I have extremely curly hair. I have had a lifelong battle trying to find a good hairdresser. I was referred to William through a friend of a friend who has hair like mine after struggling to find someone who can manage it since I moved to Miami. The salon is lovely, very clean, nicely decorated and high-end. The reception staff is warm and welcoming. The assistants are really on top of things, and very friendly as well! Top tier customer service. I told William my goal and showed him a photo. He fixed the shape and my color, effortlessly and I was in and out in about an hour and a half. He is also so sweet!!! We had great conversation while I was in his chair. I am so pleased! I have found my new hairdresser and won’t let anyone else touch it from here on out!!! Thank you, William and team!

If you want the best haircut of your life, make an appointment with Evan immediately. Hes incredibly talented and I couldnt be happier with the results. 10/10 recommend. William is a master at styling hair. I am incredibly grateful to him for helping me achieve my dream look. Initially, my hair was a teal color at the ends, which is the opposite of orange (the color I wanted to achieve). William warned me that achieving a fully orange look might not be possible. The original plan was to have orange roots and purple ends, but to my surprise, he was able to give me a completely orange look while also keeping my hair healthy.Additionally, he is very fast - I dont know how he does it. Among all the stylists Ive experienced, he provides the best quality care, speed, and knowledge.

I opted for over-processed blond highlights, and Zuheily my hair specialist, she not only flawlessly executed the highlights but also incorporated a nourishing treatment. The entire process was seamless. Zuleyli uses top-notch products that surpassed any Ive tried at other salons. The salon was impeccably clean with a fantastic atmosphere. To top it off, she gave me a perfectly symmetrical short haircut, leaving my hair feeling amazing. I highly recommend this place as the entire staff is truly professional.

Today was my first time at Ethos Salon and of meeting my hair professional Jessica. The salon is centrally located and easy to get to. When you walk in you are greeted so friendly and the place smells wonderful. It is clean, open and just nice to be there. My stylist Jessica was was very knowledgeable and she helped me assess my hair needs. She helped me pick a perfect color for me as well as a great hair cut. She finished with a great blowout and i loved the way my hair came out. She gave me exactly what I needed to feel great about my hair again. Thank you, Jessica.

Jesus is incredible! He totally transformed my hair in two appointments— a process that I thought would take 4-5 appointments over a month or two. He’s incredibly kind and thoughtful, he didn’t push me to do anything I wasn’t sure of. Ive been a client of salon Ethos for a little over a year now. Ever since I began Ive been with colorist and hairdresser Jessica. She has a phenomenal way with color. She is the only stylist that Ive had in the last 15 years as a blonde that has found the right formula so my hair has no brassiness. I think this is what we all for when we look for a colorist and I wouldnt trade her for the world. Shes savy, attentive and very patient. There are some other perks to salon ethos youre always welcome with a smile at the front desk and they offer you a variety of hot or cold drinks while youre there. I really like their reasonable pricing and they very meticulous to your comfort. Its a must visit when youre looking for quality care for your hair . They also sell some great products. I use the Oleplex

Jesus was such a professional. Spoke to me of the many options I could have and was able to take me in, last minute. I knew I could trust them because they were actually listening to my past experiences and taking all of the treatments I’ve had into account. Plus, they have had similar hair in the past and made me feel comfortable about my process since they have done it too. They were determined to reach my not so easy hair goals (of wanting Targaryen white) and would definitely go back to them again. It’s a plus that it is such a nice area, too. Super vibey salon overall and the girl who washed my hair was a complete sweetheart. Everyone made me feel really good about my whole experience and the price wasn’t bad. I have been coming to Salon Ethos for about 3 years and I can honestly say it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I randomly came in one day to blow dry my hair with William Laurel (based on reviews) and he turned out to be amazing. Every great review he has on here is real. The feedback that is provided is truly justified when you meet him in person. He knows how to color, style, cut etc. you name it, he can do it. I highly recommend him!

The place is clean and the people are very nice.Total cost was 190$ (Long Wavy Hair; including tip)Staff was hospitable and friendly, offered beverages (Soda, Water, etc)I wouldve given 5 stars if it werent for these aspects (considering the price-- I expected a little more)-More dialogue between myself and my hair dresser. Besides asking me what I would like done, it was pretty much silence the rest of the time. I was hoping for some tips, suggestions, etc.. but I recieved none even when asking What do You think?. I used to just trim my ends and nothing more, so I lacked confidence in what I was asking for.-Some attention to my natural hair texture and possibly Recommendations as to how to care for it, styling, and keeping up with my new haircut if I dont get a blowout. I me tioned I never had a haircut to go with my hair texture before. He acknowledged what I said without much feedback.

As a curly girl it can be so challenging to find a stylist who treats your curls with the tender love and care they need, but that is what I found at ethos! From start to finish it was great. Scheduling the appointment was easy online, easy to find and the main event great! My stylist took a good amount of time to understand what I was looking for, listened to my concerns and talked me through. And the result was perfect! I got a toner treatment and cut and my curls felt so happy after. It’s a cute salon right in the middle of midtown. Definitely recommend you check it out!

I went in, i guess through miscommunication my hair did not turn out the way i wanted with the first stylist i ended up with but then i called to see if they can adjust it and then i met Evan and he was incredible. It is scary to start with someone new and as an anxious person, I was not looking forward to this appointment.I know I needed a haircut and to re-do my partial highlights, but aside from that- I was lost (and anxious). William was SUPER welcoming. He asked a bunch of questions to get an idea of what I wanted (which I had no idea), and I showed him a few pictures. He significantly reduced my anxiety. I highly recommend Salon Ethos, Ive been going there since they opened in 2017. The owners, Bryan & Evan are very professional as is the rest of the staff. I recently had an appointment for hair blow out and makeup with Christina, who is fantastic. Shes also been cutting my hair since they opened. Bryan is the best colorist out there, I always get compliments on my color. The decor and ambiance of the Salon are very nice, in good taste and I always feel beautiful and happy when I leave. This salon knows what they are doing and I trust they will continue to do well because of the people they have.

What a beautiful experience! I found Salon Ethos online during a business trip to Miami and when I walked in I was charmed - its a lovely space, I was given a decaf cappuccino (which is kind of a lot to ask, but they had it!), I got my hair washed and a head massage from a professional, then my stylist gave me a great blowout and some good product advice. Highly recommended!

This was my first time coming to the salon. I explained to Jesus exactly what i wanted for me and my bf and he delivered exactly that. Very calm and relaxing salon. I’m not a fan of the loud boisterous salons in Miami.. Jesus did a great job on my curly cut. I explained to him how i was traumatized by past stylists that just chopped my hair off. I was very impressed with him and his techniques. And appreciative of his recommendations. I have curly hair but my bf has straight thick hair. I would highly recommend.

I loved my experience at Salon Ethos. The receptionist, assistant who washed my hair, and stylist were all friendly and professional. I am a Miami native who just moved back to the city after 9 years away. I was eager to find a stylist in Miami who would offer funky cuts, understand my hair texture/curl, and not pressure me to straighten it. I was very excited to find Will at Salon Ethos and I love the cut and style he gave me. Ive been to several curly hair salons in the past and always felt like the stylist spoke about curly hair from a detached place; like it was a foreign/alien science experiment. Will, on the other hand, speaks about curly hair from an intimate place. He has professional and personal experience with curly hair that made me feel very comfortable trusting any tips/advice he offered. Also (some with curly hair may be able to relate to this) this was the first time I was able to leave the salon with my hair actually styled attractively! Often Ive had a nice haircut at curly salons, but the stylist couldnt actually style my hair. I highly recommend this salon and Will to anyone looking to embrace their natural, curly selves!

I have been coming to Salon Ethos for years and absolutely LOVE the salon and staff! Laura at the front desk is always in a great mood, extremely accommodating and very professional. And Laura (the colorist) is a blonde expert!! She makes sure my color is looking fresh and I appreciate how she really watches to make sure she never over processes my color. I always get so many compliments! Laura is such a sweet person, has tons of experience working with A-List clientele, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my color! Salon ethos is an amazing salon with a wide variety of stylists for everyone. I was lucky enough to have found Gregory Chase who has completely changed how I view my hair. I always had flat thin hair and Gregory offered me so many options to help me transform it. As someone who has never colored or done anything to my hair before beside a cut, it’s so nice having someone like Gregory who I can trust to guide me. I had a very good experience with Jesus. He did my highlights, tone, gloss and haircut. He was very nice, and did a great job with cutting my hair. I have finer hair and he didn’t shame me and tell me he couldn’t do what I asked like other salons have, he made my hair look just like the inspo! I was on Christmas- new year vacation in Miami and decided to get a proper haircut after more than 10 years! Im a very cautious, more so skeptical person tbh esp when it comes to haircut. But the staff was very friendly. Shannon was very nice and knowledgeable about what would look best on me based on pictures I showed her. She made more adjustments based on my likes and made sure I was satisfied with the look. Also, unlike my previous experiences, she preseved my waist length hair and didnt chop off more than needed yet managed to completely transform me by giving a beautiful haircut! This is definitely my new hair salon. I went in being seriously long over due for a haircut. The environment is relaxed and friendly - even the other customers were smiling (so strange for Miami). Nadia is amazing at everything! Cut, color ALL! First got my hair cut with her and loved it so took the next step for color and was not disappointed! Laura the receptionist is amazing too she worked with me to try to get an appointment as soon as it was possible. All in all - totally recommend

Evan and his team are an absolute treat! I brought my boyfriend in for some TLC and it was a great experience. They are also dog friendly so I was also able to bring my brother’s Frenchie. It was a treat to be able to sit next to my boyfriend while Evan cut and styled his hair. I definitely want to make it a more routine activity. Next time I’ll have to bring my mom by!

Excellent experience as a first time client at Salon Ethos. I have been in search for a nice, reasonably priced salon in Miami since I moved here 4 years ago and I finally found it. Natasha took her time to speak with me about my hair, how I wear it and what look I was trying to achieve during our consultation. She gave her honest opinion and could not have been happier with the results. Womens cut with blow dry was $85 which is well worth the quality of cut, and how nice the salon and staff were. This is going to be my go-to salon from now on.

Loved it here! I have very tight curly frizzy mixed hair that is color treated (box dye) and damaged. Jessy my stylist got my hair SUPER straight and bouncy from even just the blow dry. Then she smoothed over with a flat iron and gave me waves and volume. The products all smelled great and made my hair feel super soft. I ended up buying their Bumble & Bumble Invisible Oil Primer because they used that on my hair. Will be coming back for a cut soon!

This is a great place to get your hair taken care of. My hair needs are probably a bit more simple that most people, but Evan (and the rest of the crew) are very skilled artists at what they do here. Theyre also very attentive and listening to anything you might want addressed. I highly recommend this salon, excellent location in the Midtown Miami area, and the service here is easily five-stars. They also do specials on various products and services that they text you about, which is very convenient. If youre looking for a salon, check this place out!
