I had an amazing experience today at a new hair salon! I scheduled appointments for myself and my mom, and I brought my dog along, hoping they’d allow her. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the salon had such a positive and light energy—it instantly made us feel comfortable. Even my puppy felt comfortable and loved.The stylists took the time to sit with us, asking detailed questions to ensure they understood exactly what we wanted and didn’t want. They assured us everything would turn out great, and they delivered beyond our expectations! I got a color, cut, and blowout, and my mom got a completely new hairstyle with a fresh cut and color. We were both absolutely thrilled with the results.The team was amazing, truly understanding our vision and bringing it to life. I can’t express enough how great this experience was. We’re so excited to schedule our next appointment and hope to become permanent clients at this wonderful salon!I recommend this salon above all others, you will amazed! 🤩🤩🤩 Just look at our before and after photos.. what a difference!

This was my first time at Open Hair Miami Salon and it was the best experience Ive ever had. The staff was so kind and friendly and easy to speak to. I went in for a butterfly haircut with Aylin and Yensil styled my hair. The experience was incredible and I have never felt so beautiful. I explained what I wanted and they went above and beyond!

Amazing, and spectacularly wonderful in every way. Not only where my expectations exceeded but Delfin is truly an artist. To find a hair stylist of his caliber and so close to home wow. I had an absolutely amazing experience at this salon! From start to finish, everyone was so kind and welcoming, it made the whole visit feel relaxing and fun. Aylin was my stylist, and she did an incredible job with my cut and style. She really listened to what I wanted and brought it to even better. Yensil was the one who dyed my hair, and wow, she nailed the color! It turned out even better than I imagined. Both of them were not only super talented but also so sweet and easy to talk to. This is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a hair salon. I just went in for a quick cut no blow dry with Delfin. I walked in someone came to me right away everyone was so sweet and attentive. When he started cutting my hair, I felt so comfortable I could tell that he has so much experience and truly loves what he does which allowed me to be relaxed in the chair. I felt like he was really listening to what I was asking for and executed it perfectly. Although I only got a quick cut and no style, I will definitely be coming back and making this my permanent salon for all of my hair needs. Thanks to all the staff for making me feel so welcome. I would feel 100% confident with any stylist doing my hair in the salon. I highly recommend! And there is free parking in the back!

After trying a few different stylists and searching all over social media and Google, I found Aylin at Open Hair Miami—and I’m so glad I did! Honestly, she’s the best hairstylist I’ve had in over 20 years. She really took her time to understand my hair and walked me through everything to help get it healthy again.Also, even though it was already late in the day, I never felt rushed. The whole team was super welcoming. Delfín explained some of their services really well, and Sydney, the assistant, was super friendly and funny. This is the place you should go if u want great service and amazing attention. The whole team is so nice and sweet. Definitely a place where you feel comfortable and come out looking fresh and new.Today was my second time there.First time I had the best experience with Delgin who did an amazing service on my hair with his incredible talent. Then today it was the same with an amazing person wonderful of a stylist Aylin she made sure I was comfortable and loved my hair at any step. I had personally never done any dye on my hair and I trusted her to do my face framing highlights and she over stepped her expectations. I love my hair so much the way she made it all blend so beautiful is truely amazing and her attention was out of the park. In addition my eyebrows done by Diana turned out so good and I am specially picky of my eyebrows and i can’t stop saying how much I love them.Furthermore the whole team of the salon is truely an absolute wonder. This is the place u should go if u want to be treated right and come out fabulous.

I’m from out of town and was visiting family in Miami near the MS area. I was looking to get my hair done in the area before going back home & was hoping I could find a salon that could take me in the same day. With a quick google search I found Open Hair Miami, and was able to easily find their contact information on their website which led me to discover their Instagram. I contacted them on IG and was answered almost immediately, and was able to get in the very same day! Once there I met Yensil, who was so nice, and she and the team helped me find the color I was looking for & were all very attentive throughout the process. Yensil was amazing she definitely has magical fingers, and I recommend her to anyone! She helped me get rid of an older red color I had in my hair and brought my hair back to a healthy brown. This salon also works with high end hair products that I always hear amazing things of! The building and its parking was easy to find, and was very clean as well. Thank you Yensil, and the OHM team!

I went in wanting to fully color my hair to match my growing roots, making it a bit darker while still maintaining brown hints, and also to get a butterfly haircut. From the moment I walked in, she understood exactly what I wanted, and then she executed it perfectly and more. She recommended I get a hydration treatment and go for a long-layered butterfly haircut instead considering my natural curls, which I am glad I agreed to because it turned out amazing! Throughout the process, she took amazing care of my hair, ensuring that I was comfortable and well taken care of. Not only was Diana fantastic, but the entire staff was incredibly friendly, consistently checking in to make sure I was comfortable. After 9 long years of looking for the perfect hair stylist, I found Delfín! From the moment I walked through the door I was immediately greeted by him and by Diana. Delfín was finishing up another customer, so I just sat down and waited for less than 30 minutes. While waiting, Aylin made sure I was comfortable, offered me a drink, and even took my jacket when I was ready to get my hair cut. When I say I found the perfect stylist, I mean it. Not only did he do an amazing job, but also guided me through my hair, and showed me how to style it at home. My hair cut also included a wash, another stylist named Sydney took care of it. For a moment there she made me feel like I was at a spa getting a massage, she really made the whole experience even better. I left the place full of confidence, and they did that with a fantastic haircut and amazing customer service. In general, I can’t express with words how grateful I am to have found this place. Just moved to Miami and needed a new salon. I chose this place based off reviews and Im glad I did! The staff and salon are very nice! Yanelys did a great job giving me the dark brown-black color with silver highlights that I wanted. I had multidimensional brown hair with faded yellowed highlights so this was no easy task. She took her time and went back through the highlights to ensure the correct color. After tone and wash, its perfect!They also have a nail technician who does amazing work to include hand painted art!

Great experience! felt like I could really trust the hair colorist/stylist! Dalphine seems incredibly knowledgeable and passionate and even spent time providing instructions to his employees as he did my hair to make sure that everyone at his salon has the same level of expertise. My normal colorist/stylist is back in California but he was still able to make a color as similar/ if not the same to what I had before while still keeping in mind the health of my hair as mine is particularly dry. I don’t speak Spanish and he made it a point to make sure I felt comfortable knowing that when him and others in the salon converse and laugh that it isn’t about me so I was impressed with the thoughtfulness of this. I wouldn’t have thought this anyways, the salon has a friendly feeling with customers laughing and enjoying their time here but again, I thought this was thoughtful and I liked it. On top of this the services aren’t overpriced like the majority of places here. Very fairly priced!! This might be my go-to hair salon when I’m in Miami.

I was skeptical looking for a new hair salon being that i just moved to miami, but im so glad i found this one! the salon is beautiful and the stylists are so kind and gentle and make sure you’re always comfortable! my hair was a travesty and delfin brought it back to life!! i had been trying for years to see my natural waves again and he made it happen and gave me the perfect cut to go with it (after he asked what i wanted i said i don’t know just help me lol) and he knew what he was doing. i usually leave a hair salon a bit disappointed but this time i left confident and happy!

** Update** - Went in for the second half of my transformation and its taken me a few days to make this review because I wanted to give myself time to get accustomed to this new me. I can honestly say this has been OUTSTANDING! After waiting patiently, Delfin called me as soon as my extensions arrived and WOW, was it worth the wait! Not only is the quality of the hair, exceptional and a perfect match to the color I now have, but the installation is FLAWLESS! This hair extension and installation is undetectable, does NOT shed, remains incredibly soft and does not tangle. I can brush it, braid it, put it in a low ponytail - wear it however I want. Of course, Delfin gave me the best advice on how to care for my investment (which shampoo/conditioner to use, how to dry it, the use of a silk bonnet and correct styling products) and I am absolutely in love with my new look. He took me from fine, gray hair to long, healthy blonde baylage in less than ten days and Im beyond thrilled. This wasnt cheap, by any stretch of the imagination, but it was an investment in ME and that makes all the difference.If youre considering investing in changing your look, I cannot recommend Delfin and his staff enough. They are masters at their craft. Do your research, find what makes you happy, and then go to Open Hair - ask for Delfin and place your trust in his expertise. The best hair experience ever. I did my Balayage and extensions here and I must say the quality and care they took with my hair is next to none. I also added in my nails. How to even begin describing the quality of services and professionalism at Open Hair Miami. I have been a long term client of Delfin and wouldn’t give my hair to any other person other than him. He is always prompt to respond to my messages, he accommodates me to fit my schedule and he always takes the necessary time to accomplish the results I want. He is caring and true to his profession and will always do what is best for your hair, even if that means losing profit on his end, he will never do anything that will hurt your hair! He will counsel you on what’s best for you and uses only high end products that will leave your hair stunning. He is a master colorist and an amazing artist with the scissors, best thing that have ever happened to me is having him as my stylist. Although I have not done extensions, I have seen his work first hand and I must say that they are definitely the best I have seen! From the moment I walked in to the final hour delfín and his whole staff were incredible. Upon arrival I was welcomed with a glass of bubbly and a side of croissant with ham and cheese. The background music was a vibe.I have dry brittle curly hair but my hair strands are super thin so I am very careful with whom I get my hair done. I went in for highlights. I showed Aylin the exact color I wanted and she executed it perfectly. They did advise to cut my ends but I opted to wait. I will cut it on my next visit. Any curly hair friends looking to add highlights and are not sure where to go, this is your sign! Curly hair approved!
