My family and I have used the hair salon (Sheila & Shelby) & spa (Mickie for facials) for many years. Everyone is very friendly. No one is pushy with sales or products. I followed my hair stylist, Sheila, to this spa and I always leave happy. Mickie is very knowledgeable about skin care for both me & my teen daughter and Shelby is up-to-date with the teen hairdos! I highly recommend True Med Spa!

We had a recent ABWA Lakeland (American Business Women’s Association) meeting at the Spa. Wow. What an amazing facility! It feels very peaceful and luxurious - perfect if your looking for a relaxing experience. I went in the cryo chamber. It was freezing and invigorating. The staff are top notch here, very friendly and knowledgeable. Top marks.

I got to TruMed for deep tissue massage by Josh Soto. Josh is exceptionally skilled in therapeutic massage and has helped me avoid pain management medications and surgery. He is professional, cares about his clients, and provides a comfortable environment. The staff at TruMed are always super friendly and helpful and they provide a vast array of services from hair and nails to Botox and skin treatments. Definitely a gem in Lakeland

I love TrueMedSpa. It is the best spa I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are always willing to provide advice and insight into different services. I got lip injections done here for the first time and was unsure of what would look good on me. Leann was very compassionate during the whole process and worked very diligently to shape my lips in a way that would make me feel beautiful. I have received multiple services here - lash extensions, facials, lip filler, botox, massage. They are always adding new services and its super exciting being able to try them out! You wont regret coming here to pamper yourself!

Booked with Haleigh because of a Facebook recommendation and I absolutely did not regret it! When walking into TrueMed I was welcomed with warm smiles, the ladies there made me feel as if I had been coming to TrueMed for years. Haleigh was super sweet and very personable. I told her my concerns and issues I had with my hair and she gave me wonderful recommendations for products. I never cut my hair and was very nervous when I asked for curtain bangs, she made the chop and I let her go from there. She made conversation with me and nothing felt forced. I fell in love with my curtain bangs and the way she styled my hair. Illl definitely be coming back every 6 months to have my hair done by her. Haleigh also does GelX nails if youre looking for someone whos experienced in that!

She is an expert and takes her job of keeping Lakeland feeling beautiful very serious. Not only does she offer a wonderful and relaxing oasis, she lends a listening ear and words of such incredible wisdom. On my last visit I noticed a bulletin board on her wall with a take one if you love it or leave one if youd like. type sign on it. I have been going to True MD for about 4 years now, mostly for microderm abrasions. I only have experience with their esthetician, Kristy as far as actual treatments go but I have spoken with a few of the other employees. The customer service has always been wonderful. The receptionists are very sweet. Kristy is the main esthetician and she has worked miracles for me. She was sweet when I first met her years ago and after getting to know her a little during my treatments, I just adore her. She is one of the nicest people I have met. The microderm/facials are Uh-Mazing. She is knowledgeable and was even willing to take my calls when I had questions about anything. I am personally a freak about only using natural products, which is why I cant review the other employees or procedures, but Kristy knows how I am and uses the products she knows I am ok with. I have literally recommended her to all of my friends. Overall, my experience, the spa, the office, staff, atmosphere and Kristy are all amazing.

I have been coming to True MD ever since they opened and I dont go anywhere else for Any treatment! Lisa is fabulous with the Sciton laser for building collagen! Kristy gives great facials, peels, and of course she knows her products! I love the hydra facial and Obagi! Dr. Parker is so talented with his truly natural effects with Voluma, Juvederm, and Botox! Wow! After reading this List you can really see that I LOVE them there! ( I even left a few things out like microdermabrasion, IPL photo facial, and Latisse ! ) 5 stars!!
