    I had the most incredible experience with Rafe Lugo and his amazing team! Traveling from West Palm Beach on the Brightline, I was excited but didn’t quite know my way around. From the moment I stepped into his salon, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism, making me feel truly special.Rafe worked his magic, giving me a stunning haircut and color that exceeded my expectations. His expertise and passion for his craft are undeniable, and he took the time to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. The entire staff was kind, attentive, and made the experience one of a kind—I left feeling more confident and beautiful than ever!But what truly set this experience apart was Rafe’s kindness beyond the chair. After my appointment, he personally walked with me to the Metrorail station, which is in the same building as his salon. He patiently explained how to buy my ticket to connect back to the Brightline station, making sure I was on the right track before he left.     I made an appointment for Rafa Lugo and was there today for the first time. I tell you the professional experience I got the minute I walked in Alejandro greeted me asked me my name from Rafa greeted me while doing a clients hair to the two assistants there . I got in looking dead to coming out alive. I totally trusted him with color hair cut style. Definitely returning for roots in 6 weeks. Highly recommend. I got the Cowboy Copper great for the season.

    My first time to Rafe Lugo Salon was backFebruary 2024. Went in with brittle highlighted hair and a horrible bob cut. Since than, my hair feels like silk. I also use his hair products. I love my hair color and cut. Rafe takes his time with his“Mujeres Bellas” as he calls all his clients. He is genuinely caring for your hair wants and hair needs. He is an incredible colorist and stylist. His crew is excellent. Alejandro, who handles appointments, makes sure the salon is running smoothly. The ambiance is wonderful, relaxing, and Rafe makes one feel beautiful!

    What a long week I had a work last week. My friend recommended me a massage and to get my nails fix. I really need it to pamper myself. Rafe salon did that and more.     EXCELLENT- HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR BLONDES. Rafe Lugo truly cares about his clientele, their satisfaction and the quality of the service. I got a Ybera Genoma cortex transfusion treatment with the Ybera renew oil treatment to repair, strengthen, and shine my dull, dry color-treated hair. It is a GAME CHANGER and Sergei who did it is an amazing stylist. He was explaining everything he was doing to my hair, giving my tips for hare care and styling, and he has very great manner and softness to his touch when he handled my hair. When I come back, I will be asking for him.I highly recommend this treatment to bring new life to dull hair. My hair doesnt tangle when I run the brush through it now. Rafe also gave me a hair cut to fix my choppy bangs and my hair looks so chic and healthy now.
