    I had an incredible experience getting my son’s haircut. Carmen the stylist was very sweet and professional and knew how to keep my son calm throughout his haircut. I highly recommend brining your little ones here for hair cuts. I will be taking my son to get a hair cut here every time throughout his childhood! :)

    It’s a great place where your kid can be spoiled and fancy up! My daughter didn’t just get a haircut, she also got to paint her nails FOR FREE!!! She was extra happy.

    I got a recommendation for Dorka and I took my grandaugther for her first haircut at age 4 because she was very scared. Im very happy the way Dorka was able to handle mi little Chinita. Aby was very happy with her haircut and she was able to jump on all the car. She had a manicure also. Thanks Dorka for your patience with Abi and to make her first experience unforgettable.

    She needed a trim before graduation, why not make it fun in the meantime. I made us a mom and daughter cut appointment, hers including the deep conditioning treatment. She loved it, the experience and they even offered to do a manicure but she was ready to go show off her weekend hairstyle. Definitely returning in a couple of months for another trim.

    First time in this salon, the experience was very positive. The place is cute and clean. Our appt was with Idania and she was amazing!!!! Highly recommend her. The Staff was nice. I liked that they have different actual toy for the kids to play instead of iPads like I’ve seen in other places.

    Today, I took my son for his first visit to a hair salon. Despite arriving late and close to closing time, the staff were more than accommodating and agreed to stay late to ensure my son received the best service possible.Dorka, the stylist, was very helpful and had the patience when dealing with my fussy and energetic little one, who was more interested in exploring the salon than sitting still for a haircut.The entire staff went above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable. They were all incredibly friendly, playful, and attentive. The special touches at the end, including the two balloons, beautiful photo, and certificate.The person at the front desk was also extremely welcoming and helpful, she took beautiful photos of my son. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone, especially those with young children

    Idania who works there on the weekends did such a great job and was so patient with my 2 year old. The facility is fun and inviting for the kids and the first time haircut gets a balloon and lollipop and certificate with a photo. The first haircut experience for my child was a success!! 😊

    Amazing service and well priced. The girls haircut package comes with a wash, cut, style and manicure! Plus they add fun accessories like hair clips, face gems and a fake ring. Truly a special experience for my kids first hair cuts. Livia was great!

    Idania was so supportive when my son was afraid. She whipped out toys, had a show, let him hold the comb, and talked calmly and lovingly to him the whole time! As a mom, I dread taking him to haircuts because he gets so nervous but it made a difference being here with Idania. She worked her magic, giving him a stellar haircut and soothing him too. If you have a nervous child needing a haircut, book with Idania. You won’t be disappointed.

    Great experience! It was our first time here and Teresa was amazing with my 3 year old. Easy online scheduling. Superb attention to the kids. They really go above and beyond in making sure a “scary” experience is one that our littles will enjoy!

    Place is awesome for kids. Large TVs so kids can watch Disney or other Cartoons/ movies they like while getting a hair cut. My daughter loves it. She gets a cut, wash and her nails done. My son also loves this place. 2nd time here..Highly recommend.Hair stylist are great with kids. Parents can get a cut too if they like.Come to find out Karem from the other hair cut place I used to take my kids is here now! She is awesome!Place is located in a strip mall behind BJs Gas station on Coral way and 70th court.

    So sad that I found this place right before we moved ! The staff was so sweet and my daughter loved going here! She was able to get her hair cut and her nails painted. Super cute and very lovely staff. Would recommend!

    I’ve been getting my kids’ haircuts with Teresa for years and she’s the best! My kids love going to see her and even my youngest one who used to be scared can’t wait for his haircut. She’s sweet/patient with the kids and always makes sure to ask how you want their hair as she cuts. You won’t regret having your kids haircut with her, disregard anybody who says otherwise.

    Carmen is amazing. She has been cutting my son’s hair for about a year now. I’m impressed by how quickly she does it. We are in and out in 10 minutes. My son does not like to sit still and use to be afraid of the hair clipping machine but she used his love for cars to make him laugh by pretending it’s a car and saying “vroom” each time she cut his hair. He now looks forward to his haircut.

    Currently my favorite salon for my antsy, energetic 4 yr old. I love the easy scheduling process online, you pick your service, hairdresser, date and time. The salon is so kid friendly they have indepent TV for kids to watch, game consoles and toys for purchase. Every kids walk out with a free balloon and lollipop. I highly recommend Idania because she is patient, funny, and does a phenomenal job with styling. She did a mohawk from front to back and my son gets compliments everywhere.

    By far the best haircut my two year old son has ever received! We’ve had three haircuts and I was really nervous for the fourth due to my past experiences but Idania was beyond amazing with him and myself! she was patient, kind, interacted with him and made him feel comfortable. She asked for our opinions throughout the whole cut, making us feel a part of the experience. We will definitely be going back

    Love coming here. Teresa recently cut my boys she was so patient. Also if you have a special needs child I recommend 100% she was so patient and kind with my son. He’s terrified of cutting he’s hair but with Teresa he was so good and she takes her time to gain their trust which is very important, and of course my boys love getting the balloon and lollipop when they leave. Best place in town!

    When we first started taking my son for haircuts, it was a total nightmare – he would scream and push the stylist away. But then we met Teresa, and everything changed. She went out of her way to connect with him, and it made a huge difference. Each visit showed significant improvement. The last five haircuts have been perfect, with my son cooperating beautifully. Today, when he saw Teresa, he gave her a cuddle and happily pointed to his head, saying haircut. We always do the dad and son haircut with Teresa, and its an absolute pleasure. I cant imagine going to anyone else. Truly thankful for Teresa.

    I really liked this place, Carmen was amazing at entertaining and cutting my 2 year old hair, he didnt even cry and i really liked the way she left his hair, he has very difficult hair and i have taken him to two different hair salons and didnt like the hair cut they did, but i will definetely come back to Sharkey 👍👍

    Took my toddler for his first haircut and it was a huge success. Idania, the stylist, was very sweet to him, she made him feel comfortable the entire time, and did a wonderful job with his hair. The experience was just what you would wish.

    In July I took my grandson to have his haircut before his second birthday in August.It is incredible how patient and fast the hairdresser cut his hair. She was one step ahead to accommodate him before he cried. Ace had a great time in the fireman car watching cartoons and a lollipop. We left with a super cute haircut a balloon and another lollipop. Satisfied Custemor and great experience!

    Been coming since my son is was 1 year old. Still have the little ziploc with hair from first haircut. He is now 5 and loves coming! They know how to treat kids and entertain them with the tvs and game consoles. Carmen cuts boy hair so so good! Receptionist is always very nice. Recommend to fellow moms 100%!

    My kids hate getting hair feeling on their body, and the sound the trimmer makes. Just afraid to get a haircut, they have been coming here since they opened and they love it. The stylists are all very patient, and make them feel as comfortable as possible. I always make an appointment as it is the best way for all of us. I call to make sure appointments are booked properly as sometimes their app doesn’t show appointments.Place is always clean (including their bathroom) They always treat my kids and me with respect, respect my time.They have TVs in every station in case kids want to watch their favorite videos or shows.They offer sensory toys, they always have rewards for the kids.

    I took my girl for a cut for the first time and I loved the attention. Very good, the girl who attended her is very kind, I think her name is Lidia. My daughter came out happy with her cut, I give it a 10 out of 10.

    Our experience is always very satisfactory, I have been taking my baby since before his first birthday, and his haircut has always been done by Teresa, she is super detailed, patient and makes sure that his haircut is perfect. He always asks me what I want before starting, to make sure he pleases me. I love how my baby looks with her cut, it looks spectacular.I 100% recommend the place and its stylist Teresa.

    Excellent service from Teresa, super professional. While I was attending to my two children, a father arrived complaining that his son had not turned out the way they wanted. But I personally witnessed how restless his son was and his father was very rude.Parents must understand that children do not like having their hair cut, they move and fight, no matter how many entertainment elements the hairdresser has, children are children and even more so if they are 1 year old. That they dont understand anything. Its not the professionals fault.I 110% recommend Teresa.
