Let me start by saying I’m EXTREMELY picky about my hair. I rarely leave the salon 100% happy. I show people what I want and I’m generally disappointed that it’s not even close.However, Mallory nailed it! She listened to what I wanted and took her time to make sure it was exactly what I asked for. If you are looking for someone to give you that beautiful, soft, natural looking balayage she’s your girl.

Amanda has been great, she is very sweet and easy to talk to. I have curly hair and always have been nervous about stylist and my curly hair. She admits she is still learning curly hair and has been doing curly hair for a couple of years. However, she has exceeded every satisfaction of my curls. My curls are bouncing again and layered to perfection to get that perfect flow and shape and volume. I can even straighten it and still looks great! Its a win-win for me! Denise made me feel very comfortable in my facial. Her voice was soft and quiet and comforting. The facial that I received was relaxing and radiant. I booked another appointment for three weeks later. She is fantastic! I love the PENTON HOUSE. It makes me feel very special.

What’s not to love about Heathers sassy little self?! She is absolutely beautiful inside & out, friendly and down to earth. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. She didn’t question me, when I told her I wanted my curly hair short (shaved on the sides & a little length up top). I LOVE my haircut! She was very accommodating and made sure not to use cold water, so it wouldn’t trigger my trigeminal neuralgia. Brushing my long hair every morning was such a trigger. I look forward to her gracing me with her cosmetology skills, in the future.

Sarah was very eager to assist and help me find the style I was looking for. She made sure I was comfortable with my decision before starting. She was a joy to chat with and made me feel like a friend from the start. My color was beautiful at the end and she made sure I was completely happy before I got up for her chair. Always the best experience here. I frequently change my mind on color and styles, but my stylist Caroline always listens, gives her honest opinion and great suggestions to what we should do to accomplish what I am looking for and the end result is ALWAYS fantastic!! Olivia was great! So sweet and my hair turned out beautifully. It always takes me a couple hours to process my thoughts on my hair after getting it done I had a lot of dark roots and got highlights and she killed it. Will def be returning ❤️

Its clean, every employee that I encountered on my first visit today was very welcoming.Erin did an awesome job on my hair and mini facial. Go see Denise for your facial, eye brow lamination and tinting.I will definitely keep going here as this was my first salon visit since moving to Pace.

It was the first time I told a stylist “do what you want” and they did something I didn’t even realize was ann option. It came out so classy and unique (and incredibly flattering). Olivia is wonderful and she was able to fix my haircut from a previous salon that botch my hair. It took a few times to help it grow out. But at least she was able to make it look decent while it was growing out and I didn’t have to walk around with a way too thinned out haircut. Now, I went to finally get a cut that looks like what I wanted. I can highly recommend Olivia at Penton. If anyone is looking for a hairdresser, who was previously disappointed by a previous experience, Olivia is definitely someone who will listen and cautiously approach your wants and needs to make you feel comfortable and confident to trust her. Rachel was so sweet to me when I came in DISTRAUGHT with a hair disaster from another salon. She cared for me more in a half hour than that Salon did in the 4 and a 1/2 hours I was there, Turning into an old lady because they turned my beautiful platinum, blonde hair Gray. I had a completely new look done on Saturday and she did an amazing job. I asked for something that took way longer than my scheduled appointment time (Ichose the wrong appt type) and she was so nice and professional about it. The best part is how excited and genuine she is about wanting her customer to love their hair. She truly cares about her clients and it shows. She takes her time to make sure you know what you are asking for and what can actually be done and be done the right way. I really needed a self esteem boost and I’m so grateful she is my stylist!

The Penton House is an Amazing Salon in Pace!! Most of my family goes there and the results are stunning. We are so pleased our Stylist there. She is amazing! Anyone of the girls there would make an Amazing Stylist for you and your family. They carry and use some the best brands like Pureology. There is a mask requirement to go, but its completely worth it. The chairs are set a good distance apart as well as the color bar, if your needing a change in all this gloom were going through. Thats what I did as you can see in my picture. Love my new look!!

Excellent service in a luxury environment. My hair can be very difficult to manage as it is long and thick. Melissa C did a fabulous job and was quick. Honestly, I will go back just for the time savings. I am used to spending 5-6 hours getting my hair highlighted, cut, and styled. She did it in just under 2 hours. And she was pleasant and professional! Would definitely recommend.I have also used their massage and facial technicians and had a positive experience with both. The facial did feel a bit short but was still relaxing.
