CRYSTAL and explained my problem. She was so professional! She told me what she could do and she went right to work. She was talented and professional and I look like a new person! Thanks so much to CRYSTAL! Ill be back and I am so happy that I visited Great Clips at Town & Country Square!

    I LOVE EVERYONE at this location!! I started just before this darned PANDEMIC with Steven (R.I.P. 2020) and I must certainly do not wear your typical hair (Specially in Polk County, as Some ppl have claimed!!) which was a concern at firs.. But from the very get-go Ive felt respected and treated with the up most courtesy. As long as people treat each other as they would expect to be treated, it doesnt matter where or when youve visited this location, I bet you shouldve have had to received the same treatment, respect and courtesy right back! So give them a chance like I and many many ppl have done.. Please remember to just be kind to one another.. Were all going thru this together.. And Im certain it will go smoothly!!Constructive criticism and praise goes a long way, as well as communicating with management in case of an actual complaint..

    When you first enter greeted with a big smile and a welcome to great clips. It is extremely clean and observes covid protocol anyone entertaining here 2yrs. and above must wear a mask! They sell numerous professional hair products. All stations and flooring are well maintained. There is plenty of signage describing all of the 2020 protocol that are in place. Parking shared with Subways,Publix,as well as several other businesses located at Town and Country Square.With their app. You can sign in on line so that you can check on how long the waiting time.Before hair cut you and hair stylist go and wash your hands. Its all about the covid!!!!! Come on 2021.

    Yes, I was in Great clips today on Kathleen road and the Town& country shopping plaza in Lakeland, Florida. Crystal and shakim were waiting on customers left and right at speed and accuracy that Ive only seen a few times. Always was a smile on. Ive been going to this salon since they opened. I opened the Publix next to it and at that time I was a lot younger and had a lot more hair. Now Im in and out a little bit faster but they still have the same great attitude and Crystal and she cant go above and beyond any expectations Ive ever seen and Ive offed them both jobs at Publix many times over we called it raving fans create raving fans and I believe thats what you have with them too at Town& country. Great clips, a Raven with me for a lifetime.
