They have the first hair wash chairs I’ve ever found genuinely comfortable, which made the experience even better.Mario did my hair, and he was fantastic!     I am usually a picky person in who I allow to handle my hair. Kate was attentive from beginning to end of the process and she knows what she is doing. She recommended beach waves which is why I came in and suggested a new technique to me for using brushes instead of a curling iron. Her method was smooth without conducting too much heat for my sensitive scalp. The results were stunning and lasting. She even concluded the appointment with suggestions on how to care for my scalp and dry ends. This was a memorable experience so thank you . I will be back!

    Claude was amazing! He knows which hairstyle works best with your face shape. Even though I had a hairstyle in mind, he suggested doing a little bit different which turned out to be perfect. In a city over saturated with barbers offering fades, it is very hard to find someone capable of cutting men’s hair with scissors. Best hair cut I’ve had in years!

    Claude Courtet has cut my hair for years and always does an incredible job. After some time in NY without cutting my hair I knew I needed to go back to see him. While normally I like to keep my hair long with layers, my last visit I wanted something new and trusted Claude to give me a fantastic cut at a new length for me!     Rossano Ferretti is an exquisite hair salon that everyone should experience at least once! I walked out feeling the most beautiful I ever had in my entire life.     Claude gave me the best haircut I have ever had last week. My hair is very fine and does not have body. He cuts it in such a way that I get the same great look everyday when I do my hair as when he styles it after my cut. Claude is an expert- I would highly recommend him and the fabulous salon at Faena Hotel, Miami Beach. It is well worth the drive from Pinecrest area to Miami Beach for such a great experience.

    I’ve been getting my haircut by Claude for over 15 years and nobody ever compares to him. I come all the way from Philadelphia. In my experience with past stylists my hair would always look great when it first got cut, but then even within two weeks it would start going downhill. My cuts with Claude always last a very long time even up to three months or more and grows out beautifully because of his technique.

The way Marco and his team (trained by him) cut hair is unique and just perfect. I have very black and thick hair and Elsa (one of their colorist) has been the only person that has made it almost platinum blonde without damaging it (almost impossible in my hair). All their staff is friendly and professional. I can’t say enough, if you have never cut your hair at a Rossano Ferreti salon, give them a try and have a real hair cut for the first time!

When they closed, I followed my stylist, Aki, to the Miano Viel until he retired and continued seeing his colleague stylists and master colorists from the Kenneth.I am in now search of my new stylist here in South Florida and hope to have found it.
