We moved to Miami Beach in January 2024 and finding a new hair salon in a new city is always mildly terror-inducing, so it took me until May to take the leap. I found Gigi through a Google search. After reading so many great reviews, I called to make an appointment. I am very glad I decided to try her first!Gigis salon is in a perfect location within walking distance from my apartment, and everything is clean and very nice. Gigi spent all the time in the world with me, asking questions and coming up with a plan for my poor neglected hair. She worked a lot of hours over the course of two days: stripping my old color out, doing several conditioning/nourishing treatments (I needed more than one), and recoloring my hair beautifully. I cannot believe how soft and healthy my hair feels!I have a halo extension I call my party hair that I will wear out sometimes for events (and she color matched my hair to it by just glancing at it once!). But honestly, I didnt even wear it for several events after our appointment because it was sooooo nice to feel that my hair looked just fine without it (which has never been the case!)I was a bit sad when it was time to wash/style my hair for the first time after my appointment, because our hair never looks as good when we do it ourselves as it does in the salon chair, BUT - I purchased two products that she used on me and recommended, and my hair looks (and feels!) the same as when I left the salon every time (which has ALSO never been the case!)I have a long way to go to get my hair super healthy and strong, but I am so grateful Gigi is right around the corner!

Gigis work is amazing...After almost a year of neglect and a LOT of sun and sea water, she managed to bring my hair back to life in a single session, while keeping my desired natural look... She also made excellent suggestions so I can continue to enjoy my beach lifestyle and not having to compromise it only to keep a healthy hair. I loved the undivided attention to my needs while in there and her excellent time management. I am so happy and delighted to finally find so close to my home a hair professional who gets me. I chose to go to Gigis salon because the reviews she had. I was looking to change my look, I need a new look. Since I stepped in her salon I was pleased with the welcome and the personalized treatment. In that little, cozy space is only she and her costumer. She catches my suggestion and she did a great job. I am so happy with my new haircut, I believe I look a lot younger now. She also noticed the huge necessity my hair has to be nourished so, she suggested a treatment that over time improves the quality of my hair. I came in looking to fix my roots that had a lighter colour than the rest of my hair, as well as a few greys showing. Gigi was able to not only correct the lighter colour but beautifully blend in with the rest of my hair colour(dark brown for reference). She took the time to access my hair and was very thorough with the process. The products she uses are high quality as my hair is quite shiny and very soft after my appointment. Ill definitely be coming back

Best stylist in Miami! Been going to Gigi for my color and regular trims. She’s the only person I would trust with my hair. She constantly educates herself on latest coloring techniques/haircuts as well as treatments. She is truly an expert stylist. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a stylist who is especially an expert colorist. She can pull off any color request you have as well as haircut. I’m grateful for her services, she was able to preserve the health of my hair despite me coloring my hair every few weeks or changing color. She’s also very sweet and pleasant to to talk to so it won’t be a dreaded salon appointment.

Gigi is Amazing! I called her for an S.O.S my hair was chemically burnt and hopeless, she told me she need to see if she can repair it or not first. Luckily me my hair was in good shape for a fix! Im visiting Miami and found Gigi on Google reviews. SHE IS AMAZING! I had old highlights, hair was faded and grey hairs needed a serious touch up. She had me looking 10 years younger by the time we were done. Her technique to blend my dark root color into the old highlights to remove the line from the growth, and the glaze she added to enhance the dimension was beautiful. Thank you Gigi for the butterflies I felt after seeing the finished results! I hope to see you again after my travels abroad, and next time I will be getting botox in my hair with you!
