This was my first time visiting this location and the whole experience was fantastic. As soon as I entered I was greeted and offered assistance. The associate Leigh was so friendly and helped me with my color matching and helped find the best choice of clip on for my hair. The process was smooth and fast. 10/10 Great customer service

Ummm:...12/10, CHEFS KISS 💋, INCREDIBLE AND PERSONALIZED, CANNOT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS AB MY EXPERIENCE HERE!!!LEIGH is an absolute ICON!!! She called me the day before my appt and gave me her personal number, let me text her photos of my hair before so that she could pull color matches before, was SO accommodating by letting me change my appt twice when things came up, and color corrected my hair to PERFECTION....which was SO NEEDED, because it is 8 days before my wedding. She took the time to make me feel like a VIP, make everything perfect, gas me up/make me feel SO GOOD before my wedding, and stay late to make sure it was all 1000% perfect. Such a NICE and beautiful person who GENUINELY woll go out of her way to care and attend to everything you could possibly need! She is the best stylist ive ever experienced, and Ill never go anywhere else (even though I live over an hour away in delray), now that Ive found her!!!PS she and Nigella totally gassed me up when I first got to the beauty bar, made me feel totally great vibes, and so important and beautiful! ICON BEHAVIOR!!!!

I had 2 appointments at this location and I have never been happier with my hair. My consultation was amazing, they helloes me figure out exactly what was best for me but let me make my own decision. I came back for the instillation and style me service for my Bugatti extensions. I was kindly welcomed by Sophia and Yami did my hair. As before, I left extremely happy and would definitely recommend anyone going to them!

I have been recommended by many people to go to Bellami and I am so happy that I did! When I went in to the boutique I initially was looking at clip on extensions which are beautiful so I have an appointment this week with them! Then I started to look at the ponytail extensions. The girl that helped me out her name was Monica. She was very nice and helpful; she color matched my hair and suggested this beautiful sort of hombre ponytail for me. They didn’t have it in stock. However, Monica assured me that she would order it for me and it would arrive at the boutique in no more than two business days. Sure enough I receive a call the following day letting me know that my ponytail extension has arrived.I was running around running errands and I desperately wanted to get to Bellami before they closed so that I could purchase and pick up my ponytail extension that I was so excited about. As I was on my way rushing speeding cutting people off (whoops!) I came upon some serious traffic on i95 and there was absolutely no way I was going to make it on time. I went ahead and called Bellami and asked them kindly if they could do a favor for me and charge me for the ponytail extension and deliver the item for me at another store closeby that I was going to and that of course closed later. The person that I spoke to was Sophia or Sophie, and she was very helpful as well. She went ahead and took my credit card information to process payment and then went ahead and delivered the item at the designated location that I politely asked her to. I was so excited to receive my ponytail! Thank you so much everyone for the team effort and for making it happen I appreciate you guys I will definitely be coming back!As far as the ponytail extension goes- l LOVE IT!!! The hair is beautiful, it looks absolutely great. I feel fabulous with it and it matches my hair perfectly- I’m very happy with it!Thank you ladies!

Bless did my hair! I got the magnifica set. I was pretty sure on my color but was color matched when I came in just to be sure. I was seen on time and took advantage of the free faux pony deal too. Bless really cared about how my hair looked in the end. She was a total perfectionist. My hair was totally camouflaged into the extensions and blended perfectly. We did a wash, blow, style, and blend with my extensions. I definitely spent a lot of time there, so next time I’ll remember to bring a snack or something lol. I can’t wait to go back and see Bless again for my hair! My only call out was that they filmed my transformation before and after but It was never posted on IG or anything. I would have loved to have that filmed transformation to send to my family and friends and convince them to come to Bellami too!! I love this salon and the staff were all beautiful and sweet. I can’t wait to return!

I recently was walking thru the design district charging my TESLA and I passed by an amazing hair extension place and took a walk in, upon entering the staff was more than amazing so happy and friendly made me feel right at home, I’ve been to many places in Miami trying to find the right place, I finally made a appointment there, and a few days later came back for the placement, I was scheduled with bless, she was just as her name sounds a real blessing to me which did my hair so well I was so amazed I know she’s amazing and is very professional and advanced I love the way she created her own image and was trying to view life, at her prospective in my look and hair, many places will just take your money and do whatever you ask, this was by far the most excellent service I’ve received in the whole MIAMI! I’ve been to 100 places! Spectacular this place, they treated me super well and quickly, I loved the hair, I loved it, I would buy it again, it lasted a long time and that blonde is always mistreated more but so far it is spectacular.
