Found this location on a local moms fb page. Made an appointment. Walked in and was welcomed immediately. Lauren worked her magic and listen to all his requests. She took her time and made him feel amazing. The shop was clean and often saw someone sweeping to keep the pristine appearance. The staff was so helpful helping me purchase products that would treat different concerns with his scalp and hair texture concerns. I will be back!

I took my son and it was the first time he had someone else do his since he was born. We had Gloria and she was amazing with my toddler. Unfortunately, I had a passing out episode randomly (I get these just randomly) and Gloria helped me and kept an eye on my son. I know that’s not part of the experience lol but it felt safe and they helped me get what I need. We will be coming back for sure. Hopefully no passing out next time lol

As I walked in, I was greeted and noticed the barber shop was very clean.Gloria was very professional and cut my hair exactly as I asked for. Her work area was clean and all her tools were sanitized. As an owner of a contemporary music school, image plays a pretty important part. Beards and bruises has accommodated, my crazy schedule, and it filled with incredibly Talented staff.I’d like to take a moment to highlight one in particular. Megan has cut my hair twice and knocked it out of the park both times. Not to mention, she is just an all-around awesome person. Her customer service goes far beyond giving you a good haircut. I’ve been going to Lauren for about a year now and finally! I found someone who cuts my hair perfectly every single time. I have very thick and curly hair and ever since I can remember it’s been so hard to style. I usually have to wait about a week after a cut before I can style it how I like it but ever since I met Lauren it’s perfect from day 1. I refuse to go to anybody else. The staff is always friendly, the atmosphere/environment is always a vibe and they offer a beverage of choice (beer/water). I always walk out feeing like a million bucks. Go here! Im very picky on who i go to to get my hair cut and I found Lauren about 4 years ago. She is in my opinion the best Barber. Then you add in the establishement she now works at and its no question where I go to get my hair cut. The owner Lindsey is wonderful as well. She has built one fine barber shop. I dont normally give up my favorite places or people because Im greedy and dont want my spot to blow up but Beards and Brews, Lindsey and Lauren are a great team and compliment each other nicely. 11 out of 10 I would recommend and continue doing business with them.

If you have children who struggle during haircuts you MUST go see Megan. My son (2 yr old) has screamed and cried and struggled in every haircut he’s ever had, but not with Megan. She was so patient and gained my son’s trust and my son was actually LAUGHING during the haircut. Unreal. Also, it was a great haircut. I can’t recommend her enough for parents with kids who struggle with haircuts.

Whether you’re at the Vanderbilt shop or the the salon in Bonita Springs, the grooming is spot on to your satisfaction. While there are many talented young stylists at each location, Lindsey is my favorite. As an older client, which they designate as a “Distinguished Gentleman”, I’m not into the modern styles of the day but that doesn’t mean I’m not fussy about my haircut. On the contrary, Lindsey remembers all my little quirks pertaining to my hair. She’s meticulous, skilled and certainly professional.I wish I could give Beards and Brews and higher rating but I can’t. In my opinion after six years, I believe you can’t go wrong. Now that I’ve bestowed all these accolades on the Salon and especially Lindsey, I wouldn’t be surprised if more folks who read this will try Beards and Brews.I really hope you will.

She made an error booking her own appointment and then tried blaming the barbershop. She even screamed, Im an attorney. I am not sure what that had to do with anything, but it spoke a lot about who Tammy is. Anyway... its legitimately one of the best fades Ive gotten. It’s easy to make an appointment and they take men’s grooming seriously. Lindsey and the barbers there are great with kids and are wonderful people all around. We booked online, easily and got an appointment the next day.When we got there, my son threw a fit. I’m talking the kind of fit you tell your kid about when they’re older.Jenawae was unbelievable.She was patient, she was efficient and highly skilled. My son was throwing himself around and she remained calm, cool and unphased by his behavior. She was so kind, so reassuring and so understanding.Of course, after my son’s display, I was mortified. If this was any other place, like a restaurant or a store, I’d probably say we would never go back because of the crippling embarrassment. Super easy and fast online booking. But be careful, a 40% tip was added to my booking. Possibly an error in the system. Beard care trimming. and trimming was good, but not anymore. Still good for a quick stop.
