I’ve been seeing the wonderful ladies at African Hair for YEARS. I’ve been consistently coming to get braids done for festivals. I am never disappointed. They are kind and listen to exactly what style you want. Not to mention they are quick and so lovely. I’ll be coming back forever.

I was visiting Miami for work and they were able to squeeze me in last minute and I’m very thankful for that! Amazing customer service! The stylist took her time washed and blowed dried my hair and she created my style to look exactly like the picture. I will definitely come back again to get my hair done. Definitely worth the trip! This is the place to get braided up in Miami, they work on all textures of hair, the shop is kept very clean and everyone wears masks. The owner braided my hair and she is not heavy handed and takes her time. This is a small local family owned business and the price is more than fair for the experience and good conversation they offer here. I won’t go anywhere else with my money for now on when I’m in town. Very welcoming atmosphere!

Came here on vacation looked up somewhere to get hair braided. This is a wonderful place to get hair done she is very professional honest and braided my hair quick and it was neatly done. She is gentle the next time I come to Miami Florida I will be back to her. I advise anyone if you want a excellent job with excellent services this is the person to go to. No hind cost.

I really liked my hair. I got boxed braids but it was kind of pricey. I was visiting the Miami area and they were convenient. I tried setting an appointment and sent a photo of what I wanted as requested but I could not get a price or appointment confirmation until I just decided to pop up.

I absolutely love miss sue and her daughter adu❤️ I’ve been coming here since 2016 always kind. Always helpful. They style braids to fit your face and head shape. They price fairly based on length of time and difficulty. I recommend them to everyone

Ive been coming here for the past 3 years and I will continue to return here and just here. The service is amazing and the turn out of my hair is even better, I dont know what magical hands that God has given Sue and Adu but my hair has been nurtured and tended to grow longer and healthier, my edges are never in danger. Something even as simple as corn rows stay neat and uniform well past the 2 week mark. I cant imagine going anywhere else to do my braids.

Let me just say these ladies did MAGIC on my hair!! I came in for microbraid extensions and they did SPECTACULAR work, adding so much more length and volume than I had even expected. I was able to wear them for 3 months and when I took them out, my hair had grown a few inches and was the healthiest I have seen it in years!! 10/10 recommend these ladies for protective hair styling, they are pros!!

I like this place, they are nice and respectful, they do nice neat braids and braid fast, you can tell they have experience. My box braids lasted a whole month, they accept walk ins and they do they’re best to work with everyone! The prices are fair.

Where do I begin, hmmmm, God is good and they are GREATTTT. Family oriented mixed with family values and peaceful, clean, laid back environment. They listen to your wants and deliver your needs. They literally went far and beyond to accommodate my family and I. Not to mention my family of 7 literally just walked in and they welcomed us all and was patient with my snooty teenage niece lol.
