    Savannah was spectacular! She washed and blow dried, and styled my hair. I’ve had her before and she is consistently on top of her game. She is very thorough in her work and she took her time to make my hair look perfect. I’ve been a customer here at this location for over 2 years, and every colorist and stylist here are extremely professional, kind, and friendly. Highly recommend, keep up the great talent at this location!!!

    IAbsolutely the best hair coloring experience! Having to color my roots every 3 weeks, going to Madison Reed is just perfect. It’s always pleasant and calm in the salon and the colorists really know what they’re doing. I love Lakeisha—she is super experienced, knowledgeable and thorough. I’ve recommended Madison Reed to so many of my dark-haired friends who need to color quote often and they all love it.

    Today I tried Madison Reed in Merrick Park. for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted right away by Alexandra and taken to my seat. Immediately, Lakeisha came over and we consulted about color. Lakeisha applied the color. She was lively, animated and super friendly. She was lovely.Alexandra handled the washing and blow drying and was also very attentive. I liked the attention and professional demeanor of the staff I would definitely return.

    I had an amazing experience from the moment I walked in I was greeted by the front desk clerk she was helpful and helped me sign up. Lisa was amazing in helping me get my hair to the color that I wanted , while covering my greys. I had amazing soft hair for my birthday the next day 💖 I look forward to going back and having my hair done again. Lisa will be my go to stylist!The overall environment was pleasant and welcoming, more than one employee asked me if I needed anything to let them know. Im not sure why I waited so long to become a customer but Im glad I finally did !

    My favorite salon for hair color services. The colorists are very friendly, and Lakiesha is the absolute best at what she does. If you have sensitive skin or environmental sensitivities as I do, the products used at Madison Reed (particularly their color) a great. No harsh chemicals or overwhelming smells to deal with.     My mom and I did our color here this week. The whole team was professional and kind. My mom did her roots and I did full color and a blow out. Our hair looks amazing and healthy. The hair dye that they use doesnt have ammonia or smell like a bunch of chemicals. Also, it didnt burn my scalp. Well definitely be back.

    I like going to Madisen Reed. Everybody is really nice and they do a great job. I usually go to the one in the Gables. They have a great manager Natiea and the employees are all very professional, Jessica and Indira they’re wonderful. I usually have my hair styled by Savannah. She does an amazing job. I would do my hair everyday with her if I could!

    If you want no frills root touchups, this is it. Go in, get your roots done, get your hair rinsed, & done in about an hour & a half. Why make a mess at home doing it yourself? You just pay a monthly membership fee (plus tips as desired & garage parking), but being located in an upscale, outdoor mall may trigger a shopping reflex so be prepared to splurge. They provide combs, brushes, & blow dryers if you want to blow dry your own hair before leaving. You can also pay for additional services, like blowouts, for a discounted member price. The staff is bubbly, always welcoming, very helpful. They do a great job with everything except IMO washing your hair. I always need to rewash at home to fully get the color off my scalp & clean up the excess. Its easy to book or reschedule appointments & even tip/check out on their app. Theyre open daily with extended hours to accommodate almost any schedule.

The team here is amazing, always welcoming and they all do a great job and care about what you want or need.     I’ve been a member at this Madison reed location since they opened and get exceptional service every single time! The salon is run extremely well by Nateia, who is also super talented. They always run on time and every colorist is friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. Today I was able to get my roots done by Lakiesha, who was amazing as usual! I absolutely recommend this salon!
