    My first time in this salon and I don’t know what I wanted till now! Amazing ladies, very welcoming. Atmosphere very cozy and homey, I felt so relaxed and comfortable. My hair is exactly what I wanted. And the most important thing-they are dog friendly! My dog was with me the entire time, getting all the time kisses and cuddles. My place to go from now on most definitely.

    Victoria did an amazing job on my major chop. I went from blah with length to bouncy fun layers. She did an excellent job listening to what I wanted and creating something that suited me. Highly recommend. The vibes in the salon were truly fun. You can tell everyone who works there is enjoying themselves.

    My go-to for years! My sister recommended the amazing Shakirah to me for cuts and color and after I went to see her once, Ive never turned back. Shakirah is the sweetest, super accommodating, talented hair artist I know. Im never disappointed and ALWAYS happy with my results. I have now referred True Hair and Shakirah to multiple friends and they are faithful fans now as well! 🤍🤍🤍

    I usually hate getting my hair done because it’s a long process and I usually don’t leave happy with the results, but I was SO impressed by the attention to detail and patience Shakira has. She took her time listening to exactly what I want and executed perfectly. The overall atmosphere was also great and even though I spent many hours there I wasn’t feeling and impatience or frustration as I usually do at other salons. Great Spot!

    AMAZING!!!!!!!!Ellie is just the person you are looking for!!!!! I went in for extensions, this is a first time experience I will NEVER forget!!!! First I spoke over the phone with Ellie, she asked me all the right questions, took her time in her busy schedule to find out what I needed, and to supply me with her own brand of extensions!!!! When I arrived for my appointment I felt very welcomed and excited!!! My hair is super thin (cause from genetics) I used to feel confident with my hair, that was until over the years it gradually kept falling. Not only did she do a great and fast job adding the BEAUTIFUL extensions, she gave me more than happiness and the confidence I have once again regained! Thank you so much Ellie, I’m positive you’ll fall in LOVE with your hair again! Don’t sleep on her she’s been doing amazing things for years now! Check her out!!!!!!

    Shakira is amazing and so talented! I have thick, coarse middle eastern hair that was down to my hips. Shakira gave me a beautiful layered cut and blow out that added dimension and life to my heavy hair. Still looked amazing days later. Note the cut doesnt include the blow-dry.

    Ellie is amazing!!! I came in for a quick cut and she made my hair feel and look so much better than when I came in. My hair was in desperate need of help and Ellie cut just the right amount to keep the style and length while making it so much healthier.     What an amazing salon to visit - definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a hair needs service in the Miami metropolitan area. The prices are extremely reasonable and the service out performs what you’re paying. Cierra was wonderful and asked me exactly what it was that I wanted out of the visit; she even made some great recommendations for my hair type! I’m very happy and will definitely be booking again in the future.

    I get hair highlights and color every time with Aishley at trueHair and I am always in love with the results! She’s been doing my hair for years now and I wouldn’t trust anybody else. She really understands what I want and what is best for my hair and also gives me plenty of recommendations on how to keep it as healthy as possible. Absolutely recommend her!

    Absolutely recommend Aishley at TrueHair. She takes her time, listens to what you want, walks you through the process and makes plenty of recommendations based on desired outcome and hair type. I am always in love with the results!! Whether it’s a balayage or just getting a root touchup, cut with blowout, I always fell great walking out of the salon. She understands what I want and what is best for my hair always making sure integrity of the my hair is first. Salon is super clean and lots of options for parking. Other staff is very amicable and treat you like family. ❤️

    SHAKIRA IS AMAZING! I chanced on this salon one day when I was looking for an impulse trim and they took me in last minute. Best decision ever. I had cut off all my hair a couple of months before and it was starting to enter into an awkward phase. Shakira helped me shape my hair while it grew back and worked with all the particular needs of my hair every step of way. Shes careful, precise, and a professional through and through. She can do anything! I recommend her to anyone looking for a haircut, from a bang trim to a full 360 hair style shift. The owner is equally as lovely and talented. This place is seriously a hidden gem in Miami.

I am so pleased with the way she took the time to figure out which color worked best for my stubborn grays! She also did a straightening treatment which was amazing!     5 STARS!! Upon arrival, you feel the positive energy and the welcome from their amazing staff! Offered drinks and snacks while you wait and isnt quiet or dull. Also do an amazing and professional job and offer a lot of styles for good prices. Theyre ALL amazing, but I was attended by Cierra and never had a dull moment with her!.     Lala at TrueHair Miami is amazing! She takes care of all of my hair needs (color, cut, blowout, and moisture maintenance). No one makes my hair feel the way she does. I travel 45min-an hour to have her maintain my hair. Love her and the atmosphere.

    My experience at TrueHair Miami was nothing short of AMAZING! I felt so comfortable from the moment I walked in. My stylist was Shakirah and let me tell you, she TRANSFORMED my (natural curly) hair. She does an amazing blow out. But wait, she gave me champagne while getting my hair done! That’s the way to my heart lol. I also had the chance to meet the owner Ellie. She was very hospitable as well! I will definitely be returning. I had such a great time getting my hair done!

    I recently just moved to Florida from out of state- I have blonde curly hair and it’s hard to find someone who listens to what you want/who also knows how to handle and care for curly hair. Shakirah beat my expectations! She listened to exactly what I wanted- (silver/ashy blonde) and she knew how to EXACTLY dry my curls without making them frizzy- which I’ve had some problems in the past finding a stylist who also know how to care for curly hair. I highly, highly recommend Shakirah for your hair needs and especially so if you’re blonde or you have curly hair as well. Not only did Shakirah and the owner Ellie make me feel comfortable, they were both so personal and fun to talk to! The salon itself is absolutely beautiful- the white and hot pink aesthetic is honestly what drew me in- but the service and the quality of products/their care will have me coming back! Definitely recommend. :-)

    I loved Truehair salon and Ellie was so professional and friendly she did my hair exactly how I wanted I loved the color and the style and I am very picky with my hair but I loved the way she did it. The salon was extremely clean and she was always cleaning everything after she used it, they take your temperature when you first go in and they wear mask, gloves and apron during the whole process, overall I felt safe and had a great experience. They also offer champagne during your time there which was a huge plus I would definitely go back..

    What a hidden gem!I first contacted this salon because I had been given a HORRENDOUS haircut by another salon. When I reached out, Ellie, the owner set an appointment for me right away in order to help me not look a mess for Thanksgiving. Beforehand, she let me know that although I was always use to having long hair, there was going to be quite a bit of hair she would have to cut in order to fix the damage. The fact that she was honest, was already a plus.I was scheduled right away and the stylist did not disappoint. My hair not only was saved from having to go super short, but used products that left my hair looking healthier than ever! Not only was the stylist on time, he listened to my story and explained the entire process as he went. He made some future recommendations for my hair, but was not pushy at all.I can honestly say, I am extremely happy with the service and the staff. Thank you True Hair Miami!I have attached before and after pictures of my hair. The before was done at another salon in Miami. The after was done at True Hair Miami!

    The best experience, not only is the service amazing but I always leave happier than my expectations. I trust Elie with my life!!!!     Highly recommend! After a coloring mishap at another salon (that gave me orange glowey hair), I came to Ellie for help. She told me her plan and made sure I was comfortable with it, and even worked around her schedule to fit me in. She took a lot of time to make sure it turned out beautiful.     I was going to be in Miami from out of town and came here after searching online for a place that could do my dark roots blonde to keep up with my previous color jobs. Im getting married in Miami in the new year so it was essential that I find a solid colorist as I will need it done again a week before the wedding, so I was a little nervous. I emailed the salon in advance to inquire and make the appointment and Ellie was quick to respond and professional, recommending me to go with Shelby. Id rate this salon 4.5 overall, just some minor improvements. Shelby did a fantastic job on my hair, matching my color and even blending it better than it had been and improving the tones. It was not a quick or simple job as I have very long and a lot of hair but she patiently did a full head of foils and toning and it came out really amazing. The only small issues were that she couldnt get started on me until 30 minutes after my appointment as the salon was pretty busy, and that its a little bit tricky to find, tucked away in a side entrance in a building. Because I had an evening appointment the time ran a bit beyond closing so for my next one I made it during the day so we have plenty of time. Prices are fair and service was friendly. This is a small salon but good things come in small packages! Highly recommend Shelby and True Hair Miami!

    I ruined my hair during quarantine, bad bleach job. I called and Ellie got me in that same week and helped me out. She did an amazing job and was able to make my hair all over blonde with out using bleach! She was very honest about what she could achieve with my hair and she exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend going to her for color and cut!

    It was such a great experience! I came here with my hair complete damaged after a bleach fail and Ellie was such a sweetheart!     Ellie has been my colorist for over 10 years! I owned seveal salons and personally know over 100 hair stylist. Folks when it comes to color, highlites, extentions shes as good as it gets. I would never let anyone but her touch my hair. I have very thick, curly hair and she keeps it beautiful, perfectly highlites and healthy for over a decade.
