    First, I want to make it clear that Im not overreacting, Im not related to anyone at this location, and Im not being paid for this review.I was in town helping my cousin recover from Hurricane Helene and needed to get a haircut. I went to this location and had the luck and honor of having Angie be my hairstylist. The haircut I received was by far, the BEST haircut I have ever received, at least in as long as I can remember. She was polite, professional, engaging and ridiculously talented. I just wish she was here in Illinois. If you get a chance, ask for Angie!

    Great! I have been going to same place for years. I love that I can go in at anytime and they have in computer what I like. I also love that I an zone out and relax! They usually catch on real quick that I just want to relax and Not give them my life history that some hair cutting places want to discuss.... I just like my hair cut!

    I went to the Great Clips in Seminole because my favorite stylist has moved there. Kitty is the best for me. She listens and wants her clients to like their cut. Will definitely be going back as long as she’s there

    Okay I just realized yall replied. But Id like to add I used to live in Minneapolis and would get my hair cut at the original GreatClips location and this location gave me a better haircut than they EVER did. Not only did my stylist listen to me when I asked her what I should do she gave me a descriptive step by step of what she would do to the point I could see it in my mind. Ive never had that not even when I was paying 80 a cut she 100% deserves a raise! ❤️❤️❤️ I observed the other stylist next to me and she was just as fantastic! ❤️

    I was reading reviews on hair salons near me and found the best review ever from Squirrel that sent me to this Great Clips.I called this morning and Kayla answered the phone. She was so WONDERFUL and gave me all of the information I needed to get my hair cut. Thank you Kayla!!!!My appointment was at 12:00 and was very professionally greeted when I walked into the door.Then I met Megan who was the person that was going to cut my hair. WHAT A BLESSING!!!! Not only was she friendly right from the start but she LISTENED to what I wanted.Megan was the answer to my prayers that morning. I have chemo hair which is difficult to work with. She took control and gave me one of the best styles I have had in a long time!!!!!THANK YOU MEGAN, YOU CERTAINLY HAVE A GIFT!!!!!

    Absolutely one of the greatest experiences I have had so far since moving to Florida. My mother has stage 4 brain cancer and her hair was starting to fall out because of the radiation treatments. We tried to go to a couple of places and got the run-around, and then we found Great Clips. When we got there we explained what was going on and what my mom needed. To our surprise the woman told us that they have a program for those battling this Insidious disease where their haircuts are free.In addition the care and compassion the hair technician showed my mother was above and beyond. My mothers head has been burned because of the radiation, it hurts for the wind to blow her hair, and this woman managed to comb, cut, and style my mothers hair without causing her any amount of discomfort. She made my mothers hair look beautiful, she didnt rush through it with the attitude its going to be gone soon anyway so who cares. I would definitely recommend this place for people without issues, but hands down this is where I would take anyone who needed special care or accommodations. Absolutely 100% amazing. If I could have chosen 10 Stars I would have!

    I have been using the services of this specific location for many years, specifically the young lady named Kayla who has been trimming my hair for years, and is the only one I will allow to service me. She is cheerful charming, pleasant, polite, and a damn great hair trimmer.     I used the Great Clips app to let them know I was coming. I was promptly greeted them seated within 2 minutes. I had a head full of unruly hair but Meghan had it tamed in no time. I would recommend this location.

    Sherri is probably the best stylist / manager Ive ever met. Ask for her to cut your hair it will be done in 10 minutes or less. She is absolutely amazing

    I first visited this Great clips back in July. I have to be honest and say I have never been one to use a chain hair salon because of a bad experience in my past, but this place and the stylist we had completely changed my mind! I was in the area prepping for a family vacation and realized my boys needed a haircut before leaving for our trip. We did not have an appointment and just walked in. All the stylists were busy and had someone in their chair but we were still greeted warmly and asked what we would like to get done. I let them know I just needed 2 kids cuts. Megan assured me she would be finished up in about 10-15 minutes if I wouldnt mind waiting, sure enough her time frame was completely accurate and my first son was in her chair ready to go in 10 minutes! Megan was beyond incredible, not only did she take the time to assess my kids hair texture and growth pattern but she also actually conversated with them. They were both super comfortable with her and just fell in love with her by the end of our time. I loved that Megan really listened to what my boys wanted and also double checked everything with me. She even took the time to answer my questions about my own hair, gave me product recommendations and tips even though I wasnt her client. When my youngest was getting out of her chair he complimented Megan on her super cool purple hair and said how he wished he had blue hair! Megan quickly asked if I would approve of blue hair, I said of course as long as its not permanent! Megan didnt skip a beat and pulled out some colored hair spray. Needless to say both boys lost their minds when they realized they could have super cool colored hair too! Seriously THE BEST experience EVER! I was so impressed at how well my boys were catered to and treated like more than just the next $10 cut. Megan was beyond amazing and like I said completely changed my opinion on chain salons. We have a Great clips just across the street but we drive over an hour from brooksville just to sit in Megans chair. And its worth it every time!

    They are consistent and I have never had a bad haircut here. Staff is really nice and welcoming and allways greet you. Their is generally a 15 minute wait but thats not bad compared to some places. The barber is allways clean no hair or dirt and all of the equipment is also clean. Something really cool that they allow is the mobile app that allows you to check in early and be first in line so when you arrive you will go first. I do strongly recommend this place.

    There is the best hair stylest at the Seminole Oak store. Located next to a Winn Dixie. So after getting the best service at this salon. You can get your grocery shopping done right after. I go to no other salon. Also a CVS is near by. Makes my day much easier.

    Ive been burned by many great clips stylists before so Im always a little apprehensive when I go and today, I found the perfect stylist! Shout out to Kayla for taking time to make sure we were on the same page as far as what I wanted for my hair, talking me through each step, and also before she went ahead with whatever came next she would always ask if made sense/ was ok with me. She was super patient also. If I thought of anything else I wanted her to do during the haircut (adding layers to my bangs) it was no big deal for her to take care of it. And after she had shown me the back of my hair and gotten up to cash me out, I decided that I wanted the back to be a little different. She was very sweet and understanding and worked on my hair until I was 100% satisfied.Anyway, tl;drIf you find yourself at this great clips and happen to have Kayla as your stylist, consider yourself lucky.

    My son (26) and I went in for a quick evening cut before his job interview the next day. I am always afraid to get my haircut and have difficulty communicating what I want as Im not a visual spatial person. So, I delay getting a cut until Ive been looking frumpy for a very long time. I usually spend over $50 for cut and tip. So, was delighted that we got 2 great haircuts for 1/2 of what I generally spend for one. I know its the luck of the draw but you can wait for the stylist you prefer. I will probably take the gamble again.
