Last week I went to the Longwood F/S salon as a walk-in client for a basic trim, so I figured any available Stylist would be fine. However, my experience instantly went from fine to outstanding when I was greeted and styled by Grace. I cannot say enough postive comments about Grace and how delightful, professional, knowledgable, and kind she was during the appointment. She gave me one of the best haircuts Ive ever had, and have received so many compliments. I even went back a few days later to have her color my hair, she is that good! THANK YOU, GRACE!! YOU ROCK!!

Had to do a last minute haircut appointment prior to my trip tomorrow - never been to this location and not familiar with anyone but took the chance and so glad I did! Mady cut my hair and I was amazed with the results. I didnt even have to tell her much or describe what I wanted except that I wanted a shorter length, more volume and not make my face look bigger. She did her magic and so happy with the outcome, been receiving compliments all day and will definitely be back next time!

Everyone in the salon was super nice and I definitely recommend them all.

I came in a couple of days ago with a bunch of half ideas, and Elaine successfully took all of my ideas and made a beautiful hair treatment plan. My hair has never looked better. My family and I highly recommend this salon.

Lori, you are AMAZING! Nice, clean, friendly, affordable salon. I’ve always had long hair & was anxious about getting it cut short. My 15 yr. old granddaughter was ill & had to get all her hair cut off into a pixie cut. To show my support, I told her I would cut my hair off too. However, my hair is super natural curly & wouldn’t stay for a pixie. Lori helped me find a short haircut that let me keep my promise AND made me feel & look beautiful! Thank you! With previous stylists, I would frequently come home after a highlighting appointment and haircut, look at it objectively with my own lighting, and find something I didnt like - big chunks of blonde, brassy tones, uneven haircut, etc....And that would be all well and good if I werent paying ridiculous sums of money!Not so with todays appointment with Andria! She did a fantastic job, and for less money than the previous stylist who disappointed me charged. This place is great! Andria is a top notch stylist (who won lots of awards) whom you can trust with your hair.

Sandies service is exceptional in every sense of the word, from her amazing haircuts to the top-class customer experience she provides. When I came in for my last haircut and wax, she immediately extended my time as soon as we started talking; she could see that I was having a very hard day, and knew I needed the extra time and pampering. She has always shown tremendous empathy for my disabilities and chronic health issues, and has gone well over what one would expect to make sure I felt comfortable. She really doesnt just perform salon services like cutting hair, waxing, etc.; she takes care of you as a person, which is something that is truly extraordinary in this world. I absolutely love going to Sandie, and am sure I will never be disappointed with anything she does.

I was lucky enough to get Sherry as my stylist and liked her so much I have been coming here ever since. I like her so much that, when I moved an hour away from Longwood earlier this year, I decided it was worth the trip to keep her as my stylist. Sherry is very personable and always does an amazing job!

I was truly fortunate to have Elaine as my cosmetologist today. I wanted to consult with someone, but also needed a haircut. Her perspective and help with how to handle my long straight hair in the Florida climate was priceless. It may sound simple to give someone a trim but her handling of it and the result were exceptional! I ran by her my thoughts on color and she was the best person to bounce this off of, ever. Truly, experience matters. She is a gem, a positive, considerate person who is a joy to be around. I want to have her over for dinner. :) For now Ill settle for seeing her regularly. What a joy to find that great beautician you know will handle whatever you need. If I move to another location, which is remotely possible, I would drive to see her. It feels good to support a local business, each FS is privately owned. The store is clean and well-laid out with a generally upbeat feeling between all the hairdressers. I would book here, I dont think you can go wrong here, and other than for a basic haircut, you would pay 50-300% more elsewhere and might not get the same level of expertise!

Andria was doing my hair for years before covid. During that time we also moved. Couldnt find anyone who could cut my hair right after it was safe to go to a salon. Haircut was awful. Made the drive to have Andria cut it. She fixed it in one visit. Shes worth the extra drive.

Absolutely Awesome!! I never leave reviews, but today I have to. My hair is really thick, curly, and frizzy and in this heat it gets overwhelming quite fast. I don’t remember her name. But my stylist had long pink hair, and she did amazing. She asked questions and interacted to make sure I was okay with everything being done. Andrea is the BEST. I had foiling done today, and it turned out fabulous! Shes always conservative when cutting, and asks if its what I want. Michele was excellent!! I went into the salon not sure what I was going to do with my hair because I had over boxed dyed it and bleach blonde and I wasn’t sure what I was going to do if I was going to cut it all off or just trim it and color it. Michelle gave me some wonderful suggestions she offered a Keratin treatment! in the end she did not cut all my hair too short she gave me darker hair and she gave me an awesome Keratin treatment I am happy with my results and I would definitely go back in another 30 days for a highlight which is what she recommended Michelle is incredible I thank you very much fantastic Sams and Michele

Elaine has fixed two of my terrible haircuts I got. They were uneven and I had chunky crooked layers. She transformed my hair into a cut I love. She was so sweet and I will be a returning customer even if I have to drive more than a hour!
