    Ive been going to Sylvia at the North Lakeland Sport Clips, and my hair has never looked better!Sylvia always takes the time to listen to what I want and consistently delivers a great cut. On my last visit, she recommended the Bio Fuel beard conditioner, and its been a game-changer for my beard.The service is top-notch, and I leave feeling confident every time.     First of all the way you’re treated with attention to detail is beyond anything I’ve everything seen. First of all being in the military we didn’t get to many options for a haircut 💇🏾‍♂️ it was done in less than 30 seconds.Then once you get out of boot camp you able to have more choices. I literally would tell barbers 💈 how I wanted my haircut and they would do the exact opposite. Especially black barber shops.Plus they talked more about everything else besides cutting my hair. In the name of “barbershop” talk. First impressions were this white girl 👧🏾 don’t know how to cut my hair. But I was desperately in need of one. So I figured let’s give it a shot. Worse thing could happen is I would wait for it to grow back.I entered the building I was instantly greeted with such a warmth. The atmosphere was clean and professional, but the products were definitely not something I would normally see in a barbershop. Immediately I was taken to the chair where Alyssa was ready for action. She asked me how I wanted my haircut. Listening with such attention to detail, even to the point of taken down notes. 📝 Alyssa cut my hair exactly how I wanted & even went above and beyond the call of duty. Her professionalism greatly reflects upon herself esports clips as a whole. As an organization I wish you would train more of your barbers to cut “black” peoples hair. But then again there’s the stigmatization of TRUST that must be built. I’ve traveled all around the world and you can tell when someone truly loves what they do.     Recently moved to the Lakeland area and have been looking for a new place to cut my hair. Did a lot of researching on line of all the various places and I was looking for a place that offered the type of services you would get at a upscale salon and traditional barber.Most places are either one or the other for men, and not both. Check out the reviews on Google and they had some good reviews for a franchise and decided to give it a tryI chose Alyssa, based on the other reviews who recommended her and Im glad I did.She was professional common knowledgeable and understood what I was looking for.Explained the types of services they offered I, I chose the MVP which is their premiere type of service that includes a 10 minute scalp massageOverall it was a good value, she did a great job cutting my hair, and I look forward to going back in the near future.     I took my 2 year old son in for a haircut and Bryanna was beyond patient with him. He does not do well when it comes to clippers and she did her absolute best to make him as comfortable as possible. She stayed professional as he fought her at points and cried continuously.     Ive never took the time too write a proper review of this place so here we go. I went here two times to get my hair cut. Though I cant remember the first lady that cut my hair but the second lady that cut my hair was Alyssa C. She was absolutely phenomenal. Im not much of a talking person but she found out how to get me to talk and had such a good experience with her. I got the MVP and the hot towel feels like your in heaven. The best part of all is that Alyssa went out of her way to type in the notes what I got for the next time I went In because i forgot to do that. All the sports clips Hair stylist make you feel like your a person too them and makes you feel like you belong there. I really recommend this place to anyone who needs a cut. They also do designs in your hair that look very cool.

    I like my stylist Alyssa, I like the shampoo station with the hot towel. I like the shoulder massage. It’s a time out of my moth to relax.     I have had the same stylist for the past 35 years. After moving to FL, we tried Sportclips. Our stylist Alyssa is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very good to customers. She always asks how we are, if we need any products and offers up information on out cut, style, or hair type. Sh is top notch and will be our stylist for the foreseeable future. Very grateful to have found her!!

    Overall loved this place. Went to get a pompadour style haircut. The stylist was very good and patient to make sure everything is great.She was a great talker and made the whole process really awesome.     Ive been visiting this location for 3 years with top notch service but after today I can say I will not be back. Its a Saturday morning so naturally it would be busy but after checking kn online there was a 2 hour wait. Which is fine I can walk around the plaza and enjoy the day out. I receive a text stating that I will be called within 10 minutes so I leave and reach sports clips within 10 minutes and they ALREEADY CALLED SOMEONE ELSE BACK. I was then told I would have to wait all over again. The stylists basically told me I was SOL and to just wait all over again even though I was on time per the wait time. I will not be returning to this location.UPDATE: I was contacted by the management and I have since been back. I appreciate the quick response and addressing my issue. I will be back.

    I was in the store on Northside Lakeland. This is a nice place to get a haircut but Alyssa Cornell made it my favorite. She is professional and treats you like an individual when your in her chair. Its great to have someone read your mind and give you the hair cut you want. I dont have easy hair but she had no problem. She always has a smile and is engaged with you while your in her chair. She is a very talented barber and I will be returning just because of her.

    Great experience last month. Stylist, Bryanna, was very knowledgable, polite, genuinely customer service oriented.     I have gone to Sport Clips five or six times, so I have a good amount of experience with what you will expect. I have always had a good haircut regardless of the barber, so if that is your goal, I would just pay for the basics. The MVP treatment would be nice if it were given in a consistent manner, but most of the barbers rush through it, ruining any special feel to it. The massage is usually brief enough to nullify any real benefit. The hot towel is really nice, but I wouldnt pay for the MVP unless you buy the triple play (3 MVP treatments) at a good price. I bought the special that essentially gave me a free MVP based on regular rates. Definitely book your appointment online, as you will get in and out faster.

    Very friendly and talented staff. Terrible check in experience. No customers were present and three staff members were on shift. I was directed, however, by the staff, to log online and check in for an appointment on my own; that no staff member could assist me in making an appointment. So, there I was, just outside the window struggling to get the website to work properly so I could get my hair cut. Meanwhile, inside, there sat the friendly staff eating snacks and gossiping. And low, and behold, the friendly staff had to assist me anyway. WELL OILED MACHINE... (Sarcasm)

    Sports Clips is a chain therefore it has some turnover issues. The stylist who gave you the greatest cut of your life may not be there the next time you come in. With that exception, you cant beat a hot towel, shampoo, and massage after a haircut. Sports Clips has call ahead appointment setting which saves time. Sports Clips costs a little more than your typical Mom and Pop shop, but the extras make the difference.

    BEST PLACE TO GO FOR A HAIR CUT!! I have lived up and down the east coast, and the worst thing about moving to a new city is finding a quality hair stylist. Originally, Devan cut my hair and did an amazing job; however, one time Devan was not there so Molly stepped in. I kid you not, Molly gave me the best hair cut Ive ever received and I havent looked back! Not only does she take the time to give you a precise hair cut, she also is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to hair treatment and styling. I can confidently say that since Molly has started cutting my hair I havent had a bad hair day. If you care about how you look and happen to be on the North side of Lakeland, make sure you stop at Sport Clips and see either Devan or Molly! Trust me.

    My husband went in to get a hair cut. He had a bad experience the last time he went there when they skipped over his name after already making an appointment online then having to wait and getting skipped when it was his turn to get a haircut. Abby changed his mind and perception on sports clip as a company as a whole. Not only he came to the house with what I and he would say one of the best haircuts he has had in a very long time but he was happy that he had met someone finally that gave him a complete run down on his hair, not only on style but health and maintenance as well.
