We have been here before long time ago as our original hairstylist left this location. We decided to try again today. Caitlyn was the hairdresser. She was super professional and amazing. She did exactly what we wanted and more. She performed a beautiful haircut including the trimming of the eyebrows. I definitely recommend her for your hairstyle needs. Thank you, Caitlyn!

Ive been going to this location for about 3 years & its been an amazing experience every time. 🙌 The manager Caitlin is absolutely amazing & so is her team!For my last 2 hair color/highlight services Ive gotten Hannah who does an amazing job! Shes very detailed in her consultations & I get compliments all the time on how good my color looks. I would 100% recommend her for any service. Shes fun to talk to & very knowledgeable about the products.

I I completely enjoyed my visit at the Hair Cuttery in Lakeland Florida. Haley my hairstylist was absolutely amazing. I went into the salon with bright red hair and came out with a nice brown hair color and some fabulous highlights. Initially I thought that I wanted to have blonde highlights and a caramel colored hairdo however, I really like the way she did my hair and was blown away. When I go back to see her again Ill probably just have her do a touch up and keep my hair the way that it is. On a side note, Haley is one of the most friendly people Ive ever met at a hair salon and she was very considerate of everything that I wanted.

Sierra is amazing! She gave my son a corrective cut for his curls and showed us what products to use to keep them tame. On my own hair, she gave me a much needed clean up without taking too much length off and I love the curtain bangs and layers she added to help my thin hair seem a little more full. She definitely knows her stuff and is worth the drive for us! Highly recommend making an appointment with her!

Everyone was kind and it was a nice experience. I had a wash and cut. My long hair was thoroughly washed and scalp massaged, it was wonderful! She took time to talk about the style I wanted and gave me exactly what I was looking for: a trim and some layers. I’ll be back!

I went in to get a certain hair color and learned why other stylists and hair salons were not able to do what I wanted… I had a hair lesson and I am very pleased with the results. Carla from Brazil was my hair stylist and she was very nice and accommodating to my desire to be more natural and embrace my age. I did not use toners, bleach, or dyes… just products which enhance my natural color.

I’ve been going to Amber for a couple of years now, she is amazing, professional! Color is obviously her specialty, when I leave my platinum blonde always looks as it should! Previous hair stylists would always have my hair with a grayish purple tint, not with Amber she knows what she is doing! The amount of compliments I get about my hair are overwhelming!

This was my first experience at Hair Cuttery and it was amazing! The interior of the salon is aesthetically pleasing, the ladies are very friendly, and Kaylee did an incredible job on my hair! I use heat (blow dry/flat iron) on my hair frequently and was looking for something to add some hydration back to my hair. She recommended the deep conditioning treatment which I selected. The additional price was minimal, I think $20 extra and it was SO worth it! I will definitely make that part of my hair cut experience from now on! I showed up a few minutes early for my appointment but did not have to wait at all. I would absolutely recommend Hair Cuttery for anyone who lives near the Lakeside Village looking for an outstanding experience!

I highly recommend Savannah!!! She listened to me and did not push me to color my hair after discussing the fragile state its in due to a recent coloring disaster at another salon. She did an Olaplex treatment on my hair to improve the condition and prepare for future clothing. My hair feels amazing! The best part of the experience was the scalp massage. It was the best scalp massage from a hairdresser that Ive ever had. Most just rush through the wash not really caring about the comfort and experience of the customer. I am very grateful for the amazing service and will be back.

Shelby was great! I never got my hair colored professionally before. I had been thinking about it. Hair Cuttery had a 50% off your first color service coupon that I used. I really wanted something with purple in it. It took a lot of work and time (3.5 hours), but it was well worth it. The haircut is also great! I would definitely recommend Shelby to anyone. Thank you!!!(The pink/blonde is after we stripped my old color before dying with the new.)

If I could give 20 stars I would! My daughters prom was today and her hairstyler was not able to do her hair due to a conflict on her work schedule, so since 8:00am I was calling n driving places and someone told me to go to Haircutters (a former employee by the way) and surprisingly we were so welcomed by Hannah and all the lovely ladies there.... My daughter was immediately put on Hannas chair and I literally walked away for like 10 minutes and she had my daughter looking like the princess she is! Hannah, I dont know if u will ever see this review but u really made our day super special and we appreciate u so much!!! Thank u guys so much!!! YOU ARE SUPER AWESOME!!!

Mayra is so phenomenal. I feel like the more I go to see her as my stylist, the more I get to know her. Im glad she has dealt with my hair that Empire messed up. She also made my 7 year old feel very special! She doesnt go overboard and always consults and tells you every step. I even left a scrunchie and my latter appointment a month out she handed it to me. It was special because a good friend had bought me that piece. She always goes out of her way! It rained, and she made sure my daughter and I did not get our hair wet. She has a sense of calm to her. It makes going there a pleasant experience as it should. Shes always smiling! I am very patient and an excellent listener. Thank you, Mayra!

Really nice. Joelle did an amazing job on my hair. She has a soft touch no pulling or tugging. I went from a box reddish brown color that had grown out to show my really gray roots. Ive decided to transition to gray. She helped me start that process. The ladies in the salon were all very nice and seemed to work well together. My daughter went from blonde to a brunette with some blue. Helen did a lovely job and my daughter loves it.

My family and I have been a client at this location for nearly 3 years! Customer service has always been fabulous. Joelle is the absolute best! She listens and gives ideas when asked. She is extremely knowledgeable and always gives me tips and tricks to keep my hair healthy and beautiful. I constantly challenge her out of her comfort zone and she is always eager to try new things with my hair. To be honest all of the ladies at this location are great. I watch Amber do amazing color work and Caitlin is so attentive! I 1000% recommend any of these beautiful people.

I have been going to this salon for about a year and have never had a negative experience. Natalie does my hair and is excellent! I have fine hair and she recommended products that have made a huge difference. She never cuts or colors without a conversation asking what I want and always manages to deliver exactly what looks great. Joelle is the BEST! She is friendly and non assuming. I came to her last year after a serious health issue that left my hair so very thin and brittle. I was desperate with help for my hair and my sanity. She took time to listen to me, evaluate my hair and gave me a cut that I would never have asked for but loved. It made my hair look fuller and was/is so easy to care for and style. I have been back several more times for her to style and cut my hair and will continue . The salon is always clean and I have never seen any safety issues.

Originally I came in for a wash and conditioning treatment but quickly decided on a dusting as my hair hadn’t been trimmed in some time. I was promptly assisted by a young woman with cool hair. Hannah was amazing! I was nervous at first because I have curly hair but she let me know she has a lot of experience with curly hair & went into detail which instantly relieved me. The cut is greaaat, she suggested adding some shape around the face, I agreed and am now so so happy. Thanks again.

I have NEVER felt So Comfortable, so At Ease, and So Important at a Salon. From the moment I walked in I felt at home. I was greeted by my Stylist, Mila, and never stopped laughing till I left. Except when the rude, crotchety, wheelchair bound Client was complaining about her service and dissatisfaction. There was no need to treat someone that way, but, thats a story for another day. I was offered snacks, I was listened to as to what exactly I was looking for, and never once was worried that I wouldnt get the results I was looking for. Im someone who never lets anyone cut my hair. I find someone I like and never change, then COVID hit and my hair cuttery in Tampa closed and I moved to Lakeland. I got pregnant and didnt cut my hair for over a year. I was trying to find someone I could trust and someone who would understand postpartum hair loss without combing through my hair and freaking out. Joelle was a doll! She was so amazing and so sweet! If i could rate more i definitely would! I’m only 16 but i thought it was time for a change so i decided to get a perm. I although was hesitant Hair Cuttery has such a amazing staff i felt welcomed and i strongly believed i was in good hands. I showed them a picture of what i wanted and Kandi kindly explained it wouldn’t look the same with my hair type. After we figured out what i wanted we started the perm. The environment is inviting and it wasn’t awkward to talk. As my hair was drying Kandi was working on another customer so Justin started rinsing where we talked up a storm about our common interest and shared laughs. Kandi then called me over to finish and the end result was a outstanding. I absolutely LOVED IT!! While paying for my perm i asked her what she recommends me to use to comb/brush my hair and she hands me a extra comb she had and told me to keep it. I 10/10 recommend Hair Cuttery and i’m very pleased i chose this salon!

I had came in Tuesday with my mother, after having a very emotional day due to the fact it was my sisters 30th birthday and she had passed away last year, so I decided to Pamper my mom & I have to say Oscar went above and beyond to make sure my mother loved her cut, we showed him pictures of ideas she had in mind and after using his own judgment, he gave her a haircut wayyy better than the pictures.You could tell he took his time and wasn’t in a rush like most stylists. I can honestly say this cut changed my moms whole mood the rest of the day & I can’t thank you enough.
