    I had a wonderful experience with Natasha B. She was on-time and evaluated my hair thoroughly, recommending services I needed and giving me at-home tips. I got a crochet weave and I especially liked her base braiding style. She didnt rush through it and took her time to ensure the braid pattern would be best for the style I wanted. The salon itself is spacious, clean and very pleasant. Highly recommend!

She said the hair style(roller set) would last up to 3 weeks and it actually lasted longer.     I was very satisfied with the outcome of the style. My stylist Tasha solicited help from the owner, who immediately stepped in to assist and finished my hair. I was not fully aware of the cost to take down, detangle, etc; but will keep it in mind for future visits. I am grateful that Down South has a salon that specializes in natural hair. I will encourage any stylist to always remain professional while working because you never know whos watching. Always notify your client if you have to take a break, not feeling well, or unable to do a particular hairstyle. First impressions are lasting impressions!

    The conditioning treatment offered at Kinks Couture Cutler Bay is bar none the most luxurious, complete, holistic, and effective deep conditioning treatment i have ever received. Patrice is knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely interested in treating conditions of the scalp and hair with natural products made in-house. Maries hands are legendary - feather light, quick, and precise, she braided beautifully. While seeming effortless, her work is the result of years of practice, dedication, and patience.     I had an appointment with Natasha at the Cutler Bay location. Three words - PROFESSIONAL, ACCOMODATING, and INFORMATIVE!! I came in for a flat twist out. While doing my hair Natasha told me about different products and services that could assist in defining my curl pattern and also help with transitioning. Now I have to mention a client who walked in (no appointment), even though Natasha had a tight schedule, she was willing to take the client between other clients! Overall, I had a great experience at Kinks Couture and I was pleased with the outcome of my hair.

    Love this salon! The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. I have been a customer for years. so glad they opened a location in Miami - we needed you down here.     This hair salon is truly a God sent. Absolutely amazing!! I have natural hair and was driving from Miami Dade to Broward County for services.     My stylist was on time, she WASHED my locs! I was in and out in a timely fashion, my locs look awesome and i wasnt charged an arm and a leg. Ive been to a few places that charged more and do much less. Ill be coming back.
