    This salon is quite incredible. From the outside in it seems like human cattle are sent through a salon conveyor belt but that is far from the experience. The staff was overall friendly and helpful. Daniela is the best! Very professional, friendly and does a wonderful job cutting hair! You can count on her to make you feel fresh and fabulous.     I went to IGK Miami for the first time last month and got a haircut (wash, cut, and blow-dry + style) with Jacquie and I absolutely loved it! Aside from being super friendly and nice she is very talented and a perfectionist. She really took her time making sure my cut was perfect. I showed her some inspo photos and she nailed it, I really love how my hair turned out!! I got long layers, face frame and took out some weight. Would definitely go back to Jacquie and I really recommend booking your appointment with her because you will love her!

    I got a balayage done by Jacquie and if I could put more than 5 stars, I would. I told her I wanted blonde and thatā€™s exactly what she gave me and more. I didnā€™t have any specific in mind and trusted her and oh my she went above and beyond. I now feel and look amazing all because of her hard work! Will be coming back to see her every time now. Highly, highly, highly, recommend.

    Iā€™ve been coming to IGK for a while, and while the colorists/stylists do great work, the customer service has been slipping. The front desk receptionist who wears winged eyeliner (sorry not sure what her name is) comes off as very rude, which is disappointing for such a high-end salon. When youre paying premium prices, you expect a welcoming and professional experience from start to finish.Lately, itā€™s also been nearly impossible to get in touch with them. They take forever to respond to texts and donā€™t answer phone calls at all. For a salon of this caliber, communication should be a priority. Hope they improve these issues!

Iā€™m always very happy with the results with my hair and my hair stylists have always been professional and good at their work.     A bit late sharing my thoughts on IGK SalonI had my hair dyed by Isa, who is super talented and so sweet. She did an amazing job with my hair color! The cut was done by the one and only Franck, the owner of the salon and the best hair artist in Miami. Franck, despite being a celebrity hair artist, is a sweetheart and gives his best work to everyone. The staff at the salon is outstanding, providing top-notch service from start to finish. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for exceptional hair services. Ps: I never left as happy with my hair as I did at IGK. Will be going back without a doubt!

    Kevin Reyna did my hair today. Being from NY and having gone to 57th Street salons while I lived in NY, I havent had the best haircuts in Miami. Some ppl I know go to IGK so I decided to give it a try. Kevin and I discussed what I wanted and I gave him a baseline idea of what I wanted. Most stylists ask you what you want and it is a 1 minute conversation and they cut your hair. Kevin seemed to really understand my wants + what would look best for my face and for my hair. He strategized the entire time he was cutting my hair. But he didnt need to overthink it. Kevin is a Miami native, is young, and has a natural gift. His gift plus the training he received in his career before and at IGK are a winning combination. I think he has what it takes to really make a name for himself. Kevin will be cutting my hair from now on. 5 star experience.

    This was my first time at this salon with Laura. I came because of the viral tiktok. Everyone was so nice and friendly, it made me feel so comfortable. The coffee was perfect, really balanced. Emily was so sweet we had such good conversations. Laura asked what i wanted and when i showed her the tiktok she knew exactly what to do to give me the look i wanted but in my own style. She loves what she does and it shows, she wants her clients to be satisfied after every cut. She is amazing 10/10

    10 out 10 experience every time. First off, Laura is my go to for haircuts!! She knows exactly what sheā€™s doing and is sure to give you the best results. She leaves me feeling my best self and my hair completely rejuvenated. She is also great with styles. I have long hair so im always hesitant about cuts, but Laura makes me completely comfortable. And Brooklyn for color, the only 2 I trust with my hair and the perfect combo!

    Laura is a true pro at her job. She can look at you and knows what will work for you. She also has a commitment to her clients that not many people possess. From the front desk throughout the process everybody was professional and friendly and welcoming. My stylist was Alixā€¦. She really listened to me even though I was anxious and asked her a bunch of questions because I was getting a brand new haircut and losing 4 inches. She gave me a perfect cut with great lines and the style was also great after she put the curling iron through it. Couldnā€™t be happier.     Warren was absolutely amazing and did a great job on my color and blow out. He has great attend to detail and really takes into account the style that you want which is so important and hard to find. The overall salon was very clean and spacious. Definitely recommend Warren and going to IGK!

    Absolutely in love with my hair now, Laura helped me with my cut, I didnā€™t have a clear idea of what I wanted but she still managed to make me fall in love with my hair, first time i feel like someone knows what they are doing with my hair, I feel like the cut highlights my curls which I love. Laura is talented, funny, extremely nice and likable, 10/10 would recommend, definitely coming back!
