    I took my mother here and honestly EVERY single person here is super helpful and kind. They all pitched in to help my mom find THE style for her! They did a botox on her with a cut and her hair feels and looks better than ever☺️ i’m so grateful to have found this place. I honestly am speechless!

    I went in for a keratin treatment. It took awhile but the results were amazing and they were very helpful and informative on how I should maintain my hair. They educated me on how I should properly use the hair products I purchased from them. Everyone was super nice and the place was booked and busy so that speaks for itself. I would definitely go back for another keratin treatment in the future!

    I’ve never gone to a salon to get my haircut. This was a first for me and the service was amazing. The owner will take a look at what you need and will match you to the best stylist for your desired cut. The warm welcome and family like treatment is what got me. Thank you for a great haircut and I will definitely be back to see Alex for my next cut. He is amazing !

    I’m very happy with my experience at Visage with Alex; he kindly listened to my request and concerns and the result turned out to be exactly what I wanted. Just a little something, I wish they wouldn’t charge 10% to your card, even if debit; like who goes around with $300+ in cash? I understand that it has nothing to do with the stylists and the girls at the salon, it’s a merchant issue, but the experience would had much better without this. I will definitely come back, just asking ahead of time how much cash I need to bring

    Visage Hair Salon is such a great place. The owner Freddy y is very welcoming, accommodating and he is there at every step making sure that his clients gets the best care and service. The entire staff is extremely friendly and talented and the products being used at the salon are very good, I’ve bought a few to use at home.I’ve been going there now for a little more than 1 year. My hair is not the easiest, it is naturally frizzy and I have a lot of it. I usually go for my Keratine treatment, hair color, cut, blow dry and flat iron. No matter what I get done at this place I’m always incredibly pleased with the results and the service. I come out looking and feeling great. In addition I get amazing head, neck and shoulder massages while I get my hair washed which I thoroughly enjoyed, always relaxes me and puts me to sleep. I highly recommend Visage Hair Salon to anyone with a complex/difficult hair and any one who wants natural, healthy and amazing looking hair. It’s really a great place!

    I’ve been searching near and far for the best Hair Salon and I have had no luck over the years, Visage Hair Salon exceeded my expectations! The owner Freddy, is so accommodating & Extremely attention to detail, he gave me the best scalp massage & the most delicious cappuccino. Alex was also amazing & he transformed my hair completely!     Visage is the total mind body experience. I’ve been a few times and each time I feel like I just got back from a spa. They take such good care of you, whether it’s offering you a refreshment like hot chocolate, cappuccino you name it or your hair needs. I wanted a Diet Coke and they went out of their way to get me one. Furthermore, my hair has never looked so good, I get tons of compliments every-time. I‘m very careful with my hair and the treatments they have are the best, and also the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. From head to toe you get the best service!     Wonderful! I loved everything from the hair wash to the final styling. Maylin gave me an amazing scalp massage and hair treatment and Alex did an amazing job with my hair ! He is an artist and takes his time to perfect the cut.

    I have been meaning to write this review for months. I love this salon! I went to several different places looking for a stylist that would work with me to grow out my grey hair without judgement, and not only did this salon do that for me...but they made me love my hair again as well. Alex is a GENIUS at cutting hair, and everyone who works there is a gem. They treat you like family. In fact, I have taken my mom here and my two sons. Each of them very happy customers. I LOVE the girl who does the mani/pedis too! I dont speak Spanish well and they are sure to have a girl there that speaks English whenever I am there so I can fully explain what I need. But we also practice English and Spanish with each other too! Its a lovely place to be. Its expensive, but in this place, you truly get what you pay for!

    Amazing amazing amazing! It was my first time putting my trust into a hair salon and let me tell you I was not disappointed. I visited multiple salons with an image of what I wanted and was told I would need multiple dying sessions that it’s impossible to transform into the color I wanted. Until I found Visage hair salon from the first consultation they were very informative helpful and up front, the owner, the staff , everyone are VERY friendly and hard working and passionate and gave me exactly what I wanted. Actually more BEAUTIFUL and perfect than I could’ve ever imagined. The stylist has magic hands I promise you won’t be disappointed

    I am so glad I went to this place and gave it a try with out having any reference other than seeing the reviews. I am taking my time to leave a review because they deserve it. The treatment from the moment I got there to the moment I left was great! My hair had been falling very dry and brittle. They told me what the best treatment was to start restoring my hair and get it healthy. I definitely liked how they cared for what’s best for my hair and not just do whatever just to get to the next person.Another amazing detail is how they wash your hair.     I came across @visagehairsalon back in July/August 2023 while l was walking around in the shopping center they’re located at. Through the window I was impressed with the amazing jobs they were doing to clients at the time. For a long time, I followed them on social media before making an appointment for January 27th.I was impressed beyond believe with the quality of the service, products, and professional expertise of everyone in the salon. My hair was in a very bad shape, two years of total neglect, hundreds of white hairs, several over the counter hair color kits that had turn my hair orange, dry, frizzy, split ends, a total disaster but a blank canvas for @igortijera the amazing hair stylist and Maylin his assistant that had the courage and patience to work on me almost for 8 hours to create a new look! I let @igortijera do his magic, I put my trust on him, I knew I was in great hands and after a brief explanation of my needs I gave him free range to do his artwork!I can’t express into words how thankful I am for the great job he did! Freddy the owner was extremely helpful and guide me through the process and gave me the best options to enhance my features. It was a labor of love! I knew how much time and effort they had to put to fix the mess I had in my hair.I was impressed by the excellent customer service provided by everyone. I’m a very detailed oriented person and I noticed they cover every angle to accommodate client’s needs and comfort. Ambiance music top notch (modern but relaxing) , restroom facility extremely clean and comfortable, salon seats, equipment, and products top of the line, complementary coffee, and snacks. Successful businesses meet the needs and wants of customers, but the little extra details make them stand up among the others.     Amazing! I really wanted a haircut but didnt know what I wanted exactly. I was able to talk it through with the stylists and employees. I just wanted a cut and blow dry and was worried about the price because it was very fancy. I debated whether I wanted a keratin treatment or not and they had a special price for a cut and keratin treatment for the price of what Ive paid for keratin treatment alone. This is only Mon- Weds which is fine with me. The plus side is that the employees are bilingual and they helped me explain to the stylist what I wanted. The girl from the front desk was very helpful and helped me decide on the length of hair I should keep and I love it!!! I got the itch to cut my hair on a Monday when most salons arent open. I was able to walk in and get my hair done quickly. They offered me coffee but I was at my limit for the day so I declined. They did make some while I was there and it smelled delicious! Awesome and friendly staff! I wanted to add that the young lady who shampooed my hair was super gentle and gave me the best head massage ever.

    The second you walk in…. Freddy and his staff greet you like you are family. Their attentiveness and attention to detail is like nothing I have every experienced from a salon. The products they use are the bestttttt and everything I have done there is 10/10. From my Keratin treatment, to my hair wash (feels like heaven), to my blow dry, to my manicure and pedicure….no where else I will go.     I walked in with bright pink chin length extremely damaged hair. They didn’t just do what I asked, but offered their best advice for what I wanted in the long run. Point is they saved my hair!!! I ended up going pixie with some length and dark brown, and they did such an amazing job blending everything in and getting rid of the dead. I love my hair so much now!     You are treated like family in this place since day one. The salon attendants work with each other. Alex is very knowledgeable and responsible. All coworkers ask him for recommendations.     Originally I went in to buy a shampoo & conditioner set. The owner advised if I was ever interested that they had a great stylist from Brazil, his name is Alex. I actually had a situation days prior in which my hair was cut very badly and I needed to fix it. Long story shirt, Alex fixed my hair just in time for my sons bday. Later I changed my hair color with them. It was not quite the correct tone, but they redid it and were so professional. They made sure I had a great experience & that I was truly happy. Their priority is great customer service & satisfaction. After such an unfortunate prior experience, I am happy I found them. 😊 Highly recommend!! Also, very clean & follow Covid guidelines 👍

    My thick, coarse, naturally frizzy hair was chemically over-processed by bleach and Botox treatments. The team at Visage stopped the damage. Restorative salon treatments and their daily hair care line—shampoo, conditioner, masks, styling aids—are the best I’ve found for my difficult hair, ever.The salon is always sparkling—bright with flowers and relaxed conversation. In the diverse setting, translation is second nature.     I absolutely love coming here! I know people want cheaper options...but you really get what you pay for. Not only is it edward sissor hands masterpiece everytime i go and my color is fabulous but my hair is so soft for at least 1-2 months and the pampering they do is handsdown unmatched! I swear. They make you feel so at home offer you coffee tea or water plus a snack, give you an AMAZING massage when washing your hair, and the product they use doe not burn or dry out your hair, if anything the products and dye make it healthier than when you walked in. The nail service is also meticulous and gentle, so much more effort is put into the nail services and so much more is included than your more expenssive or cheaper options. Color lasts and doesnt chip. The salon is super clean and hygenic. I reccomend this salon 1000% i am not getting anything in exchange for this review, I wasnt even asked to write one, I am just so happy with the care I got and how amazing my hair looks that i need to make sure their business spreads by word of mouth, this is privately owned salon not a chain store. The owner and his daughter are always there the brazilian stylist is ....just wow....seriously give them a try its not cheap but i promise you will leave feeling your got every penny returned in your look and care not a cent feels wasted here!

    The attention to detail and the costumer service is superb.. I just happen to pass by the place.. and they had an appointment within 20 minutes.. they did a treatment for me and Alex the stylist he is a magician.. he made my hair looks like a million dollars.. I will be a regular moving forward.. I have never feel so important.. they really care that you have the best experience and they sure deliver on that l.

    I LOVE this place from the staff to the service you really feel like your visiting family every time you go..... they are patient have great skills and care so much about their customers.... my hair was completely damaged when I went in and the whole team work together to make sure that Indiana got what I wanted I had to go through some bleach tests and treatments but in the end my hair came out very beautiful Alex is very talented Amanda is amazing at blow dries Nagy he’s extremely kind and sweet and does a great job the owner is also a person that cares about you as an individual he will treat you like you are a family member and will work with you to make sure you get what you want in the end I really feel happy every time I go to see everybody I am completely satisfied and will continue to go every two weeks Even the nail lady is amazing I have no complaints whatsoever with this salon they are extremely clean and affordable and they have amazing coffee to which is a great plus I love it definitely go here you won’t be disappointed

    My name is Tere. I have returned to live in Miami and I have been here for almost two years. I have visited several salons for hair styling but none have seemed as fabulous and out of the ordinary as this one. Thanks to my daughter who took me as a birthday gift. From the moment you enter you are in a very luxurious place, excellently decorated and with very good taste. The staff kept offering me coffee, water, tea and they even gave me an emergency because they heard me coughing. The team works together, you cannot breathe a better atmosphere there. Everything perfect. Alex was my stylist and I was satisfied and amazed by his technique and professionalism and the results I had. They even gave me massages. Thanks also to Dianes help. Anyway, I will never visit another place other than that. I have told my son to visit them too. Thank you for your cordiality and kindness. They even gave me several packets of shampoo when I left, I mean, what more could you ask for? Five stars. I will return.
