I’ve been going to Destiny for years, and she is absolutely amazing! She does my blonde hair and extensions perfectly every single time. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also the sweetest, kindest person you’ll ever meet. She truly cares about her clients and makes every appointment enjoyable. I always leave feeling more confident and beautiful. I can’t recommend her enough! If you’re looking for someone who’s skilled, professional, and genuinely lovely, she’s is the one! ❤️

I was a model for a hair class that never happened the first photo was my hair blown out with nothing in it. Unfortunately one of the stylists over processed my hair and it broke off as you can see in photo 2. Destiny has been working with me to restore my hair for 2 years and now we are at photo 3! With extensions I feel like myself, she did a smoothing treatment and gave me a move up for the last photo! I’m so happy to have someone who ACTUALLY UNDERSTANDS AND CARES ABOUT MY HAIR! Shes a great person and has a beautiful salon with everything thing you could want. I had a business meeting at the last appointment and I was able to take the call at a cozy cute table in the space. She always has snacks, coffee, drinks (alcohol and nonalcoholic)!

Like a deep cleaning from the dentist and a mouth wash rinse refreshing tingle and massage but on your scalp… and then you get a GLAM blow out! Get this for anyone you actually care about!!

Guuuuyyyysssss, I’ve been going to Destiny since January of 2020 and there is seriously nobody better in the biz. Not only can she master every length change, color change, style change… she makes your extensions blend so seamlessly and I’ve never felt scalp pain ever (which I hear is common with new installs and move ups). My favorite part about having extensions is how low maintenance they are day to day and that is 1000% due to how well she informs her clients and how well she tailors her practice to fit the needs of each individual client.5 whole years and I’ve never questioned the investment! I’d recommend her and Diamond a million times over.

Diamond did the damn thing!!!In December I went in for a head spa, gloss and trim. Loved it and Diamond so much that I booked a color service in March. Because she took the time to ask the right questions and listen to my concerns she was able to give me the best color Ive ever had. The vibe of the salon is modern, peaceful and relaxing. The staff is knowledgeable and talented.

Destiny and Diamond make a great team and do excellent work. Diamond did a head spa treatment and blowout for me a couple of months ago and it was 10/10! Destiny did the “oh my blonde” service and a cut for me today and I’ve NEVER walked out of a salon happier! I’m in love with my hair. She is so professional and makes you feel so comfortable while in her salon. If you’re on the fence about booking, DON’T BE! Book your appointment now. You will not regret it.

I recently reached out about a first time apt and after filling out their online form Destiny reached out within a day. She helped determine what type of apt I needed based off my needs, walked me through the process, and set me up an apt with Diamond. The day of my apt I left not only loving my hair but my experience as well. It was just us in the salon which made the experience feel intimate and catered to me. The salon was clean and professionally set up. I was offered a variety of drinks and snacks which was a nice perk considering the length of my apt. Diamond listened to exactly what I wanted, made sure we were both on the same page and ultimately killed the final look. I would highly recommend Destinyworks Hair & have already made an apt for an 8 week touch up.

I literally have no words for my experience with Destiny. She is truly a master of her craft. As someone who has been wearing clip in extensions every day for years, having hand tied hair extensions has changed my entire life. From consultation and installation to after care, she is extremely thorough and detail oriented. There is no question unanswered or step in the process that she does not go over with you in great detail. I have never been someone to complain or even say I dont like something when it comes to my hair (or nails), but I have never truly been happier with my hair color, highlights, etc. While hand tied extensions can be a bit pricy, it is 1000% worth every single dollar!! The experience that Destiny offers is completely unmatched, and I cannot imagine ever having my hair touched by another stylist!

10/10 service from Diamond and Destiny. Ive been to them twice, once for the head spa and blowout, which was amazing, and once for the Oh My Blonde. My hair feels amazing, and healthy! They listened to me and delivered exactly what I wanted. I felt so comfortable and relaxed the entire time. I only get my hair colored once a year and try to achieve the lived in blonde look, and Diamond did it perfectly. I cannot recommend them enough :) very excited to go back for another head spa treatment!

Destiny is a true professional. She’s honest, on time, up front, and always knows exactly what my hair needs. I have very fine natural blonde hair which is hard to cut and style. She’s helped my hair growth tremendously and I no longer have so much breakage. I’ve had her doing my extensions, cut, and color for over a year now. I’ve never had an issue yet she has always said if I need a quick tweak for anything to just pop in. She’s quick to respond to my direct texts which makes scheduling easy. Would recommend and do!

I have been there on two occasions. First, I received the head spa treatment with blowout with Diamond and loved it. During that visit, Diamond was very friendly and courteous that I felt comfortable enough consulting with her about needing color correcting from highlights I received at a different salon. I loved her suggestions and my 2nd appt. with Diamond was excellent! She did an amazing job with a root smudge, gloss, and lowlights. My hair color really compliments my complexion now! Destiny is the best stylist I’ve ever had. She will not only make your hair look great, but she truly cares about the integrity of your hair. She is authentic and professional. She never tries to sell you on products you don’t need. I have very fine hair and was worried extensions and color would ruin my hair, but when I got my extensions taken out after a year, my hair was actually thicker and healthier than before. On top of that, she made the experience incredibly low maintenance for a service that normally requires a lot of upkeep.

Destiny is by far the BEST in the business. I actually can’t even believe there’s a negative review on here. I started with her about 1.5years ago. A friend of mine had her hair done and it always looked so good I had to switch. After her helping me for a year getting my hair healthy again she was so patient and comforting when I began asking about extensions. After asking a million questions over and over again and her telling me over and over again I decided to go for it as a birthday gift to myself. I thought I would have them in for awhile and then take them out for spring/summer. Well, I am now at my 3rd move up session and I’ve added some wefts but the hair from then I’ve maintained and it’s still going strong. My natural hair is growing and is so healthy but also my extensions are such good quality. I look forward to these appointments every 8 weeks! I cannot say enough good things about Destiny and her dedication to her clients. Thank You for making me look and feel amazing!

The Habit Hand Tied method is very hard to find in Jacksonville especially if you want it to be perfectly blended/matched with your own hair.
