I love this salon! I have Alopecia Universales and Im very self conscious about taking off my wig. At this salon I didnt hesitate to take it off and put on my new wig so it could be styled. The stylists here are the example of World Class Excellence in customer service. They made me feel very comfortable and conductucted themselves in a very professional manner. If you are suffering hair loss due to cancer or any other reason, come here. I have been to many shops over the last 24 years getting wigs styled and this is my favorite, by far. I knew I was coming to Miami and waited to get my new wig styled because, of how wonderful my last wig turned out when they styled it a year and a half ago. I am 100% confident that if you come visit them for your hair needs, you will leave happy and love your new look. They are reasonably priced and have a large selection of wigs and hair extensions or bring in your own wig like I did. These ladies know what they are doing and do it very well! I had seen a bunch of ideas on instagram from other wig and topper retailers but I knew that I wouldn’t get the real feel, unless I went in person. Recently, I bought something on Amazon. I bought something on some Instagram page. I bought something from Walmart but rather looked cheap, didn’t match my hair or looked terrible.Maritza & Norys were so nice. I just came right in with no pressure to have to make an appointment. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I’ve had a strong hope to find something to help with hair loss.They were patient. Supportive & totally neutral personalities which didn’t make me feel they were judging me or thinking anything, just going with the flow to help me find the perfect topper/wig.I was prepared to spend but I wasn’t pressured or judged of whether I could afford a $500 piece or a $3k piece. Being this my 1st ever time going in person to a store like this, I wasn’t pressured so happy that it was so positive for me.I tried different ones on with no pressure to spend thousands. I spent under a thousand and got a beautiful piece that perfectly matched my style and color.I tried on pieces that costed almost 3k and the staff never talked the item up over the top where you feel pressured or annoyed that they are trying to make $ from you. The ladies at Elite erased all of my terrible wig experiences from memory. The inventory is plentiful and Maritza is a miracle- worker to ensure a client’s complete satisfaction. Prices are more than fair. Upon selecting my hairpiece, Norys cut and styled the topper with expertise and care. These two ladies are simply the best of the best. The compassion, warmth and genuine concern for the client’s happiness is their number one goal. And boy do they meet it! I cannot recommend them highly enough. A weeks before I was set to begin chemotherapy, I visited Elite Hair Designer Wigs & Hair Extensions and I had the good fortune of meeting Maritza. I was very concerned and apprehensive about losing my hair, but Maritza put my worries at ease. Not only was she very professional, but she was also very empathetic, and full of good advice. She helped me find the perfect wig amongst a beautiful selection. With kindness and patience, she taught me how to care for it, and welcomed me to contact her any time I needed further assistance. I left the store with much relief and confident about my new look. I havent stopped receiving compliments since donning the design she suggested. I am very fortunate to have found Elite; I am so impressed by their wonderful high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Thank you Maritza- I feel Ive made a new friend!

I would like to say my experience was wonderful. I took my grandmother who has a medical condition and is loosing her hair. The 2 women who helped me with her wig showed me such empathy for my grandmother. They worked hard to get her the most natural look possible. It was honestly so breathtaking to see that there are people who are genuinely humane and care for others.

In preparation for my surgery on July 30th,approximately 2 inches of my hair from ear to ear from the bangs back, was shaved off. A friend who is a customer, recommended that I visit Elite Wigs as I had a very important wedding 2 weeks later. I am so glad I did and I could Not be more grateful!Verna and Lidia were so very helpful in helping me select the right topper and making sure I felt Comfortable with my selection. Lidia went above and beyond to make sure that she matched the dye so that the topper looked just like my hair. She did an AMAZING job… and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their help! Thank you ladies for making me feel like myself again!!!

Went to Elite Wigs just to browse for a topper because of my thining hair. Wasnt planning on buying because I was planning on coming back with my daughter. Maritza immediately, took out 3 choices of toppers with the best color match possible. She placed all 3 on my head and I loved one of them. Of course, I bought it and Lidia did a spectacular job of styling I to my taste. Used it to go to dinner with friends, and they all loved it. A big thank you to Maritza and Lidia.

This is the best wig shop in town. These wigs look so natural and Lidia and Maritza are the best. They are so patient . I am a cancer patient and they made sure I did not leave until I was completely satisfied. I have bought two wigs there that look amazing. I plan on returning and buying another one. I have been to to other wig shops in town, Please do not waste your time. The quality of the wigs at other shops are awful and you do not get the personal service that you receive at Elite Wigs!

Finding a store to purchase wigs wasn’t necessarily hard to do in Miami...But finding a store with professionals that would be patient and accommodating to our hair needs was such a blessing. Fortunately we found Elite and we took her there, where Maritza was absolutely amazing and so patient. She found my mom her perfect wig...My mother was transformed instantly to her confident self. My morher inlaw was diagnosed with cancer, after first treatment she lost her hair in one day, thet morning she was devastated, we took her same day to Elite Designer, we met Maritza, she was awesome, very kind and helpful, she made her feel special. When we walked out my mother in law felt renewed and her self esteem was high again, she is so proud with her wig. Went to this store February 19, 2021 at 3:45 pm. Due to covid restrictions, you must make an appointment before going. Their store is very spacious and well organized. They sell quality products at reasonable prices. Im totally going back again. Lidia was very patient and professional, it was a pleasure to deal with her.
