    Great! Clips is a reliable place to get your haircut, they put the sizes of the guides in the computer so they can replicate exactly what they used that. Pleased you the time before so you can be sure that youre going to get the same type haircut. I think its good that you can check in online so that when you get in, youre already placed before any walk-ins. And all the times weve been, we have gotten very good haircuts. Its nice to find the coupons online that help with the price. Even though Great clips is pretty reasonably priced. I think it was $16 for a senior cut or a child and 18 for a regular cut. And some of the coupons are like five or more dollars. So yeah Great clips is a good place to go.

    Came in for a men’s haircut and was taken care of by Sarah. She did an AMAZING job. The $8.99 coupon made it a crazy good deal too. Probably the best haircut I have had in the last 10 years. On top of it all, I was in and out in less that 15 mins. Very happy and very thankful! Thanks ladies !!!

    Excellent place! Super Friendly and Professional Staff! Clean environment!I took my toddler for his hirst haircut. I was a bit nervous and so was my kid. But Brad (hairstylist) did an awesome job to keep my kid relaxed, entertained while Brad cut his hairs. A picture speaks 1000 words, so I would let picture do all the talking.Definitely an happy customer with promises to keep returning.

    Very happy w/ the customer service here. My fiancé got a hair cut and when he came home I noticed the hair on one side and the back were uneven. I called and the manager said she would fix his hair and also issue a refund. We went back and she did a wonderful job making sure everything was even. We didn’t accept the refund since they put in the work to make things right, and when I tried to tip she politely declined. I appreciate her professionalism and effort to make us happy

    Went to see Rachel at Great clips. Super friendly and great style. Did a shampoo, cut and undercut. Very friendly staff and was busy but everyone in the place got good attention and great haircuts. I would definitely recommend them. Go get pretty! I forgot to take pics right away so this is after some wind but still looks and feels great.

    I was able to get right in after about a 5 minute wait. The woman who cut my hair was very friendly and professional. She cut it exactly like I requested. I highly recommend this location.

    I love going here because it doesn’t matter who cuts my hair, they always do an awesome job. They also listen to what I want and make sure that the cut will look good. Easy to get in and do the check in online.

    Its Great Clips. Sometimes you get great cutters and sometimes not the greatest. But its dependable, and with the current introductory deal on haircuts, I highly recommend trying this one out! Renee is always fantastic!

    I have been a LOYAL Great Clips customer for over 20 years. I have lived in different places but have always found great service and attitude with each haircut. At my recent haircut appointment, I could feel that something had changed. The hours of operation have been reduced because good hairdressers are leaving. Fortunately, my favorite stylist that I have been using for 4 years was in and as she cut we chatted. I could tell that she was her usual cheerful self. I gently asked about the changes I had noticed and she said that it is difficult to get younger stylists to want to work there because the pay is so low. The cost of cosmetology school is very expensive and graduates want to work at high end salons. She shared that the same person owns many of the area Great Clips salons and the problem is widespread. This makes me sad. She indicated that the few remaining stylists are all looking for work elsewhere. I dont know what I will do if I cant find a Great Clips to go to. I am now retired and on a fixed income and I cannot afford to go to specialty salons. I hope that someone can look into improving this problem. Thank you. Viera, FL

    I was looking for a reasonable priced place to get a senior haircut and April cut my hair. She was very talented. She did a feather cut and I was very pleased. Other customers were saying how great the back of my cut was. I haven’t had such a great experience. In a long time. I highly recommend the professionalism of the clean shop and great staff.     Fast, efficient, and skilled! Desperately needed a hair cut but running short on time, I stopped in on a Thursday afternoon. Plenty of parking, they greet you when you walk in with a pretty accurate idea on how long before they can get to you. Stylist listen when I told her what I needed done, asked a few questions, the went to work. Hair cut looks GREAT!

    I have been going to Great Clips for a good 10 years and have found them to be pretty consistent. I dont normally write reviews but my experience the other day was so great, I felt the need to share. My stylist was a young woman named Krystin (sp?) who couldnt have been nicer. She was polite and friendly and cared about what I wanted. Yes, the hair cut is a basic cut for under $20, but it wasnt just that to Krystin. She listened to exactly what I wanted done, she did exactly what I asked for, and then some. She took care and took her time. Gave me tips and advice and recommended product. She assured me she is here to stay and that I can count on her to keep my hair fresh and on point! This was my first time at the Viera location but now I will only go here. I reccomend this location (as all the stylists and staff were friendly and accomodating) but even more so, I teccomend Krystin!
