Brooke has a fun up beat personality and was able to get the brass color out of the blonde like I wanted. Great job on my cut as well. I have definitely found my stylist. She is truly an artist.

I am very happy and feeling extra confident with my new haircut (I have gotten many compliments on how meticulously perfect my hair looks) A short stacked bob is a hairstyle not every hairdresser can excellently achieve. Otto is an AMAZING and extremely knowledgeable hairstylist!! Plus not only he takes the time to listen to you, but also give you advice on which products work best according to your hair type and hair goals. Nowadays It’s hard to find people who love and enjoy what they do. I am definitely following him wherever he goes.

I cant recommend Kelly enough! This was my second appointment with her, and once again, she did an incredible job. I went in for both color and a haircut, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Her attention to detail, warm and funny personality make every visit an enjoyable experience. The salon has a great atmosphere as well and I love that they are always actively teaching their assistants who are so eager to learn! Great energy here.

Kelly is a god send. I’ve had my hair messed up and it was hard to trust another salon, but not only did she make my hair so soft and shiny, the cut was beyond amazing and the color was so gorgeous I am stunned and speechless. I had a wonderful experience at Michael Thomas Hair Design! Otto did root color, highlights, and a cut, and I couldn’t be happier. I have a lor of hair, and Otto used scissors to thin out the bulky areas by hand, instead of using thinning shears. It is a more intentional process than thinning shears, and the result is beautiful! I also love the color, which is very rich and natural looking.Everyone at the salon is friendly, courteous, and professional. A couple of the assistants shared how lucky they feel to work there because of the supportive environment and great training!I highly recommend Michael Thomas Hair Design!

I’ve been going to the Michael Thomas salon at Crossroads for over a year and a half now and have had a positive experience every visit. Otto and his team are very friendly and great at what they do! When I first came in, I had very long hair and wanted to cut it very short so I could donate it. I had never done a pixie before and had seen Otto’s work with them on Instagram, so I knew I could trust him with such a drastic cut. I loved what he did with the pixie, and he’s been great to have as my stylist as I’ve grown it out to a long pixie and now a bob style. Everyone at the salon is very friendly and knowledgeable, and they have great suggestions for products you can use for any problems you may be having with your hair. I very much recommend this salon! :)

Today was my first visit to this salon, and Keren cut my hair. I have had a straight cut with long hair for such a long time, maintaining it with a trim. Today I decided to live a little and Keren made it all happen for me! I cut so many inches off my hair which is quite intimidating for someone with curls. She also added layers which for years I was always like,oh no thank you. It came out fabulous!!!! She shared so many tips and tricks to help me with my curls. Personal is very professional, attentive and helpful. They all help each other with tasks and you are treated like a royalty. Kelly is a master of color, she is truly gifted, and I feel her vision is better than my own. I have very long, black hair, that have been highlighted to blond so many times and my always concern is to keep it as healthy as possible. And it is achievable in this salon. I came not knowing what would work best for me so I asked Kelly’s opinion and it came out exceeding all of my expectations.

I have been to the salon a couple of times and I am very impressed with so many things which is what keeps me coming back. First is Rachel, my stylist. Rachel was just a relatively new stylist when I went to the salon but she took this very seriously and with a great deal of professionalism. Since the first time I have been back 3 different times and Rachel is great! This last time for a cut and color I wanted to change it up .. she was so wonderful and we collaborated together while she took the time to really get what I was looking for. Voila…my cut came out perfect, my color was great.. I have found my new salon home! And let me say the rest of the salon team is always so nice and professional. The young woman at the front is terrific (sorry don’t know her name). You won’t be disappointed… this is the location off of Pine Ridge and I-75.

My experience was fantastic at MTHD. I had Rachel; she was kind and clearly knew what she was doing. She worked within my budget to give me exactly what I was hoping for! She explained the differences between various options (like balayage and highlights) and had a keen eye for tones. I felt welcomed and listened to the whole time! I walked away loving my hair and it still looks great a whole month later. The space was clean and professional, everyone was cheerful and welcoming, and I didnt even have to wait a few days to get seen (I called in the morning and asked if anyone had openings--someone did!). Great service, will be returning if I find myself in Naples again. This salon truly cares about its customers!

I LOVE Roshelle at Michael Thomas Crossroads location. She has been cutting my hair for about 2 years. Each time I visit she want to know if I want any changes, how the last cut worked for me, and listens to my thoughts plus adding hers. This is the first time in my long life that someone listens then makes suggestions and the cuts works out perfectly. I went from shoulder length hair to short and she cuts the top shorter than the front with styling on the sides and back. I have super curly hair that I blow out straight and the cut is perfect for straight or when the humidity makes it crazy. Roshelle is amazing. The salon takes social distancing and disinfection measures seriously with very few clients at one time, masks mandatory, and disinfecting chairs plus all other surfaces.

This is a smaller studio where you get the best individual service. You never feel like a number and everyone is very friendly. The studio is alway spotless and they offer a wide range of products. I would never go anywhere else.
