Upon arrival (few minutes early) I was immediately greeted by a team member and informed me that they would be able to get started shortly. Daylan was able to take the appointment and was very welcoming. He was able to understand exactly what I was looking for with my hair cut, even checking in throughout the process to make sure it was exactly as I wanted it. His understanding of the multiple parts of the hair cut I needed was much appreciated. I would highly recommend him to others for his knowledge and professionalism.

Forgot to take an after pic at the salon, but here is a before and a couple of pics after. I dyed my hair a dark red/brown a while back and then needed someone to help me fix it in a way that will allow my natural hair to seamlessly grow out. Miriam did such an amazing job with this!! I’ve never had highlights before so I was nervous but she did an amazing job and she is so much fun so it felt like it was done in no time. Thank you!!

I requested and was very lucky to have Liss, the girl who had cut my hair at my last appointment, cut my hair. I sat and observed her cutting and styling a young girls hair before my appointment. Liss was very apologetic that I had to wait for my appointment but I told her that I had been extremely interested to be able to watch her cutting and styling this young girls hair!! Come to find out, this girls hair had been down to her waist!! Liss did an unbelievable job of this cut and styling. My favorite hair style. She did a great job on mine, too!! Kudos to you, Liss!! Cant say enough about my visit to Supercuts! My wife needed a touch up and she took a chance on supercuts one day and had a stylist named Liss. When she came home she raved about the cut and Liss, how she took her time and made sure everything was perfect. It is the first time in about 8 yrs she didnt complain about a cut! :) With that vote of confidence I thought I would give Supercuts and Liss a try. I have had only one person cut my hair in the last 40 yrs, but lets give it a go! 30 minutes later I would say Liss did my dome justice and the cut was Fantastico! Would highly recommended Supercuts!

We walked in 15 minutes before closing and Kissa was there. She had just swept up the whole place, and was getting ready to close. I was hoping they were open until 6pm. Expecting her to be a little mad, she wasnt. She pulled all her stuff back out, was friendly, great with my boys, and they both got awesome hair cuts. Thank you for that. I could have trued to come back the day after, but with all the sports activities they may have had to go another week of waiting.

I had a great experience my hairstylist got me to a blonde color I was ok with for the time being. I was a little disappointed in her coworker in the beginning of my service just because she kinda laughed at me when I told her what I wanted to achieve in my appointment. I knew it wasn’t achievable at the time but I just wanted my stylist to know what I was going for so she knew how to detect me in the right way with products and services going forward. My stylist stayed late to finish my hair and I appreciate that she didn’t stop and tell me to come back the next day to finish up my hair. She even told me I had to do some thing to make sure I kept my hair well after damage. I don’t know if I will do everything she said but I will take the feedback and do what’s best for me.

DONT BOOK ONLINE. My wife and I are snowbirds and we have been very happy here. However, I do have a warning that it is best to call for an appointment. The online booking system doesn’t work. I booked a noon appointment via the website. When I arrived, I was told the stylist was double booked, but that it would only take another 20 minutes. So I ran an errand and returned, only to have to wait another 30 minutes. Next time, I’ll call. The online reservation system is worthless.
