I have been coming to this beauty store for years and it’s a really great store because they always have any products that you may need. The customer service always used to need a bit more work in that department so I always fibbed when asked to write a review each time I went there. However, today was the first day that I felt the need to go out of my way to write a review. Shout out to BREE for going above and beyond with exceptional customer service. She was super nice and was kind and helpful even though she was kinda rushed by her boss not to help because it was “holding up the line” 🙄. She was gone from the register for literally 1 minute and unfortunately that’s when he showed up. But she handled it with professionalism. So yeah, great job Bree!!!

Let me started by putting hands down for the store manager in North Miami MR. KHALIL “ Mr. K” He is the best! He treated my son, my wife and I, like kings and queen, by greeting us with a warm welcome to the store, and even giving my son a cold drink and snacks, and then he gave us a personal assistant to help us find what we where looking for throughout the store . Not only the store is big with a huge selection to choose from, it was well organized and neat, I was not expecting that, especially on a Black Friday. All the staff were very friendly with smiles on their faces, you don’t get that everywhere! I would give 10 Stars if I was allowed to do so.
