    What a great experience. I parted ways with my former Barber who was very skilled, but turned out to be a bit of a bigot.At ManGrove, Alex was professional, courteous, and my haircut is exactly what I wanted.     Went here for the first time. I liked my experience. Very clean, artistic decor and everyone was very nice. I should of taken a picture, but this place also had the same leg lamp, that was in the movie, A Christmas Story...so awesome 👍..The only problem I had was finding a parking spot. Very busy where they are located on Airport Rd.

    I dont want to give an entire shop a bad review based off of one person. Especially because everyone else does my hair well, and especially because I enjoy the ambiance and the vibes of the shop in general. Everyone is so nice there and I like that theyre LGBT friendly. I just never can seem to get my hair cut well by Daniel. Hes very rough around my ears, he almost got my eye with the handle of the scissors without even noticing... things like that generally put a bad taste in my mouth, especially when youre cutting for the business and not just yourself. He was also not communicative, and immediately cut my hair too short and only after asked if that was fine. He didnt take into account my reference photos, nor the fact I didnt want product in my hair. I think Mike and the other barbers are really nice though, and always are attentive and ask questions.

    Now more than ever Shop local! Ive always been a supercuts guy due to price and ease, but with the recent Covid impacts I have tried super hard to shop local as much as I can. I have had two cuts here over the last 3 months, both by Ashely and both were awesome. The first was my second best all time and the second cut was by far the top cut of all time. You might pay a little more here, and its not much, but its well worth it. You could be sitting right next to the owner and if its close enough to happy hour you can grab a beer! They currently have a receptionist, ensuring all guests are following COVID-19 protocals, which Im sure cost the shop more money.I wanted to respond to the 1 star review below. Its mind blowing someone would feel the need to rate a small business 1 star for trying to mitigate the costs associated with extra sanitizing, especially after the business has been forced to shut down for 2 months! A business might deserve a one star review if they were rude, dirty, gave a bad haircut or just plane sucked, but not this business. Everything about it is cool and enjoyable. Great job Ashley and crew, I will be back.BOOOO THE 1 STAR REVIEWER, HE SHOULD GO GIVE GREAT CLIPS MONEY!!!!! If you want to support a local business, it would be much better to not visit and not review them vs pay them once and leave a 1 star review with a lasting effect.

    I got a haircut and shave from Alex and was extremely impressed. She took the time to discuss what Id like and offered advice. She was very meticulous and detailed in her work and I think the cut looks great. The shave was super relaxing and also done with an attention to detail. I wish I was local to Naples because I would come to this place every month.

    This place is amazing! Great nostalgic feel with fast, friendly service. My wife booked a shave and eyebrow wax for me (full head shave). WOW! Garcia took his time and made sure I was happy. Great conversation and excellent attention to detail. Hot towels, cold towels, head and face massage, straight edge razor shave, the works! I was offered a hot or cold drink as soon as I arrived, their hospitality was excellent. You can tell the staff here truly take pride in what they do and their focus is on customer satisfaction.     Ive had long hair for the last 2 years, and since Ive moved back, I realized it was too hot for that nonsense, even if I liked the length. I work next door, so I just walked in before my shift and hoped they had an open spot.The man at the counter said he had availability for me right away; sweet. Younger guy, I forgot his name, but he was at a chair on the left side of the shop. I confessed I didnt really know what I wanted other than something more manageable while still long.He took down the length on the side, took some off the top, and kind of mulleted up the back. Its like he knew exactly what I wanted, and it came out fantastic. I also got a sharp beard trim, might as well.My man did a great job for me not knowing what I wanted, and I will be back for sure!

    First time at ManGrove and not sure what to expect. I was impressed with my haircut, but the real critic is the wife. She to complemented the haircut. Only disappointed is whoever decorated the place, it looks like a garage sale atmosphere with old clutter and junk.

    Best haircut I’ve ever had!! Luis was a master craftsman today. He took his time I felt like he really paid attention to detail. Did not feel like I was just another client. Very personable and educated. Will be sure to refer all my friends and family to Mangrove. I just moved to town a year ago and have struggled to find “my” barber. This was my first time at Mangrove I had heard some good things about 5th Avenue Barber and noticed this was owned by the same people. I loved the environment and interior decorations. I was definitely feeling the vibe. Fair price, great people and amazing haircut. Thanks again.

    I took my husband to ManGrove for a haircut & beard trim. A stellar experience all around! The shop is spacious, clean & well appointed. We were delighted with the cool vintage decor & the relaxed vibe. My husband had his appointment with Moses. He was very professional; ultra-patient & perceptive, and the resulting cut/trim was exactly what we wanted. According to Hubby, the hot towel shave was sublime! Other staff members were present, and all seem customer focused and really dedicated to what they do. Oh, and if youre waiting for your partner to get groomed... theres no better place to do. Well definitely be regulars.

    Laid back atmosphere with ample places to sit. I was a first time customer and Ashley took very good care of me. She was very professional and had an amazing attention to detail. She took her time and made sure I was 100% happy with my haircut prior to me leaving the chair! I highly recommend her. Added points for the beer while I waited. Will be back again. Overall a great experience.

    Flew in from Buffalo, Ny for the weekend! Came to the shop, had a cold corona, and the best haircut in my life from Daniel! Great group of people there! Plus I believe the owner is a Bills fan! 🦬So any Billsmafia in town, this place is the only place you should go! 5 stars!

    Amazing barber shop! My first time in was yesterday and Gersi did an amazing job. I wasn’t completely sure what I wanted but he was able to take my rough guidelines and turn it into something I love. I actually need to call back so I can find out what products he used so I can do it myself until the next time I’m in the area. This is definitely my go to barber from now on.

    I moved to Florida April 2018, I have looked for a barber in the area since, Ive had bad experiences from service provided to the finished product (haircut itself). Moises is a friendly down to earth person, told me his passion for barbering, before he even began to cut my hair he we had a conversation about my hair pattern, the different ways we can style my hair, he also was extremely patient and careful with cutting my twin boys, after 2 years I can say I have found our barber! Thank you Moises!

    Since moving to Naples, I was afraid I wasn’t going to be able to find a barber as capable as what I was used to back home. However, Tony and his team of experts have shown me that they are skilled artists and extremely talented at cutting hair. I’ve been there once and Moises (Tico) knocked it out of the park. I brought my oldest kid in next and Ash did just as good as advertised. I will definitely be going back and I’ll be bringing my other 2 kids as well.Update: it’s been 6 months since I’ve started seeing Moises and we’ve made ManGrove a family affair. Both sons, myself and my wife all get our haircuts done with Moises. Always professional and he helps guide me to what is new and keeps us all looking fresh. I can’t say enough good things about ManGrove!

    Thank you for fixing my husbands hair today. Fantastic experience and trained barbers that care and listen to their customer. My husband foolishly went to another store down the road who ruined his hair. My husband quickly called The Barber and Shave Shop and even though they were busy - the Barber and Shave Shop staff fit him in.10 our of 10. This isnt just a barber shop that is superb - its an experience (wifi, music/piano, beverages etc).Highly recommend
