I probably come in this store twice a month… Over the past two years and never had a complaint, Many problems but never complained… Well I told the lady manager today that the new girl didn’t give me my nose ring and it was a big ordeal… And of course she didn’t give it to me because I no longer have my receipt! But they know that I come here often… I kind of felt like maybe she think I was lying about a two dollar nose ring… Every time I come in here I spend $60 or more, She should have given me the nose ring… I give them my phone number every time I shop here but yet they cannot pull up the receipt with my phone number…That’s not good business… I don’t recommend

This is one of the best hair stores I’ve ever been too. Marie is so sweet and welcoming greeted me soon as I walked in and offered her assistance ASAP. Everyone at the Miami Garden location are so kind & attentive, from the other attendants to even the “acting security guard” (guy who stands by the door) but hands down Johnson is the best!!! He is so patient, savvy and great at what he does. His work ethic is similar to Daline… another phenomenal attendant who’s normally at the North Miami location.I wish other beauty supply stores hired qualified quality employees like the ones at elegant. Good job corporate.

This was THE MOST PLEASANT EXPERIENCE I have ever had in a hair store. First of all, ERICA! Ms. Ericas customer service skills and professionalism are STELLAR! I spent 2 hours looking at and trying on wigs and she was patient and pleasant until the end. It was like having your big sister or auntie helping you at home. I LOVED IT! She was so kind and offered helpful suggestions and she was not pushy in any way. She truly is an asset to this Elegant Beauty Supply. Also, the Assistant Manager Johnson was most pleasant, reasonable and professional. He actually treated the customer in a manner that showed appreciation and respect and he was so helpful. Whatever customer service training these 2 employees received should be done in all of the Elegant Beauty Supply stores because it was OUTSTANDING! 👏 Truly, they deserve a raise for what they bring to this establishment. They offer an abundance of options for haircare including braiding hair up to 80! Sew-in, braids, to wigs even beauty & makeup. Christella was very knowledgeable and patient with my selection of braid hair and Lisa was pleasant at check out. Elegant Beauty Supply on NE 2nd Ave Miami is my top choice. I definitely recommend and will continue to shop here.

I have always been able to leave this location feeling great from my purchase. I must say the young lady in the back dealing with the wigs was able to handle two customers ay the same time with grace and enthusiasm.When approached the cashier I greeted her with a smile which was not returned. I then proceeded to make a joke regarding an employee discounted, again NO SMILE and the coldest response.Very disheartening
