    Beyond great. 5 star experience from the moment I called and spoke to Angie which was so sweet and prompt to the day of my appointment with Nancy the Blonde hair Goddess that transformed my damaged hair and exceeded my expectations with her talent, kindness and professionalism. The owner Carlos is so sweet and genuine. I immediately trusted these people once I walked in. I recommend with my eyes closed.

    This is not my regular salon but my stylist was unavailable and I had an important picture to take so I took a chance. Very very pleasantly surprised. I like my hair straight and Luz did an amazing job. She wa courteous, not overly chatty, after all day on the phone at work I am joy my quiet space but most of all she did a fantastic job. Also worth mentioning was the young lady in the reception desk, very sorry I did not get her name but she was also super good at her job and made me feel very welcomed. Overall they both made me a repeat customer as my back up.

    We made last-minute appointments here and my stylist, Irene, was great! I wanted some fun peekaboo pink highlights and she did a wonderful job even though I was accidentally scheduled just for a hair cut. Friendly and professional, and I love my cut and color! Also, prices are extremely reasonable. Unfortunately, I no longer live in Miami, but Ill be back for sure when I come home to visit!

    I had an amazing time here! Everyone is so nice and ready to help. It was my first time here and I wanted a hair cut, I had Irene as my hair stylist and I couldnt have asked for a better person, heard what I wanted and it came out perfect she also recommended what to do next which I will!! Finally found the place where they will take care of my hair, I have never left a review but this time I had to.

    It was wondering and professional! I went in not knowing what I really wanted but with an idea of what I needed. The owner helped me figured it out and Genaro Jerry brought it to reality. He colored my hair beautifully and gave me a hair cut bringing my curls back to life. I recommend the place and with no regrets! Jerry is a lot of fun and knows what hes doing 🎨

    I love coming here to get a trim! I always ask for Luz la colombiana she is the best!!!!! The owner is usually sitting in the front and greeting customers, and the receptionist is in the desk charging clients, greeting, answering phones, scheduling appointments, etc. Theres also a section to purchase hair shampoo, conditioner, leave in treatments, and more. The women who wash my hair are also very sweet and wash my hair very well with great shampoo and conditioner! I love coming here.

    I was introduced to Grande Hair Salon through Instagram (@grandehairsalon). Amazing hair salon, have been coming here for haircuts and my wife to get her hair done, she tells me that she gets color or highlights or single process and haircuts. We always had the best of experience. Thanks a lot Carlos you are always professional, attentive & friendly to clients.Awesome experience at grande hair salon. We highly recommend it.

    This is a salon where people always feel welcomed thanks to the friendly staff. I did my hair with Jerry, he is sooo good at what he does and he knows what he’s doing. He does exactly what your hair needs. My hair was a mess and thanks to him, it’s back to normal, beautiful and healthy. Thank you Jerry!!!

    Go Visit Irene and the rest of the wonderful staff. Ive sent Coworkers, Friends and theyve never let me down. Prime location, 2 minutes from Miami Dade Kendall Campus, fair pricing, and most of all Knowledgeable and honest stylists. 2 Thumbs Up!!

    Yesterday I went to this amazing hair salon for the first time. I am so happy with the work of Luz. I really recommend this salon. The treatment was amazing and so professional. I was so tired of hear color and cut and Luz made my hair beautiful again.

    Everyone at the salon is extremely helpful. I take my grandmother who is 100 years old to Mercy. She has the patience of a saint and knows how to style her hair. My grandmother always leave extremely happy.

    Jerry is one of the best Hairstylists and he has a Wonderful personality he’s always smiling and he never says no to you when you calling with a late appointment he is absolutely awesome I’ve known him for more than six years and I would only do my hair with him love this place the music feed the girls there everybody’s in a good mood everybody’s always :-) best place to visit in Miami

    Love my Stylist jerry, he is good at what he does, I Live in Orlando but when am visiting miami, you can rest asure I always Stop by to see him, so he can do my hair, weather it be hightlights, root touch up, or what ever, this month I let him Cut my hair all off to a very cute sassy hair cut right above my Shoulders and it looks so cute, refresh is good, eveybody Loved my Hair back home, compliments from everyone, definitely made me feel much better, cut off about 7 to 8 inches off... but what a difference wow...thank you Jerry see you next time around....
