My daughter had her hair cut today and she had a great experience! Her stylist was very nice and did an excellent job. The other stylists in the salon were also very attentive to their clients and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and clean. I recommend making an appointment as they are always busy (good sign!) but well definitely be back.

I bought my neighbor Chanelle there today because she had a really rough summer being in & out of the hospital & not being able to care for her hair properly left it horribly matted & in desperate need of dematting. ✂️ Jonathan was able to save most of her hairHe treated her with kindness & patience while dealing with the mess. Jonathan is who cut my hair and he is totally amazing. You guys have a wonderful employee there in Jonathan. Hes so easy to talk to and really helpful and knows what hes doing. He did a shampoo and treatment on my hair and cut and then styled it for me he taught me and showed me how to work with my curly frizzy hair to where it wouldnt be so frizzy but it would really define My curls. I couldnt have been happier then when I walked out of that place. Wonderful person.

I complained what I felt was the problem with my hair and she did her magic. She took the time to correct my previous box job. She recommended hair care products, but wasn’t pushy so I would feel obligated and made my day.

I have recently come in for just a cut and it was done beautifully. The manager on the other hand was terrible. Constantly tossing passive aggressive comments to my stylist (Katlynn) or however you spell her name. The manager Dianna overbooked my stylist leaving her stressed and behind on her appointments. Saying things like “If you were late with one client you will be late with all of them.” She was the one who made my stylist worry about all her customers meanwhile she took all her customers on with grace while the manager sat there doing nothing.My stylist deserves the 5 star rating. The manger deserves a 0 star if I could give her one.

Kava is my personal favorite but we like EVERYONE in there. Very friendly! Everyone in there will take their time and see what you are looking for and what you want and will make sure you are satisfied before you leave. I take my kiddos here too and they always leave happy as well.

I am worried that the employees at this location are experimenting with macro scale quantum superposition, and this both worries me and excites me. After leaving the store, I noticed the wave function of my haircut collapsing into one form, while it had previously occupied all possible forms. This excites and disappoints me.
