    Amazing experience. I have been in Miami for 5 years and struggled to find a barber who was able to give me the haircut I wanted. When I came in they offered me a drink, my appointment was on time and when I sat in the chair and explained what I wanted, Nic executed perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with the professionalism and customer service that was provided. Nic suggested some products to me as well. The experience was great the haircut was great and I will be coming back.

    Excellent experience at this barber shop. It was my first visit and cut with RJ, but I’m very happy with the cut and the professionalism. Doesn’t step away from the chair or spend time on his phone. Was very hospitable. In fact the whole staff is pleasant. They offer you something to drink upon entering and seem to genuinely care.

    Have been going here for months. Diego is a very talented barber who takes his time and really cares about the service he is providing. I received a complimentary hair wash from Diego which really set my expectations over the top from my last visit. The place is always tidy with staff sweeping the floors, and in general a great vibe all around. Next time youre needing a cut, I recommend Diego.

    Got a hair cut here from James. I found him through my regular barber. Very professional and knowledgeable. Was able to meet expectations and followed what was requested (which is hard to come by now-a-days).     James is best in buisness. For a person who has straight hair, and struggled to find a great barber to fade my hair or make it look good in general. James knows exactly what to do and I been seeing him for 5 years plus. Only thing is he is constantly booked so make sure to book in advance.     I waited so long for this location to open, best shop here in North Miami and the best spot I’ve found here in Miami. I’m rather picky on my barbers, and Chris has not disappointed!     Just got a haircut with Dario. I have gotten a haircut with him at another shop, but I like the way he cuts. I typically get a low skin fade with scissors on top.     I been using tru Cutz for over a year and specifically JAMES for a year before he even started tru Cutz. I haven’t had a barber as great as him in a long time. I have Asian hair and most barbers I experienced don’t know how to fade it properly. With James this is never a worry because he does an amazing job every time and always knows exactly what I want or if talk to him for a change of fade or style.
