I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Massimo. From the onset, he was focused on understanding my hair goals. He devoted time for consultations a week prior and again on the day of the appointment. I wanted to get a perm, which very few stylists know how to do because it isn’t frequently requested. But Massimo put all my fears to rest during our in-depth discussion. His honesty and expertise about the process and outcomes made me feel comfortable and confident.Together, we decided on a soft wave rather than a tight curl. Throughout the treatment, Massimo was very gentle with my hair, explaining each step to help me understand what was happening. His meticulous attention to detail is truly noteworthy. He made sure to get every fly away piece of hair wrapped around the roller. He wasn’t annoyed or fussing get out of the salon on time. He took his time and it was evident that he clearly enjoys his craft.When the final reveal came, I was over the moon! My hair turned out stunning, just as I envisioned. Massimo is officially my favorite stylist in Miami and I will only be seeing him for any hair-related needs moving forward.If you’re looking for an incredible hairstyling experience in Miami, I wholeheartedly recommend Massimo. I got Keratin done here with Mailyn and it was such an incredible experience! She did the absolute best keratin Ive ever had (and Ive tried many places) and I could not be happier! I couldnt recommend her more-- she was extremely meticulous with protecting my scalp but still making sure every hair got the treatment.
