    I walked in with my 2 boys and was immediately blown away. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, we felt welcomed and even more when I heard the Puerto Rican accent from the barbers! I felt home. Leyvan was kind and able to squeeze my oldest in for a blowout at the last minute. Leyvan is skilled and did an amazing job, the best blow out he’s ever had. Willie cut my younger son’s hair and he did exactly what I had in mind for him, an Edgar but with more length and clean sides. My boys left extremely happy. As long as these barbers stay there I will keep going back !

    After two visits with two different hair cutters, I can say the experience was friendly, pleasant and highly satisfactory. A nice (and much appreciated) detail was being offered bottled water or a soft drink upon entering.

    My stepson has long hair and he did not want anybody to touch it but he desperately needed a cut. I was reluctant to use a barber and thought I would need a stylist but he agreed last minute without giving me a chance to make an appointment. So I chanced it with Born Barbers based on the reviews and were assigned Jason for the long cut. He did an amazing job! Hair was kept long but with nice layers. Hes happy, Im happy! Well be back!

    The owner of the barbershop, Leo, and the staff are always attentive to the clients needs. I am in the car business and it’s hard to make an appointment at times but Leo always accommodates me regardless of the time. They are great at what they do and very professional. I highly recommend this barber to anyone.

    Leo did a very good job on my hair. My fiancé was shopping nearby so I figured I’d get a quick cut. He shaped by beard and gave me a nice fade. My hair is thick and curly so I was surprised to find a shop in the middle of coral gables that knew what to do. Definitely will be visiting again.

    I am a bit disappointed, Not exactly what I wanted. I specified not to go too high on the sides because I like the comb over tight and neat and rounded not squared and he completely cut off all the hair on the side. And the messed up part was the first time Jhon O cut my hair came out just right so I thought he knew how I wanted it but trying to attend to everyone being a translator and making sure clients were good with drinks might have slipped I guess. Other thing that was not up to par was my appointment was at 2pm i arrived 10 mins early but I made an apt for me and my son, he had to cut someone else that came with a client before me apparently and I had to wait an extra hour, at least they had playstation which helped pass the time but I had plans and it did delay them. Seeing how I was not pleased with the error To make it up they give you some hair products which Is a nice gesture but all I wanted was a good quality haircut and the look I desired. A drove about 40 minutes for this new place, has good customer service, nice vibes the fade came out decent just wish he took his time and scissors the sides, to be fair it was 3.5 out of 5 this visit. Im going to give them another try when my hair regrow hopefully I can revise this review and give them a 5.

    5 years ago Leo cut my son and my husbands hair, I couldnt be more confident and there is no other place where I ever cut his hair, my son doesnt let anyone else cut his hair. This new headquarters in Coral Gables is incredible, the service is as always incredible, the best barbers and now also with service for women, the beautiful place, with a unique style, clean, easy to get to, easy to park the car. There is no better one. Recommended 100%
