    So I’m being doing my hair with Yajaira since i moved to homestead 2014 she never disappoint me . I just go and she do whatever she think is good for me and I always get out happy the only person that I trust to cut my hair this a salon where the owner is the sister , mom and her Dominican power ! They really know how to do real dominican blowaves

    Always get a great blow dry and deep condition. They do great! My curl type 3A. Usually is about $70 with just a blow dry and $80 with deep condition without tip.

    Very friendly place. It is a very pleasant atmosphere. All the stations are very clean. The service was fast. You can make an appointment or just walk in. My hair came out amazing. I am only visiting but now I know where to go when Im in town! Average pricing for a regular blowout.

    The experience is wonderful! The ladies are very nice and funny. My hair and my daughter hair blowed dry lasts for a week in this Florida weather. I have curly frizzy hair and my daughter has her tight curls, I definitely recommend this place. You hair comes out super straight and silky smooth. I love this place.

    I called Joanmi only after reading all these reviews today (Saturday) at 5pm (the salon closes at 6pm) and Joanmi told me to come by she would help me with my hair problem. WELL! I went and I FINALLY got my hair cut the way I wanted. What an amazing salon and owner. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door. I walked in feeling like nothing worthless and left feeling like a million dollars and one million% happier. I highly recommend this amazing hair salon if you want to get a hair cut and style YOU want. These ladies are amazing. I am going to school to become a Dr. in Indiana I come home every 3 months and now I have a place to get my hair well looked after. Thank you ever so much Joanmi 😎😘🤩

    This is my go to place. Ever since I found this gem I have not stop coming. The atmosphere is amazing, Joanna and her family use the best products for your hair and do an amazing job at styling, coloring and everything they do is professional and with love. I highly recommend you to come do your hair with the best!

    Very satisfied, I went for a silk press, and I am happy with the result. I have 4 c hair and they were able to take good care of it. It was my first visit, very professional, from the phone call to make the appointment until the end. Will definitely be back 😀

    This place is the best! I was nervous about dying my hair since I have never done it before. The owner gave me some recommendations, and i loved the results. I also did keratin and c a cut! I was really satisfied and happy with the results! I highly recommended!

    After completing an extensive google search for Dominican Salons in my area I opted for Joanmi because of the awesome reviews. Needless to say they did not disappoint. Joanmi’s mom Margarita did an awesome job doing a silk press on my natural hair. It held up in the harsh Miami humidity, something I never experienced with other salons here. It’s been a week and my hair is still soft and shinny as like the first day. Thank you so much Margarita and Joanmi you ladies are awesome!

    So I found Joanmi.... correction Joanmi found me. I met Joanmi at my job, she asked me about my hair, told me about her salon gave me a flyer and told me to check it out. Im not going to lie I was skeptical because not everyone can handle my hair, but I decided to give her a try... As you can see from the picture below she handled it! My hair feels soft and smooth and looks healthy! I dont always straighten my hair but the next time I do Im going straight to Joanmi!!

    I googled places nearby and came across Joamnis. I was nervous because I had to get my hair done for a wedding (I was a bridesmaid!) and my curly hair tends to frizz up with humidity and doesnt last very long straight. But Yajaira was so awesome, I didnt have to wait at all. She blow dried my hair, trimmed it forming layers that I wanted, used the iron to curl the ends and pinned it so that I could go on with my day when it was time to get ready I would have fresh curls! It was amazing. I was so happy with the results and my hair lasted an entire week straight after hours of dancing at the wedding. I only touched it up once in the front but other than that I LOVED IT! I am definitely going back to Yajaira for that free deep conditioning treatment they sent me (an incentive to go back is always a plus). I recommend this salon 100%.

    Joanmi hair salon, let me tell you that I am very lucky to have visited this location without wanting to. was looking for a Dominican hair salon neededing a cut and a blow dry for the new year and I cant begin to tell you that they take care of your hair to the max! First of all, the hair wash was amazing, even scalp massaging, i havent done rolos on my hair for the longest and I felt pretty happy with her telling me lets do rolos then I can blow dry to perfection. Wow amazing work. Her mother cut my hair and I cant stop smiling. Me encanta mi corte de cabello, mis cejas estan al dia tambien con sus servicios de cejas. Al fin I am staying here for a while. My search for great hands on the type of hair that I got has come to an end. Here ill stay. See you all next week! Mil gracias por la hospitalidad brindada.
