    I have been going here for YEARS and always feel so beautiful after—I attached the after of a couple of visits. I get balayage down by Maddy and every time I’m met with exceptional service, conversation, and the best looking and feeling hair I’ve ever had! She always puts in treatment and gives me exactly what I ask for. Super reasonably priced too given the location and amount of service. Highly suggest if you’re looking for a new salon to call home!

    The salon Naples is amazing, Sarah is a wizard with hair color! She goes above and beyond my expectations every time. Not only was it expertly done, down to the exact color that I wanted, it was at a very reasonable price. she was so professional and friendly! Definitely check them out!!

    I have been coming here for years. Sarah is absolutely the best. I love the team dynamic here. Everyone helps each other. They are all delightful to be around. Coming here as an experience. I drive nearly an hour to come to the salon because of how much I love it there. Five stars all day, I would give it more if I could.

    I am happy retired Air Force LtCol Aerospace Engineer made possible by my Hair Stylist, Maddie, at my Paul Mitchell Focus Salon. I say my because you want to feel like Family knowing not only will you look like a new million but feel so Good about yourself every time. After 4 yrs living in Naples, I found Paul Mitchell and have been Happy ever since. As you get older, Looking Good keeps you happily going and feeling Good about yourself and those most important significant others around you. I am always rejuvenated to see Maddies smiling face at my Paul Mitchells Salon knowing Life is Good when you know you Look Good. Thank You, Maddie.

    I had an amazing experience with the team here! I booked an appointment to have my long, thin hair trimmed as I had grown it out for my wedding in August. When I walked in the door, I was greeted with warm smiles by all of the team members. Upon sitting down and talking to my stylist Hailey @glowbyhailey_thesalonnaples, she provided me with some suggestions to help me achieve the style and results that I had desired. In 1.5 hours I walked out of the salon feeling like a beauty queen - even my husband commented on what a great job they did. Its been a few days since my appointment and I am getting so many compliments!Hailey was great and overall, the entire team was very informative, honest and friendly. I felt very comfortable being there and absolutely no pressure to buy products/services. The salon is very well decorated and clean. It has a younger vibe to it which is refreshing living in Naples.

    I have to say that this salon is like none other! From the moment you walk in the door, you’re greeted with smiling faces and a relaxing atmosphere. From their willingness to listen to the client, to their skilled artistry, The Salon Naples is the BEST SALON IN SWFL! I was super nervous about getting extensions due to having thin hair but Sarah and her team, put my worries at ease by preserving my natural hair and creating a glamorous look that is easily maintained. I have never felt more comfortable in the chair of a stylist, nor had healthier hair. If you’re looking for a new salon to call home, this is definitely the place!

    I came to get my roots done for my blonde hair as well as continue lightening the bottom half of my hair that used to be black. Maddie was wonderful. She listened to what I wanted and took great care in delivering it. Im new to the area and needed to find someone I can trust to do a good job and The SALON did not disappoint. From what I saw, youd be happy to have service from Taylor or Sara as well. These girls know what theyre doing here. 👍

    Sarah was absolutely amazing!!! She really cares about what your hair goal is and has the talent to make it happen!!! I’m so happy with how my hair turned out! 10/10 recommend and will definitely be going back! The salon is clean and all the staff is very friendly.

    Sarah did such a good job with my hair and it was super affordable. She took the time to really make sure she was taking the steps to give me beautiful color without damaging my hair in the process. All of the girls in the salon were really polite and constantly checked on each other to make sure the other stylist didn’t need anything. They had a really good team environment and that made the visit relaxing and calm, not catty and gossip filled like some salons. That can really ruin an experience for me, so it was refreshing to see such a good team atmosphere.

    I went in to get my hair colored and cut. Sarah did an amazing job! All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and listen to what you want to do. The salon is very clean. I have curly hair so finding someone who can cut my hair to the way I like is hard to find. But I finally found it! I will definitely be returning and being a regular client with Sarah.

    I really love this place! It’s my second time coming in over a year. I came in and got my hair cut by Sarah. Something I really appreciated and loved watching in the salon was the teamwork demonstrated by every stylist there. When I was called in, Sarah was finishing up with another client, and I was taken back by Jonathan who washed my hair (and did such an excellent job!!). When it was time for Sarah to get started, she did a wonderful job providing a comfortable and pleasant experience for me. When it was time to blow dry my hair, another stylist came and helped her to dry my hair. It was awesome to see everybody going to the different chairs with different clients without say in order to help each other - everybody seemed to know exactly what the other needed. It was refreshing to see such a well oiled machine! I left pleased with my hair and my experience, and will be referring anybody I can to the Salon!

    Sarah did an amazing job!! She made me look amazing and just like the picture I showed her! My hair stayed up all night which is unbelievable since I have such thick hair. She was so easy to work with and dealt with all our last minute demands. I forgot I needed her to add my headpiece and my mom decided last minute to get her hair done. Sarah accommodated us with no hesitation. Recommend 100% She and her team are amazing!!

    The team at this salon is amazing! The quality of the services I receive, the warm personalities of each staff member, the clean environment, professionalism etc. make every visit special. As a wannabe blonde I am always thrilled w Sarah’s ability to help me achieve the perfect blend. My last visit I got my eyebrows waxed and they’re perfect. Every time I rebook I get an email and text message, and once my appointment gets closer I again get email and text reminders. This is great for me because there’s literally no chance I’d miss an appointment! Just book with this salon, you will not be disappointed!

    Im down in Naples for the winter. I knew I had to get my hair colored and trimmed, but was nervous trying a new place. Decided on the Salon because I read great reviews. I am so glad I did! Mady did a fantastic job, the color is fantastic and the cut exactly what I wanted. She asked questions and listened to my answers. Everyone there was very nice too. Highly recommend!

    Highly recommend this salon! Sarah and Mady thank you so much for giving me a new look and teaching me how to curl my hair. I had the best experience. Everyone is so attentive. Definitely coming back! I’ve had so many compliments on my hair. I did a balayage which is something I’ve never done before. I couldn’t be happier!

    I really enjoyed my haircut by Sarah. She’s attentive, meticulous, she spends the time necessary... too many places men’s cuts are a push through and Sarah didn’t make me feel like that at all. Really reasonable cut cost, and truly a clean and friendly environment. I am always reticent to suggest places I like because I worry the attention will make it impossible to get in, but Sarah is really worth it. She expresses a true interest in her profession and her clients.

    I’m from Massachusetts. I tried getting my hair colored. I called a few local salons and no one could take me. I reached out to this salon and they were incredible. They got me in within a week. They are so friendly and nice. Every girl that works here is exceptional. The salon is spotless. They did a fabulous job on my hair and best of all when they wash your hair they give you a scalp massage. OMG. I recommend them highly!!!

    I was searching for a new salon and came across this one, when I walked in I automatically got smiles and warm greetings by every stylist in the salon. I must the SALON is more welcoming than any other salon I’ve ever stepped foot into. Sarah did my cut and color, and I must say; I’ve been getting professional color done for years by various salons, and Sarah created by far the most beautiful color I’ve ever had and left my hair in much better condition than I’ve ever had it, all while being extremely kind and welcoming. I’m lucky I came across this salon, and can’t wait to go back to Sarah!

    I had my hair colored and cut by Bri. She was leaving back to MI but said if I want more highlights just book another appointment. I did with Madi! She was sooo amazing , thorough and sweet. The staff there is just a pure PLEASURE to be around . They work together to help each other out , they are so polite and respectful to each other as well as the clients . I highly recommend this place if you are looking . (My hair is long down to my bra strap)!

    I stop in the adorable salon to get a trim. Mady was my stylist and is by far the best stylist I have found in Florida. I have been here for 16 years and have not found anyone near as awesome as she was. I literally left feeling like a new person! She was so kind and really listened to what I had wanted done.
