    This place is so cool! It has everything you need for a day of pampering. I was lucky enough to get Chloe, because this girl has some serious skills with color. Not only was the final result magnificent, but she started out by talking me through what color would look best with my skin tone, and her confidence and kindness was just amazing and left me relaxed knowing I was in good hands. She was 100% right on the color, because I have never been so in love with my hair. She was also extremely efficient, and checked in all the time to make sure I was comfortable. I could not have had a more wonderful experience. The rest of the people were also so kind and had a great vibe. I wish I had time after to stay and check out the cute coffee bar and boutique, but I will definitely be back. 10/10, best salon Ive been to.

    Iā€™ve been going to Damian for 9 years, and heā€™s truly the best! Heā€™s done everything for my hair over the yearsā€”color, cuts, and treatments like the Brazilian blowoutā€”and it always turns out amazing.     I Love going to see Karolin at RikRak Four Seasons for my manicures, pedicures and reflexology. She is excellent and has unique nail polish available. Try the Paris Manicurist polish, beautiful colors and great for your nails.

    Maria Herrera is an amazing, gifted stylist & colorist with loads of experience and is also such a sweet, friendly, upbeat person who is a joy to spend time with.     I Love how Damian always leave my hair, whenever he blow dries my hair it last for 4 to 5 days which is incredible considering I live in miami and have long thick hair šŸ˜

    I was pleasantly surprised with this place. I called to do a walk-in appointment and they fit me in right away with Damien for a blowout. I have very curly hair and sometimes it can be difficult to manage, but Damien was incredibly sweet and attentive and asked a ton of questions which is greatly appreciated and my blowout came out perfect not to mention It was a pretty decent price compared to what they normally charge in Miami. I also have pretty long hair and we finish in 45 minutes so I would 100% come back and see Damian, highly recommend.

    I had my hair cut and styled by Odalys Herrera and I couldnt recommend her enough! I went in asking for a short hair cut and she honestly did better than the original vision I had asked for! She knew what length would be best for my particular hair and I walked away with a beautiful new look that was functional too! Definitely happy with her work. Would recommend!

    The hairstylist who rolled my hair was awesome. Super patient and nice. She let me stay with the rollers until my dance competition day, so my curls wont die out. Yes, I will go there again and book her. While you wait, you could order food and drinks and shop as well. The reason for the 4 star rating was because my eyebrows cost $40 (my pockets cried) LOL. But overall, it was cute. Thank you

    I recently moved from NYC and have been having trouble finding my go-to for hair here in Miami. Iā€™ve had a few bad experiences at other salons in the city and was about to give up until I met Betty Villalobos at RikRak salon. I can confidently say she is now my gal, my new go-to. I canā€™t rave enough about how happy I am with her and the salon. I was struggling to find a place that understood my hair texture and also could bring my vision to life. I was in search for a loose perm and next to no one in Miami offers any type of perming service. Betty not only delivered but she far exceeded my expectations and I couldnā€™t be happier with my hair. You can tell sheā€™s been doing this for a long time - sheā€™s a true pro and I canā€™t recommend her enough if you need any styling, perming or coloring service. Iā€™m not one to write reviews on Google but for Betty and RikRak, Iā€™ll write this and many more - so grateful to them. If youā€™re thinking about coming here, stop scrolling and give them a call - you wonā€™t regret it.

    Betty has been doing my hair for almost 15 years. I have long naturally dark brown hair and wear it blonde. Betty does the most beautiful color with highlights and lowlights. I have NEVER had a bad result with her.

    I had my gel nails done by Daniela and it was a amazing experience!     I have been going to this place for years and it is consistently great; good service, clean, good ambiance, and very talented hair experts. Laura is my hair stylist and she is amazing. I would not cut my hair with anyone else but her. Also she is a great with colors in terms of knowledge and technique. Last but not least she does the best hair styles ether it is a hair do (picked up), blower, straight or curled. For big events she is the person to go to. Also she does incredible make up.

    I absolutely adore this place; its like a second home to me. Previously, I used to handle my own spa services and hair care, though I was far from a professional. However, for the past six months, Ive been a regular here, and each visit leaves me thoroughly impressed. I always book gel manicures with both Adriana and Karolin, and I indulge in deep conditioning treatments with Damian, Maria, Gustavo, Odalys, Lea, Gorete, and Tammy. Whenever my friends are in town for a girls day, I make sure to schedule them with one of these talented individuals. Even though they dont offer barbering services, Im never worried because theyve always got trusty scissors on hand.During each visit, I consistently receive valuable seasonal product recommendations, and I must say, my sometimes challenging hair loves Kerastase. What I truly appreciate is that this salon is a one-stop shop for all my beauty needs. Moreover, the front desk staff is always polite and incredibly helpful. Im truly impressed with Rikraks evolution. Ive even brought my mother here a few times, and she jokingly calls it my second home. Thank you, RikRak, for consistently taking care of me and ensuring Im satisfied with all my requested services.

    I came in to get a lot of length cut off my hair to donate and have a layered mid length style. Betty did just that and more. The style was perfect, layered and float. When she showed me the final look I teared up a little because of how beautiful of job she did and it was a big change as well having 10 inches chopped off.     I did a full head of highlights with Gustavo. It was the best experience I have had in Miami. He is an amazing listener and will do exactly what you ask him to. He makes sure you leave the salon being extremely happy about your result and always makes sure that your hair stays healthy on top of the amazing look.     I have been going here for a number of years. The staff are like a second family to me and Ive been using a broad range of their services continuously. Andrew has been an amazing stylist, and colorist who was the only person I trusted with my virgin hair to give me a beautiful ombre treatment. The owner, Rick, has assembled an impressive and capable staff across the board.The salon also has this fantastic cafe so you can enjoy wine, beer, champagne or great food while you are receiving their services (or you can go just for the food ). The boutique is also excellent and Ive found the quality of their inventory to be reliable. The style is very chic, Miami, and fun with a twist of Europe. Highly recommend.

    I have been getting my hair done for over 15 years at Rik Rak Salon. I moved to Dallas, Texas back in July 2020. Itā€™s been impossible to my roots and color right since. I was just at Rik Rak and had Gustavo do my roots and lowlights and it was not only beautiful, but silky. My hair was brassy with no depth or shine. I have decided that I will plan my trips to Miami to coincide when I am due for my hair color! Bravo Gustavo ā™„ļø I also had a fabulous acrylic manicure done by Salome. Highly recommend!

    First time at this salon and will be going back! Mimi did my hair and did exactly what i wanted. I showed her a picture and asked her the price upfront to avoid surprises later.     I have nothing but great things to say about Rik Rak! Iā€™ve been taking my daughters to Leticia to do their eyebrows for over 5 years now and 2 of them are away at college. They refuse to do their eyebrows with anyone but Leticia so sheā€™s one of their first stops when they come home from all their breaks! Sheā€™s awesome as a professional and as a person! Our family loves her! Rik Rak also has delicious food and wonderful service! And recently my favorite thing about Rik Rak is Raquel! The beautiful clothes and accessories from their boutique is all the wonderful work of Raquel! My eldest daughter fell in love with a necklace while she was there doing her eyebrows with Leticia.I went back the next day to get it for her for Christmas and the necklace had been sold. Raquel made it happen for me knowing how much I wanted to surprise my daughter! After a trip to NY, Raquel had my daughters Christmas present! Canā€™t tell you how happy my daughter was and how appreciative I am to Raquel!These are the wonderful people youā€™ll find at Rik Rak! Itā€™s a great place!

    This is the best salon I have ever been in the whole world, and I have been in Paris Barcelona, London, NY, and Dubai. The staff are extremely attentive and very helpful. They have the most talented hairdressers there. Its as if they can feel your hair, and produce a style that you will be over joyed. I always go there, even if it is out of my way. I even saw many celebrities there.

    Just relocated to Miami and I LOVE this Salon! Very talented Rik did my color. I was so happy! Really talented and great with blondes. Cesar cut and styled my hair, totally modern and chic. Raquels boutique so fabulous I got the perfect cool sunglasses, there are chic beaded dresses and a european feel to the sportswear. I have shopped all around the world and Raquel has an eye! So happy to have a place that I can now go to for everything! That is rare!

    I LOVE RIK RAK. The complete services I get there are so uniformly great that when I moved an hour away I decided to drive an hour each way to keep going to RIK RAK. Sue for nails, Marcello for cut, Letitia for wax and the famous Rik for color. Then there is a cafe that will bring you coffee or wine or a sandwich to the station so you are comfortable. Then there are clothes. (Hot ones) and jewelry. I try to pass all that by. I havent tries massages yet but,,, Anyway, its addictive.

They have a boutique with quality clothing and affordable prices. I also had a manicure and pedicure service and I was delighted, it has a variety of colors, I also had my hair done which I really liked since they use top quality products.
