    I recently had the pleasure of visiting Paola, and I cant say enough good things about my experience! I went in feeling quite picky about what I wanted. It was a scary change because I was taking a leap and going short plus I wanted a coloring.Paola patiently worked her magic and transformed my hair into something that exceeded my expectations.Not only was she incredibly skilled, but she also created a warm atmosphere, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. I left the salon feeling confident and beautiful! Also, she made me the most delicious cappuccino!If youre looking for someone who is patient, talented, and genuinely cares about their craft, I highly recommend Paola.     I love Paola. She’s is the best ever! She’s so kind, she has incredible customer service and so so so talented as a stylist. She got me to the most beautiful blonde ever, and saved my color that someone else botched and now she has gotten me to the most gorgeous black that I’m obsessed with, and she always sees my vision and delivers what I want. She’s truly the best I’ve been going to her for the past 2 years now! She’s amazing!!!

    I started getting my hair done with Paola about two years ago and won’t get my hair done with anyone else! I have done full and partial baleage as well as cuts and always leave extremely happy with my new look. Her work even gets better with time- I’ll get compliments on my hair 1-2 months after I visit her. And to top it off Paola is incredibly kind and funny. 100% Recommend!

    Paola is an absolute angel!!! She is so nice and kind and when cutting/styling your hair she listens to exactly what it is you want and what would look best on you and kills it every time. Would recommend to anybody.

Having searched on Google for hair salons within proximity to my hotel I came across Synchronicity Salon.Am so pleased I found them! They were able to schedule an appointment for me on short notice in the timeframe of my stay.From the initial friendly communication of booking with Paola, to my time in the salon, all was simply effortless, professional & a delight.Adriana (my colourist/ stylist) was wonderful — very happy with my hair, gracias 🙏🏾A beautiful mother/ daughter duo who slay at all things hair. Highly recommend!

    I’ve been doing my hair with Paola for over a year now since I’ve moved from NY - she is absolutely amazing! My hair always looks beautiful she is amazing with colors and highlights and haircut and extensions. She is the only hairstylist I trust in Miami! She is the best!
