    I went to do facial and it was excellent!! Paloma, is very professional and takes her time. The salon is beautiful, the staff was very welcoming and they have free parking, which is a plus. This is definitely my Spa now!!

    I had a wonderful experience at paloma salon. the nails!!! omg the best nails ever!!! and they have many colors to choose from. They did my daughters hair! a cut and styling work and i also did a hair cut and blow dry and I was impressed with the meticulous way they cut my hair and my daugher. Bexy was great, she was very careful with length, always asking questions and giving me tips for healthier hair!!! Angela did my nails!!! and honestly a great experience.

My nails were beautifully done, and as a first-time client, I even received a complimentary treatment—a lovely touch!Carlo gave me a flawless blow-dry, and Angela was incredibly meticulous and gentle with my nails. The salon itself is spotless, tastefully decorated, and best of all, it has its own parking—a huge plus!I highly recommend visiting Paloma Arenal, and I will definitely be returning!

    The best manicure I have ever had! Excellent service, everything was very clean, and Angela was the best! She has the most beautiful technique and she is the sweetest! When in Miami, definitely go there and get your nails done!

    Literally the BEST salon in Miami!I got my hair and nails done, and they look amazing. I was hesitant about trusting salons again after a bad experience, but this place was an incredible discovery. My hair was super dry, and Charly did an amazing job bringing it back to life!     It was a great experience!. The salon is beautiful the staff and the owner Paloma are wonderful. I started with a facial and I can only say the Hydroglow facial is just perfect. My skin is so hydrate, clean and glowy and it was also very relaxing. After my facial, I did a blow dry and a hair treatment because my hair was very dry. My hair looks amazing. I can only say great things about this hair salon. Wonderful experience and definitely my new place to go.

    I recently got my first balayage at this salon, and I couldn’t be happier! 🤩 Daniel, my coloring expert, did an amazing job—he’s incredibly skilled and attentive. Paloma, the owner, is also wonderful—so welcoming and thoughtful. She even offered me coffee and coquito since it was New Year’s Eve! The salon itself is stunning, with an elegant and inviting atmosphere that’s chic but not pretentious. The whole team is super professional and friendly 💅Highly recommend and will come back for sure!

    My experience at this Beauty Salon has been 10/10. They made me an ideal BALAYAGE, just what I wanted 😍. And surprisingly I have found a manicurist who does my nails like I do in Europe, Russian manicure, total cleansing of the cuticles, reconstruction with POLYGEL, and perfect semi-permanent gel polish. 👌 good service and atmosphere. They have their own parking right at the door. Everything great.
