If I can give more than 5 stars, I definitely will. Today, January 21st, 2025. I visited LUSTRE and met with the owner, Shelley. She gave me one of the most memorable experiences I have had in many years. The treatment was exceptional. From start to finish, the products used her technique and way of working. Fits with the ambiance. Soothing loving and bliss, those are the words I will use to describe my session. Again, thank you, and bless you for such a peaceful relaxing experience

10/10 recommend to do for yourself or give as a gift! From the moment I walked in I knew it was going to be a great experience! Shelly was very welcoming and knowledgeable and explained the process as well as showed me what my scalp looked like with a camera. Everything was clean and I loved the decor! There was even a personalized letter board with my name! The products she used smelled amazinggg and clean/freash. The whole service was so relaxed and calming and left my scalp feeling like it could breathe again! I did opt for the blow out, which Shelly did explain she doesn’t use a flat iron. I do have curly course hair so I would probably save on that next time and opt out. Overall one of the best services/experiences iv ever had, and would prefer this over a massage or facial any day!

My experience at LUSTRE was beyond incredible. I highly recommend this experience to anyone. I’ve never had anything done like this before and I left with my scalp feeling light and airy. Shelly is most definitely is knowledgeable in everything scalp health. Can’t wait to go back!!

Its exceptional service. I received the head spa with blow dry services. The owner is wonderful and great at what she does. I love it very much. Relaxing ambience, convenient location. Highly recommend. Love it so much! And besides, you can get your head spa and then walk next door to eat at Jessie Sandwich shop and then next next door to Gigis supermarket to get Korean ice cream 🍨 so wonderful. I have such a wonderful wonderful experience.

From the moment you walk in, youre greeted with a comforting, quiet and clean atmosphere. Youre given a small consultation before going into the massage room where Shelley scans your scalp with a small camera to see how your scalp health is and discuss any issues you may be having. I was pleasantly surprised to see a little sign with my name on it when I entered the massage room. Shelley is very kind and informative before getting into the treatment. The whole experience was heavenly and my scalp has never felt cleaner! At the end, I was given a sample bottle of the Flower Fall spray she uses on your hair, a claw clip and a flower. Everything is so personalized and you can tell the owner (Shelley) is passionate about what she does. I did the normal headspa treatment this time, but I cant wait to go back and try some of the other haircare services she offers. 10/10 service, highly recommend! 🌷💆‍♀️✨

I just had my first visit to LUSTRE Headspa LLC for the Signature Headspa Ritual, and it was an absolutely heavenly experience! From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch—warm, welcoming, and attentive. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, and it’s clear they are passionate about scalp health and hair care.The service itself was beyond relaxing, and my hair feels incredible! I left feeling completely refreshed, and I can already tell a difference in my scalp and hair. I will definitely be back and highly recommend LUSTRE to anyone looking for a luxurious, rejuvenating head spa experience!

All I can say is if youre on the fence about trying this self indulgent guilty pleasure...just do it!!My favorite part of getting a haircut is the shampoo but that only lasts 3-5 minutes. Imagine your best shampoo experience lasting 50min. Pure heaven! Shelley at Lustre head spa is as great as her service. I got to learn why she decided to open her establishment and share her knowledge of scalp therapy.It starts out technical with a very close look at the follicles of your scalp, then it turns physical with the most relaxing head massage not just with Shelleys fingers but with multiple scalp stimulating tools that without a doubt feel magical!!The botanicals she uses for cleansing are a bonus to your olfactory bulbs...not at all overpowering but quite demure. If your scalp and hair could feel zen, this would be it. Not to mention the halo waterfall rinse is pure bliss. Like raindrops of sunshine delivered straight to your head.Unfortunately, all good things must end (for at least 30 days) because I enjoyed this experience so much I chose the monthly membership which enables me to pamper my scalp and feel the zen for a whole year.Thank you Shelly, your eye for detail is apparent with the fresh appearance of your spa and all the little extras did not go unnoticed. As well as, your passion to balance and restore health and vitality to a body part that is sadly overlooked.

The owner truly offers a one-on-one relaxing session and is knowledgeable about your scalp and hair. She takes her time and walks you through the process; you leave feeling amazing! My hair has never felt better, and you even leave with a few fantastic little gifts!

If you need to relax and destress, a head spa is perfect. I have gone twice now and both experiences were wonderful. The products used made my hair soft for days. Shelley is amazing and makes the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. Definitely worth it!

I had my first treatment with Amy Tolson-Lewis today and it knocked my socks off! From the aromas, to the massage, the atmosphere- all were superb. Everything about the experience made me believe I was in just the right place, they even had an amazing scalp telescope-like device to check in on my follicles! Amy Lewis and this establishment are a gift to this community.

It’s fabulous to have this offering in lakeland by such a knowledgeable specialist in this industry!I booked this appointment for my daughter as she has had a long history of hair loss since elementary school age.From the moment we stepped inside Shelley was fabulous, our appointment included a consultation and hair and scalp evaluation before and after which was great! She is very knowledgeable of her products and plans to tailor it to my daughter’s needs! As a mom of a teenager who is an athlete and uses hair products daily along with the history of loss of hair Shelley’s service is so important to our family! Thank you so much!My daughter was so relaxed and even fell asleep during her treatment, the next day I described her hair as a mane of a lion, it was amazing and so beautiful and healthier!

I have been wanting to go to a head spa for ages and today I finally got to. It was exceptional from start to finish! From the greeting as soon as I walked in, the consultation to see what my scalp needed (loved the cool magnified scalp cam btw), the personalized welcome sign, the knowledge from the owner about the products and where they come from, down to the ambience and last but not least, the scalp treatment itself. ALL MAGNIFICENT! Plus, she threw in a complimentary chill spray as I now call it, and a beautiful sunflower 🥹 This would be an amazing gift to yourself or anyone you love. So go, do it. NOW!

Hands down one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had. From the moment you walk in, Shelley makes you feel welcome and completely comfortable. She explains in detail every part of the process, is very knowledgeable and makes you feel in great hands. Once you start your treatment you will be in immersed in a very soothing atmosphere and every sensation just makes you more relaxed which is exactly what I was looking for. What an incredible experience. Amanda was amazing, she explained everything, made the environment warm and welcoming and oh my how relaxing and it was. The little touches of your name on the board in the room and she even gave me a few flowers on the way out. I also had the chance to meet the owner and she was very kind and wanted to ensure I enjoyed my experience. Highly recommend!!!!
