Susan is the best in Tampa Bay by far. My entire family has been going to Susan for YEARS! I remember being a little girl at the age of 6 going with my mom to her Botox appointments being mesmerized by the positive energy and seeing my mom excited to go to her appointments. Now that I’m 23 it’s now my turn to experience the excitement of going to Nu Image and just enjoying the things that makes being a girl fun. Susan does my laser treatments (arm and bikini) as well as my lip filler. I’m almost halfway done with my laser appointments and I’ve already seen great results in the hair and my skin is so much better from it as well and not needing to shave so often! My lips are absolutely GORGEOUS I’m obsessed with them! Susan has the best eye in the industry, my lips look so natural and fit my face so well. People always think my lips are just naturally plump and are shocked when I tell them I have filler. She “highlights your natural God given features”. I personally struggled with my lips going into my mouth when smiling…never again do I have to worry about that thanks to Susan. I would recommend everyone to go to her! The front desk girls are also super sweet and inviting making you feel welcomed the second you walk in. Very real people and that’s hard to come by.

My younger sister and I have been coming to Nu Image for about 4 years now to see Michelle our esthetician, Ive lived in orlando a majority of my time going to her and always make it a priority to get an appointment when Im in town visiting from university. The staff is always so warm and friendly and the cleanliness is unmatched. Prices are pretty fair/standard and I am always so happy with the way my skin looks after an appointment, highly highly recommend!

I love this saloon! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I have had several facials and both Jennifer and Michelle have been great.l leave filling so rejuvenated and my skin looks wonderful! I also get my hair done by Jasmine and she is one of the best hair dressers I have ever been too. She is very knowledgeable about your hair and the correct products you should be using.Also, she is so friendly and easy to talk to. This is my happy place !!

Susan the owner did my Botox. It was a top notch experience. I was in and out. Price per unit was competitive and affordable. I’ve been getting Botox for years. She still explained to me the mechanisms of how it worked in my body. Made me comfortable with her treatment plan as she explained her technique. She didn’t over administer. I was able to achieve amazing results with just 30 units in one treatment. Look and feel great.

I can honestly say that I am a harsh critic when it comes to aesthetics but I cannot speak highly enough about Jenny!!She is incredible knowledgeable and an amazing injector!I am new to the Tampa and have tried a few different spa that were “ok” but nothing special.I am very happy that I found my new med spa home thanks to my great experience with Jenny!!

Simply the best!!!!!Ive been coming to this salon since 2007. I have had only the best care and experiences at every single visit! From my haircuts, facials, and Botox its been nothing but the best experience and value for money. Everyone here is so professional and sweet! Not only do I look amazing every time I leave but I feel amazing because they have become family to me. They remember my birthdays, special events and comfort me during my hardships. Theres absolutely nobody better than all these ladies and I will continue to sing their praises to anyone looking for any of these services. I have been to many salons/spas in the past, however, Nu Image blows them all away!!!The girls at the front desk were friendly and polite and my aesthetician Michelle was absolutely amazing!! I also had a consultation with Susan regarding medical services. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the products and also appreciated the fact that she took her time to listen to my concerns and guide me to treatment plan! I have already booked my next appointment!!! Thank you Nu Image :)

Jenny, the NP here is INCREDIBLE! I was so nervous getting Botox for the first time. I did so much research where I live (New Jersey) but I heard first hand such great things about Jenny from so many people that I flew there from NJ!!! She did my lips and my Botox, and it looks even better than I imagined! She made me feel completely at ease and walked me through each step. Everyone here at home keeps telling me how great I look, but no one can pinpoint it because it looks so natural- exactly the look I was going for. She listened to me and my concerns and gave me the exact look I wanted to achieve. She also is TOTALLY honest. They don’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need, which I personally love the honesty and not someone just trying to make a bigger sale. She really studied my face and told me how much she thought I needed to get the look I wanted and she did a fabulous job. The front desk staff was so nice as well! Totally worth the trip, I already have another flight booked for November!!

Jenny did my face and it turned out amazing! The prices are competitive to other places, and they take their time with you to customize their approach without being pushy to sell you things you don’t need. Jenny was precise and gentle, and my results speak for themselves. I will be back again soon!

I first came to Nu Image when I purchased a groupon with my sister a few years ago when they were at their first location. The owner Susan was very friendly and didnt make me feel weird. She was honest and explained why I did or didnt need to do certain procedures. I lost touch after I had a few kids and recently reconnected with them. They moved to Cheval and the new location is AMAZING. Susan is still great, and I have since met Michelle who has been amazing . I have some skin issues due to aging and having kids and they have been honest, educated me on different ideas to get the best results. Ive since brought my mother and sisters to the spa and they love it too. We have been to other medispas and Nu Image is down to earth (not snooty) discreet and affordable. I never feel pressured to spend thousands on a package deal like at other places. They are the best Medpa in town! Now I just have to try out the salon.

I recently visited Nu Image and could not be more pleased with Mary and Susan. They were courteous, professional, took the time to explain everything and offered me multiple options to meet my goals. Mary did my botox treatment and an IPL and the results were excellent. I look refreshed, not changed which is what I want. I have previously gone to a few Med Spas here in Tampa and what a difference to not feel constantly pressured to spend thousands of dollars on a package at every visit. Nu Image is a cut above the rest. They are discreet, offer excellent service and a great value. I would not consider going anywhere else and highly recommend them to all of my friends.

I had the pleasure of visiting this spa twice. Once for an IPL treatment and once for a chemical peel. Mary and Susan were both amazingly nice and knowledgeable. I recently went into Nu Image to get Botox in my forehead. I was nervous at first since it was my first time but Susan the nurse practitioner made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the whole process. I couldnt be any happier with the results! A few days later I received an amazing facial from Michelle the esthetician. My skin was glowing after she was done with me! I highly recommend this medspa and I will definitely be back for more services!

Had a great experience with Yasmin at this salon - I am very happy with my cut and style - she is one of the few people I have found that really tries to listen to what I asked for, and she understands how to cut my thick, wavy hair so it looks nice whether I wear it curly or blow dry it straight. I would highly recommend and I plan to return.

Ive been client here for over a year and I love them! I get botox on a regular basis and Susan is a master of it! No Joker face or bunny lines here! Also, I have a medium range case of Roseacea which is controlled quite well with IPL and some Fraxel. I have never had a better experience that at NuImage.
