Yesterday I had the pleasure of having a facial with Nancy. She was highly skilled and educated in her field. She knew exactly what my 61 year old skin needed. My skin feels completely nourished. Had an amazing facial by Nancy the other day. She was very experienced and knowledgeable about the treatments and products and listened to all of my concerns and needs. Nancy customized my facial and gave me tips on how to maintain my skin to be at its best. She made me feel very comfortable and was I enjoyed our conversation. I also have to mention Kim, who did my body buff and polish a few days before. She was excellent as well. I will definitely be frequenting Imperial Salon because of these ladies and a big thank you to my husband for the gift certificates to the salon.

Cheryl is truly a master hair artist. She has been cutting & coloring my blonde hair for almost 10 years now! Cheryl has such a beautiful, kind soul. When I first met her, I felt like I had already known her for years. She has so much wisdom & knowledge of the hair industry- I value her advice and trust her opinions. Taking a chance on her years ago was such a wonderful decision- not only for my hair needs, but I also found a beautiful friend for life. Imperial Salon itself is very warm and inviting also!

The Salon is very relaxed and comfortable. They provide a spa experience. I go to Cheryl. She has been my hair dresser for over 20 years. She is an expert in color, foils and a master at blow outs. I wont allow anyone else to EVER cut my hair except for Cheryl. You wont be disappointed.

I had a life changing experience. Everyone was so kind and understanding of what i needed. Unfortunately, I went through several months of massive hair fall most likely from increasing thyroid meds. I was totally devastated. Amanda was so sweet and caring. We had a consult for her to see what type of hair extensions would match for my naturally curly hair. Today I left with a beautiful mane of full lovely curls. The hair of dreams. I so needed this mentally.

This was my first visit to Imperial Spa, but Cheryls been my hairstylist for about 16 years, so I follow where she goes.The Spa is spacious and bright, and all who I encountered were lovely. Cheryl, as always, gave me a fabulous haircut that I love. She is sweet, fun to be around and above all, wants you to be happy with your cut. My son and husband are regulars too. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

We had a couples message while in Melbourne for our Vacation. 1st time visit and found it very inviting, we were greeted by our massage therapist and made to feel at home, clean private dressing areas, with showers, steam room, the room was pleasant and the massages were great. I’m very sorry we are horrible at remembering names, we were there on Wed 19, 5 pm appointment. I highly recommend them, ask what we each needed and ensured we were comfortably relaxed along the way. An hour went by way too Quick! Mike &Michelle and we will return next visit to Melbourne!

I got the 60 minute therapeutic massage with the Thai Ball add-on and it was amazing! Kim was spot on with getting the tightness out of my muscles. She would make sure that the pressure was just right. Same thing with the Thai balls; she wanted to make sure it wasnt too hot on my skin. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone needing their muscles worked on. Thank you for such a great experience.

Great service and everyone was very nice. We enjoyed our deluxe pedicures while sipping on some offered wine.The only thing that would have been nicer was a more aesthetically appealing decor. The black leather and dark colors is a bit outdated and not enjoyable. (First world problems, I know… just some constructive feedback if chosen to review).

I love imperial! We visit this spa frequently. We’ve never had a bad massage or experience but I will say I feel like the “spa experience” isn’t what it used to be. I was hoping for a nice relaxing afternoon with massage and sauna but I had to ask for champagne which I feel should be offered and then the sauna wasn’t even on so I had to sit in there for 20 minute for it to barely be warm and then I was running out of time and just left. The front desk said they only turn it on for specific clients or if someone calls and asks… I thought that was odd. I’d say other than that it’s good for just a quick pop in a get a massage and go type of environment now. This wouldn’t stop me from going back but I would have to go somewhere else for a “spa day”

My beloved hairdresser Cheryl, recently moved over to the Suntree Imperial Salon and so of course I followed her there for my salon services. It had been a while since I had been to the Imperial Salon and so I decided to engage massage services as well. Nancy F was amazing! I am now regularly seeing Nancy for therapeutic massage and am so glad I found her. I suggest calling to make appointments as the online scheduling tool is a bit clunky and hard to navigate.

Such a relaxing and thorough spa day experience. The massage was intentional and she was very friendly and checked in about pressure and made sure to ask me questions before. The mani and pedi was probably the best I’ve had. It was on the longer side but it also included scuba massages. Overall just a dream of an experience and the facilities are clean, calming and beautiful.

Everyone was friendly and sincerely felt like they wanted me to enjoy my visit there.Keisha my massage therapist is a knowledgeable massage therapist. I have been through many massage treatments elsewhere trying to work out some tightness. I have in my shoulders and back I go for the last few years at least 3x a month as well as going to a PT. This is the first time I walked away, and Immediately felt no more pain or tightness. I will be back!!!

I had the chance to come here for the first time with my sister, where we had pedicures and dermaplaning facials done. This was the best experience we have both had, between the beautiful interior, to the friendliest staff. Luxurious doesn’t even give it justice. My Facialist was Nancy, and she did a superb job with her expertise shining through the whole time! She made me feel very comfortable, safe, and her wisdom given to me regarding my skin specifically, was graciously received. I will be coming back!

The 4 of us enjoyed our spa bridal day. Your employees were very helpful. If we had a health issue like not being able lay flat on their back. One person did feel rushed on her facial because the girl was late. There was a locker issue which finally got fixed. We were offered mimosas and cucumber water. We all had a lovely time. We also enjoyed the sauna too. My daughter looked beautiful after her hair treatment and blow dry. I enjoyed my much needed massage and pedicure!! Thank you so much for everything.

I enjoy the shop area at the front of the salon. There are always lovely items of clothing to peruse.

The girl I believe her name is Charlie was rude and not personable. I told her she overcharged by $5 and she told me no that is what it costs. Best massage and facial ever! My esthetician was Rachel Donahue and she was so sweet and did an amazing job for everything! At the end of the facial she told me problems that she sees on my skin and she told me how I can improve my skin care routine. She also recommended the products that she used on me during the facial. Which was a big help! She also told me she does eyebrow tint service and offered to do mine. First time I got my eyebrows done and she did an amazing job! This is my second time ever getting a massage and my massage therapist, Maxine Bass, made sure I was comfortable the entire time! She did such an amazing job and she was so sweet and caring. Best employees ever, they take such good care of you and they are all so sweet!

Imperial exceeded my expectations this past weekend. I got a signature gel pedi and signature mani - made the appointment the night before, online. Everything was great from the time I walked in. And my nails look fantastic! My nail tech was Leeza - she was excellent! She took her time and I didnt feel rushed at all while there. It is a true spa with spa prices but definitely worth the money. You really do get what you pay for. I’ll definitely be back - Imperial is now my go-to nail salon!
