    Loved my experience in Madisson Reed Salon.Dyann was wonderful!I came in with a hair color issue, and she knew exactly how to fix it. She was kind, professional, and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated how comfortable she made me feel throughout the process. The end result looked great, and the quality of her work really shows. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a knowledgeable and talented colorist!

    Liz M at the Pembroke Gardens location is amazing! Not only does she meticulously cover my largely gray roots leaving them fully immersed in color but she has the best advice for caring for my hair and is very knowledgeable about the Madison Reed hair products that are available for purchase at the salon. I trust her expertise implicitly and highly recommend the salon largely due to having such a consummate professional as Liz available to guide the clients. I happily give an enthusiastic 5 ⭐️ review.

    Dyann was the best fixing my hair color. She made a color correction for a disaster made in other country during a trip. I’m still in the process of getting the color that I want but Dyann made me feel she knows what she’s doing , besides having great hands for hair washing. Thanks !

    I am absolutely stunned with my service today by Omi! She was kind, knowledgeable and absolutely NAILED the result I was looking for with my balayage. Several other salons I had called before I found Madison Reed had quoted me 2-3x what they were charging. I was nervous with that kind of difference but it was such a blessing because I really could not be happier with the result

    Had my service today with Extremely Professional Hair Colorist/Stylist Omy and Caitlin at the Falls Madison Reed. Absolutely love my service with them.     Madison Reeds staff was amazing and very welcoming. They worked together to make my first hair coloring experience amazing! My stylist kept me informed throughout the whole process and helped me make decisions. After the whole experience, I was able to fall in love with myself again because my hair looked more lively and beautiful.

    It’s rare to come across a Hair Colorist that is both professional and knowledgeable, yet someone who makes you feel like you’ re hangin’ out a friends house. I was lucky enough to have Shakira for my first time appointment at Madison Reed. She really took her time with me to understand what my hair goals were, and has continued to be the same professional, patient and friendly stylist at each appointment I’ve had with her since. Even when my color wasn’t exactly what I wanted at first, it was her compassion, understanding and effort that is what kept me coming back to Madison Reed. She really listens, never rushes the appointment, aims to please, and won’t stop until you’re happy with your hair. I recommend Shakira, if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about the end result, but also, who makes the journey enjoyable.
