    Diane at great clips on Pine Ridge Road in Naples He’s the best hairstylist I have ever had in my 82 years. She is excellent at what she does and a great conversationalist and I will miss her when I return to Colorado but I go to great clips there also. Give her a raise. Jack Tierney

    Had a great cut here! Checked in online, received a text when to head over, got there and was promptly seated and cut. Just wish they washed your hair after to get all the loose hair off you. Other than that it’s reasonably priced, friendly and clean

    We couldn’t be happier with our sons first haircut experience! O’Dalys was fantastic with our nervous little guy! His experience was such a great one he kept smiling the rest of the day! Thank you O’Dalys so very much God bless you! We’ll see you again in 6-8weeks.

    This location has a great team of stylists. Great Clips offers a super convenient app for checking wait times before going and they keep your hair style information connected to your account so when you check in, the stylist can get a print out of exactly what you got last time. Its made my hair cut be rather consistent no matter which location I go to but I go to this one usually because I like the staff.

    Great staff! Very professional and patient. My son has autism and it is VERY difficult to cut his hair but the staff at this location was very understanding and patient with him. I was pleasantly surprised that they were familiar with how to work with those on the spectrum. Before we found this place we could not get him to even sit in a stylists chair, now he loves getting his hair cut.

    Chelsey fixed my haircut from another chain salon she did a wonderful job on my bad haircut and I absolutely love my cut now she was very detailed and communicated with me the entire way on what she was doing to fix it. I had to go a little shorter than I like but it turned out great! I will definitely come back to this location and Chelsey again for future cuts!

    I only got the ends of my hair trimmed but the service was fast, friendly, and the stylist was skilled. The one thing I would point out is that they usually dont wash your hair when they cut it. They just spray some water on it. As a result its much cheaper. Not sure if everyone would like that or not.

    Went to Great Clips and got totally tightened up by Johnny the other day. Ive also had cuts from Chelsea and Tanya and never been disappointed. Convenient online scheduling gets you in & out without too much of a wait even when this joint is busy. I will be back as this place is right around the corner from my neighborhood. Solid!

    My partner and I drove around looking for a haircut one Saturday morning (mid February in Naples) and naturally nothing had availability or a wait time less than an hour. We found this great clips while already in the area, and they saw me immediately. He had to wait about 5 min for someone to open up, but they kept the line of customers moving. I have long thick hair, and went for just a trim and slight layered facial framing. No shampoo and blowout, so I was done before his shave was done and we spent less than an hour there. Very happy!

    The only place my kid will go for a haircut... I guess because it is GREAT clips he thinks it is OK, but before we tried this place it was a meltdown every time. The app is great to keep wait times to a minimum. Both Cece and Lis have been great.

    Every time I go someone gives a welcoming greeting and makes sure I am on the list. The team keeps the salon clean and looking good. It is clear they are well organized. Love the app for signing in. Great cut everytime with Chelsea.

    Very affordable prices for pretty good haircuts. I brought my nephews here, and Great Clips stylists were open to adjusting their haircuts according to what the boys wanted. They were very flexible and patient.My only suggestion might be to have more staff trained with naturally curly hair textures, but they did what they could :)

    Chelsea has been cutting my hair for approximately four years. On numerous occasions - at restaurants or just shopping women have asked me , “Who cuts your hair???It is just lovely!” I always answer, “Chelsea from Great Clips on Pine Ridge “. The women are always expecting me to say an expensive salon!Chelsea is THE BEST …PLUS she has a wonderful friendly personality. I highly recommend Chelsea.

    I have been cutting my hair here since 2010. My children so get their hair cut here. Tasha and the rest of the staff here are super friendly and very caring. Always ready to assist and even when we have walked in close to closingtime, their cheerfulness infectious.

    I finally found the right place!! Colleen is terrific. Cuts my hair exactly how I like it. My husband also goes to this location and he is happy as well. Diana is patient with all his crazy cowlicks. Signing in on line is nice.

    My 3 year old son gets his haircut here. I would recommend anyone except Dana for a young childs haircut. She is NOT kid friendly and has a very bad attitude. My son had the worst haircut at our last visit with her and she said it was his fault for not sitting still. This time, we had someone else who was amazing! Unfortunately I did not get her name..

    This Pine Ridge location is so convenient in the heart of Naples. The salon is clean,staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and always greet you with a “hello”. Been going there for over seven years and Chelsea is the best!!

    Surprisingly a wonderful experience. My mom owns a salon in town but circumstances found me here needing an emergency cut. Couldnt be happier, this may be my new back up spot. Ask for the Russian guy, you wont be disappointed

    This place always has a line. So, make sure you check in on the website in advance. That being said, the haircuts (at least the mens haircuts) are very quick and without fuss. So, its nice to have a service in Naples, Florida that is fast and efficient.
