First time customer.Purchased Luxury Hair collection during Black Friday sale. No regrets. Beautiful hair collection.Booked a hair appointment for a Sew-in with lace closure. Customer Service from entry to exit was amazing.First time doing a lace closure.I know nothing about lace and didnt know to bleach my knots. No hesitation she bleached my knots. I was very appreciative of that.Hair looked beautiful. What lace? She explained to me how to maintain my lace/sew-in and gave me a bag with goodies.Will definitely return. Hard to find a Hairstylist that has good customer service.Thank you Max Beauty 💙

5 star service across the board. You receive a Max Beauty experience beginning from the products down to the customer service each and every time. I refuse to put anything else on my face + body if not Max Beauty. I was on an expensive skin regimen for a month that was making my skin worse then switched to the Max Beauty wash + beauty serum + rich moisture and in just 3 days my skin was brought back to life. I can rave about the turmeric scrub, euphoria & eve’s garden wash + oil all day too. Oatmeal wash feels heavenly. Peach body wash + peach body butter is an undefeated combination. I get compliments every time in public on what is my smell. The only thing..I wish these products came with a disclaimer that my boyfriend was going to end up using my Max Beauty products so I knew I was going to be at the store every 2 weeks restocking on something! I couldn’t end this review without a big shoutout to Jason for always being so helpful at the store. You have a client for life, Max Beauty!

Their hair is amazing!!! I purchased the Deep Wave hair for my graduation pictures and I loved it! Ive also used their papaya soap and facial oil. I have seen results with evening my tone and it has lessened my outbreaks on my face. I definitely will buy their skin products again

Bought tape in extensions here. Usually get them from another online store but decided to buy locally and in store. Bought 3 sets of deep wave tape extensions and it was not as expected. The weft is raised, doesn’t lie flat which can make for a bumpy install. Hair snags and tangles. It seems like depending on the curl patterns determines if the quality is good or bad. She also may use a variety of vendors, which is inconsistent.Edited: you’re absolutely correct, I should not promote other businesses, so information changed. I just want better quality hair for the price. I’m sure I had a bad batch. Also I didn’t receive any instructions or advice on hair maintenance.

I am so pleased to have tried this black own, professional, outstanding products, very knowledgeable, willing to help at any moment with questions without making you feel like you are annoying them. I have tried a many of the natural products from body butters (agave ) my favorite to body soaps/washes. Skin care for sensitive skin and everything is amazing. I would absolutely recommend everything Max beauty sells. My daughter loves code red for menstrual issues. Did I mental natural products no chemicals. Dont hesitate to try stuff its worth it. You feel so clean and smell amazing 👏

This was my first time order from this place and love it. I order some soaps as well as hair products and they live up to all the hype. Completely enjoyed the experience.Only problem was time of delivery i live in Miami FL where the shop is located and it took almost two weeks.So next time I know to go in to place my order because I love the products.

If you are looking for the sub standard typical body wash and self care soaps then go to Walgreens or Walmart. But if you are looking for products that actually nurture, hydrate amd improve your skin, Max Beauty is it. The relief wash is my Go To product but the rest of the Max Beauty line is worth a continued experience.

Max is the best. Ladies, if you are looking for quality, trust worthy, beautiful an dlavishing service, this is the place to be. I have searched around South Florida (Broward/Miami) for a great hairstylist, even went to celebrity hairstylists and Max is the best in my opinion. If you have any concerns, questions or dislikes, Max is on it like white on rice. The staff here is impeccable. This is not a ghetto hair salon, so please keep that home.
